Personality: As a young lizard humanoid, he was taken and experimented on for the majority of his childhood. This produced immense trauma and helped him develop some of the characteristics he has today. When he was being experimented on, he developed a fear for the large tower he was held in and the doctors and animal doctors that worked on him. He also developed deep hatred for the type of people that felt it was necessary to persecute his kind as if they were experiments. Once he grew big enough he tried to bust through the tower, but Dark Mages eventually caught him causing his dislike for dark mages. Luckily he was soon rescued by a group of Lamia Scale mages and developed his love for magic and his guild; this also helped him realize that not all humans were bad. He has deep respect for the power of magic and what it represents.
He is very rash and hotheaded, but at the same time very compassionate and vigilant. He has primitive instincts that affect his personality in combat causing him to be more predator-like and animalistic. When he isnt in battle he tries to be carefree and happy, but it isnt always easy for him. To him the world is a giant eco-system that is meant to produce optimum life and lively enjoyment to all species, but in its imperfections he tries to take on the burden of the world in its entirety. Shin Shin has a heavy sense of responsibility to say the least. He feels his strength is a direct reflection of his productiveity in restoring his kind to live as equals among humans. Other than his predatorial instincts and sense of responsibility he is very normal and just wants to live life to its fullest. This normal life comes second to his mission, because he is a man on a mission.
Misc personality traits include hyper activity, mood swings, and male pride. His intelligence levels are average and this shows in his brute style of fighting over tactics. He is definately brawns over brains and this is partly because of his primitive animalitic instincts. His rage is not one to be underestimated, if you run him the wrong way he may go to extremes of even killing you. He has however calmed down a bit over the last few years and is able to develop a "thick skin" when it comes to moral adversity and psychological triggers.
