We won’t say what kind of person invented his peculiar item, but the woman who picked it up one day to defend herself against some thugs found it was not a typical weapon. Instead of snapping flesh and choking to inflict pain or even death, it had her enemies giggling and writhing on the floor in bliss! The poor woman was able to escape, but that was decidedly not what she’d had in mind for her attackers. But she was an enterprising woman, so soon she managed to mass-produce the anti-weapon for the public’s general enjoyment and struck it filthy rich!

Depending on the person, this rose-tipped whip can only make people feel good! It can either tickle or inflict pleasure, depending on the person and their feelings toward the user. Not useful in a fight at all, but it can certainly be fun in other scenarios.
