Viktoriya was born to Emperor Fyodor and Empress Aleksandra of Adrestea as the only child and imperial heir to the throne. She was expected to become the next Empress once her father either abdicated or died, but she had the love of both her grandfather and grandmother. Servants tended to her every need and she was given everything she could ever want except she sought other people to make friends with, not just meeting with other foreign dignitaries and the nobility.
At the age of 5, she received a little doll from her mother as a gift for her birthday. Inside the palace, she was just lonely and distant, not wanting to interact with the servants, but only her family and the doll. She was only groomed to be the heir to the empire, but she learned magic from her father which was the ice magic that her ancestors held a long time ago. With the magic she learned, she wanted to do more than just sit there and look pretty for the imperial court.
When she turned 10, her grandfather became ill and the Imperial Family tried to look for medical aid while she just stood there, aware that he wasn't long to live. As his condition worseneed, her family decided to make preparations for the death of the former Emperor as they figured out how to break out the news to the citizens. A few months later, her grandfather died of his illness and he was survived by the other members of the family.
Two years after his death, she felt the sensation of gloom and how it would affect her studies in the imperial household. She knew that her grandfather was watching her up from the heavens as he had promised to watch over the growth of his granddaughter from his deathbed. That guild she happened to join was the Rune Knights which seemed to be optimal for a group that tends to keep the order in the kingdom.
