Hallucinogenic: Packed with a mysterious and non specific substance these cigarettes have a strange effect on anyone within in 30 meter radius. For those of lower and equal ranks inhaling the smoke produced from them will begin to make them feel light headed and sick, as well as cause them to see strange things (flashy colors, moving patterns, things that may not actually be there, etc). For those of higher ranks they may simply just feel sluggish and weird.
