Starlight creates a magic circle below it and creates an Incantation which will later on give strength to nearby Celestial Spirits. The maximum range is 13 meters around the caster. Starlight will probably retreat in fear when she is hit by 6 D-ranked spells and Die when she is hit by 10 D-ranked spells.
Strengths:
•All nearby Celestial Spirits will regain back their strength or double their strength.
Weaknesses:
•This spell only affects Celestial Beings.
•This spell can be used again for 3 posts.
•Duration of the buff is 2 posts.
