Description: At one point in her life, Juliet was held prisoner for several months in a place known as Sanctum. In the end, she emerged with this crest and newfound abilities that were from there on, intrinsically tied to her magic and physical self. Though the crest is rather large, spanning her entire lower back, Juliet rarely allows it to see the light of day. Her tendency to wear full coverage clothing helps in concealing it, but she is also able to disguise it without difficulty using makeup, magic, or some other medium. Out of combat, Juliet is able to utilize the power of this crest to travel by teleportation, the mark briefly expanding to cover her entire person before vanishing her in a flash of purple light.

During this time, she can also direct the mist to increase speed by 50%. [Please clarify if this is spell speed or character speed ^^]
