Personality: First and foremost, Riana is a woman of science. Her absolute biggest flaw is that she lacks a certain element of empathy, to the point of being considered a sociopath. The feelings of others, as well as their needs, are vastly immaterial, unless playing to said needs will get Riana what she wants. This comes with it a certain level of cold, calculated arrogance - it is less ego than it is dispassionate dismissal of other people, though there is certainly an element of egotism to her being. Harming others, even killing, is not beneath her, if it means the advancement of her goals. Physical violence is, like all things, a means to an end to achieve the goal. Human experimentation, particularly in the weapons trade, is something that she knows full well is required. Hard to test a weapon without a target, after all. Everything, absolutely everything, is on the table if it means getting what she wants. Knowing all this, she has become rather detached from ‘common’ humanity, though she can mask well enough that she appears normal for the most part.

She keeps a certain level of secrecy about her work, however. None can possibly know about her magic unless it was absolutely critical for them to know, or she was about to use it to kill them. She is a good secret-keeper; all it takes is not speaking to people, which is something that she is very willing to do.
