Job Description: I need someone's help. I've shipped some special lacrima explosives, but the buffoons I had guard it are not as trustworthy. To be quite honest they are rather stupid. Didn't know what "brawns and brains" were. Anyway my courier has arrived safely, but I need the hand off to go well. You can find my courier, she's rather 'different' looking. It's rare to see a person from Galuna in Talonia, but they won't be so judgmental there. So you're going to meet Alixia and two of my 'guards.' A little advice about that little stick of dynamite:
1. Don't call her short.
2. Don't stare at her "horns" too long.
Please escort her to the spot. She knows where it is so just follow her and make sure the exchange happens.
PS: I have a feeling the my guards Rex and Kent aren't who they say they are.

Bored on the flying ship of Nox Animus, X had decided to take on a request of some sort, mainly due to solve his problem of boredom. Otherwise, he required some Jewels and most importantly, food. He picked up a simplistic-looking D-Rank request. It said something about finding several lost puppies. X stared at the request sheet for quite a long time, wearing a dark expression across his face. The project stared and stared, his dark face changing to full bewilderment. "How stupid. You expect me to actually take on the stupid job of saving...chiots?" He crumbled the paper up, mumbling to himself, "That shouldn't have even been here." He took up another request, with the name of 'Guard the Secret Deal'. He thought about the job: simply making sure a box of explosives make it to the other party. Why not, for it seemed simple enough. X jumped off the ship, slamming down into the ocean. "Dammit, I should've waited a bit longer."
X started swimming, towards what he thought was land. Sooner or later he'd arrived on land, a bit farther and he reached Talonia. X smiled in acceptance and excitement, "How lovely, it worked out." He made his way to the Black Market of Talonia and sought out to find his patient. A person of Galuna, X had no idea what that looked like, but judging from what the request wrote, he could assume that it was quite different from the norm. He spotted around and saw humans, but something caught the project's eye. A girl, with wings and horns, looking quite lonely and scared. He made his way over and simply talked to her, although straight to the point, with no introductions and whatnot. "Bonjour, madame. Let's go!"

Apparently, grabbing a girl by the hand abruptly and without her permission, is not a good idea. The lady of Galuna Island stopped in her tracks completely, instead attacking X. Luckily, battle instincts had saved the entity, although he didn't believe even if she did hit, it wouldn't have done much damage. She stared at the entity in fear, clearly scared out of her mind. He deciphered this human emotion, fear, and decided to take charge of it. "Etes-vous Alixia?" he questioned, asking for her name. She gave him a nod. X wanted to finish the job as soon as possible so he sought out another plan. "Mademoiselle, I am your guide, your protector, yes? Shall we explain details on the way?" As X dragged this Alixia around the Black Market, he had finally stopped to allow her to take a short break. She seemed to be breathing hard and sad, but she would be fine. Suddenly, two men carrying the boxes of, most likely, explosive lacrima came running up to Alixia and she shouted out "Rex! Kent! Where were you all?" They made their way over, ignoring X completely. X was given the order to watch out for two Rune Knights chasing Alixia...and there was two subordinates. Could it be?

X decided against it, to attack them now would prove nothing. He decided that he would destroy them when they've exposed themselves, and if they weren't the Rune Knights, then he'd kill them anyways, but at a later time, after he receives his payment. "No harm done if I kill them, corriger?" Of course not! They continued on their journey, the group of four, travelling the streets of the Black Market, attempting to figure out who the opposing party was. Time and time passed, yet they had no clue. X pulled out the request sheet to try to see any hints, any clues, yet he saw none what-so-ever. As he was paying attention to the sheet, X didn't notice where he'd been led! They were in a tight, narrow, secluded alley. No one could find them here. The magic started happening then! Rex and Kent started transforming into Rune Knights, Alixia was with X, bewildered. As for X, he stayed his calm self and smiled a devilish smile. "Ooh. Battle's begun huh? Shall we get started, everybody?"

