Description: The Brightshade Cloak is a legendary, well, cloak. It is the only known combination of the powers of Rakoto, the God of Light, and Mikoto, the God of Darkness; infused with both of their powers, it has two distinct modes: Shine Mode, which allows one to take the speed needed to hunt evil, and Shade Mode, which grants one the ability to blend in with the most twisted individuals.

Strengths: 
-Two distinct modes that can change back and forth at will
-Both modes have incredibly powerful strengths
-When abilities are not in use, the cloak is very unassuming
Weaknesses: ( List all of its weaknesses )
-The light mode stands out in the darkness, and vice versa
-Only one attribute can be used at a time
-Despite being Legendary+ Armor, it doesn't actually provide much protection
-While in use, the user may find themselves pulled towards the active element (e.g., a person may feel more inclined to do good deeds while in Shine Mode)
Abilities: The Brightshade Cloak doesn't have 'abilities' so much as it has 'modes'. The two powered modes it has are as follows:
Shine Mode: In this form, the user's base speed is doubled from 100% to 200%.
Shade Mode: In this form, the user is able to muffle all sound they emit and dampen their magic energy, making them practically undetectable. It also allows the user to blend in with shadows.
