[b]Description: Frozen Fire Magic is a strange and effective mixture of Fire and Ice magic. It's cold to the touch but can burn through solid iron. It's reliable and fast working. It can take a solid form, like ice, and burn its target, or catch the victim on fire that's so cold, it burns!
Delia uses it for close range stealth attacks mostly. She feels more focus and control when she's using it up close. Another way she puts it to use is to heal her friends on the battlefield. She uses it more long range in that area.
[b]Strengths: 1) Did you catch that? It's fast, acting speed depending on the range. In close range attacks, it's effective immediately. In long range, it'll take about thirty seconds to take effect at most.
2) So cold it burns! It is so cold, it makes the target/targets feel as if they have frostbite x20. It gives a cold burning sensation.
3) 1 or 100? Depending on the spell, Delia can attack a single victim or a large group of people.
[b]Weaknesses: 1) Time Crunch- It takes time for the caster to get warmed up. No more than thirty seconds are required, but it must be done right, or it won't work, or at least be near as effective.
2) Distraction- To learn this magic requires years of mental and physical training. The caster must be 100% focused, or it could backfire.
3) Timber- If allies are in the group with the enemies, they run the risk of getting hit by an attack too.
4) Fitness- This magic cannot be used by someone who is not physically and/or mentally ready. Being unfit could cause instability and misdirection.
[b]Abilities/Powers: * Delia is physically ready, which means the 'Fire' part keeps her warm in the winter, and the 'Ice' part keeps her from getting overheated. This benefits everyone, because she's like a walking talking AC/Furnace.
* Because of the fusion of the two magic types, Delia is 25% immune to Ice Magic attacks and 45% immune to Fire attacks, not including Demon or God Slayer. With Dragon Slayer, she's only 15% immune.

[b]Description: Delia puts both hands on the ground, opening a magic circle. Another opens under the person or people she wants to heal. It can heal any magically inflicted injuries on up to three people at a time. It is effective immediately, and may effect anyone within a 200 ft radius of the caster. This is a long range spell.
[b]Strengths: ~ Long Lasting- It creates a shield around the affected person for roughly 2 and a half minutes.
~ Accurate- Won't effect anyone but the intended person. Even if the person is moving, it will travel with them.
~ Adjustable- Will move with the target and won't effect their attacks on their opponents.

[b]Description: Delia puts her hands on her opponent's bare skin. It opens a magic circle and freezes the nerves of the target so they can't move. It makes the target feel like they are on fire from the inside. It takes effect immediately, but wears off after 5-10 minutes, 15 at best.
[b]Strengths: ~ No Time Required- This spell can be done on short notice. It doesn't need much prepping, but the more preparation given, the more effective the attack is.
~ Effectiveness- It could possibly drive the opponent insane how painful it is, with the burning sensation under their skin.