X's hands remained at his pockets. As a sign of someone stronger than the other showing sympathy, X had not moved, rather let the opposing force that the first move. The Rune Knights formerly known as Rex and Kent snarled, "Don't take us lightly, boy." X smiled. "Boy huh? Guess I shouldn't break it to them that I'm 174 years old by now." The lady of Galuna, Alixia was off in the corner, shivering ever-so harsh, for she was in tears, looking as if she'd been in a rainstorm, quiet reciting "R-rex......K-k-kent..." This human emotion, crying, annoyed X to the point past return. "Stop your crying, woman." Then the Rune Knights swung their swords at X, one blazing with flames, the other seemed normal, yet it seemed like it could break the ground.

The man with the normal sword struck first. X had successfully dodged the first strike simply by jumping up into the air. Taking advantage of the fact that X was wide open, the man with the blazing sword struck X with the fire-stick. The cut that X received wasn't that deep, yet the sensation that it gave was powerful, as it gave X a second degree burn along the place where the sword had touched. X winced in pain, but he hadn't cried out, as he didn't want to look like a piece of shit in front of a lady. X stared directly into the eyes of the Rune Knights with satisfied grins on their faces. "Your turn's up, time for mine." X came racing towards them with simply only his fiery fists.He threw out four punches, two to each of them.

X gave them the best punches he could with his swiftness. X ran towards the stupid Rune Knights, still wearing their stupid grins on their faces. X gave the one named Kent, two punches: one to the chest, the other to the face. Both of the hits had landed perfectly. Kent simply fell down, clearly knocked out. X looked satisfied. "Finally, food. Anyways, one little rat has been caught, time for the second." X faced Rex. The man's confident face had turned into one with horror. X very much enjoyed the scene, but time was short. He threw a punch to the man's chest, although Rex had faster reaction speed and blocked it. X, however, thought two steps ahead and threw a punch to the face. This one landed.once again and he man fell on his butt. As X was laughing away, Rex decided to take this chance and ran away. "Stupid kid." X said to himself. He walked over to the madame waiting in the corner and helped her up. "Shall we continue?"

X grabbed the box of explosive lacrima and threw it towards Alixia. She screamed as it landed but that was alright. "What if it explodes?! Be more careful." X respected her attitude, for he to speak up to him with her appearance was quite interesting. He decided to make her feel comfortable, rather than act his usual bossy tone. "Fine, shorty. Just hold onto the box as I grab this human." X grabbed Kent by the collar of his shirt and dragged him along. He had made quite a scene, dragging a knocked-out body around in the Black Market, but there was nothing wrong with such a thing there, so he continued.

As X made his way around the city, he had no luck finding the person they were searching for. The opposing party, if it was possible, seemed to be making X's stupid job harder than it already is, not that it was physically hard, but due to X's lazy nature, he disliked the fact that this is taking more time that he'd hope. Sooner or later, X turned back deciding to take another glance at things once more. And for a second time, both he and Alixia had no idea where the other side was. Quite annoyed, X marched around, stomping and yelling. "Who asked for stupid explosive lacrimas dammit!?!?"

X got a giant sized slap across his face. Every head turned to the entity and the Galuna-islander, staring at them. "Baka! You're not supposed to tell everyone!" she exclaimed in a loud and obnoxious manner. She then took lead instead of leaving it to X to find the receiving party. X simply followed her, although he wasn't pleased, he did it anyways. That was the best choice for the situation at hand. The entity was daydreaming, how he would cook the human he had in his arms, when he suddenly came back into reality and noticed he lost the patient. "DAMN. I HATE KIDS."

He searched the entire city, but the project found no clues or the stupid girl, nor where she was. He started blabbering of how stupid kids are and how they should show some disrespect, which looked quite odd to the adults of the city. They're staring at a kid bad-mouthing others, though he seemed like a kid himself. X did an insane rush and out from his pockets, a letter flew! He opened the letter and read it, seeing the red letters on the sheet. "Sir X, was it? I thank you for your service today. I've found the receiving party and the negotiations ended well. Thank you once again, for your assistance." That was all. "Damn. I got my money stolen..." Again X was about to go on a rampage when he noticed his pocket was heavy. He searched inside, looking for a bag full of jewels. He smiled and walked back to Nox Animus...or where he thought it would be.
