Meeting an old friend (Lance and Sephi)

Lance walked through the quiet streets of Magnolia at night time staring at the stars as he went. He saw no one on the streets as they had all gone to bed. He sat down on the walls quietly and was soon joined by his daughter, Lea, who leaned her head on his shoulder "Dad, you look sad." she said quietly. Lance smiled faintly at the sky "Lets just say I miss someone..." Lance said as he laid his head back on the wall. He placed his hand over his chest where he hid a big scar under his shirt and laughed a little "She probably doesn't remember me any way..." he muttered as he closed his eyes and went to sleep.

A young girl walked through the empty night time streets of Magnolia. Perched on her shoulder was a sleeping raven, the bird's head leaning gently against her own cheek. On her back was a giant odachi blade, sheathed and hidden from the view of the normal world. The girl herself was walking at a sedate pace, her one visible eye closed in thought. It had been one whole year since she had visited Magnolia in the slightest bit. The young woman had become so busy that it was an afterthought, but she always had it in the back of her mind. While she didn't have many friends here, she did have a couple who she heard were doing all well in Fairy Tail. A quick visit to the guild hall didn't suffice enough, and she was left wandering. Sephiria, the 3rd generation poison dragon slayer, was questioning where her friends had gone in the midst of all the chaos that guild normally represents.

So much so that she almost didn't notice the young girl sitting on a wall. When she did however, she stopped in her tracks and looked at the girl questioningly.

"Little girl, why are you outside?" Sephiria asked, wondering who was the idiot who let a little girl like that be outside in the streets at night.
