Takumi tugged uncomfortably at his collar, clearly not enjoying his outfit. The stiff, uncomfortable clothes weren't his style at all, he vastly preffered his own soft green cloak and simple white shirt. Not this... fancy thing he was wearing. It was almost like a military uniform... and so uncomfortable. His hair slicked back so it wasn't falling in his eyes, it was almost his turn to walk the runway. He debated running for it, but doubted he could make it very far in the slick shoes, uncomfortably tight pants, and stiff shirt.
Why was he doing this again? He couldn't even remember. All he remembered was that there was a 10,000 jewel reward for the winner. Oh. Right. That's why. he thought, taking a deep breath as the contestant before him left the runway. Time to go, I guess it can't be helped.
Resigning himself to his fate, he stepped on to the runway with a sigh. This was going to be a long few weeks...
To his surprise, his appearance was met with cheers and cries, not the boos and hate he had been expecting for someone like him. "And here we have Takumi Yoshino, dressed in a military style uniform!" Announced a voice, trying to get some more hype going.
