Abilities:
This ring functions similar to a celestial key, able to summon Chiyo to Noa's side whenever Noa needs her. This has a cooldown of 5 posts before it can be used again. I would like it stated that if she's summoned during a job that she cannot receive the rewards the job gives, as this is considered loopholing. Outside of job threads, I don't care. Please also specify the rank this ability maxes at.

The second ability of this ring allows Noa to communicate telepathically with her wife, no matter where she is, as long as she is wearing the ring. Inside of combat this needs a range. Outside of combat, I don't care. You can supply the current rank range and add a +# for each rank to the max rank of the ability. Please also supply the max range of this ability.
