Long story short, Hiei is a dick. He insults everyone he meets regardless if he likes them or not. He seem's to try harder to insult those he hates. He firmly believes that no other exceed has seen or been through as much sh*t as him.

Description: This is Hiei's own personal style of Aera magic. He fused his poison magic with his own inherited Aera magic turning the feathers on his wings into deadly poison dipped needles. This ability Passively gives Hiei the ability to fly at the same speed he can run and only carry 1 person at a 25% speed decrease. The active ability for this spell is Hiei flaps his wings at his opponent firing some loose feathers. These feathers are made of poison causing 10 total initial damage and an additional 30 damage over 3 turns (10 per post). This does not count per feather, its the attack as a whole. Max this spell can travel is 10 meters.
Strengths:
Can passivly fly and carry 1 person.
Steady dot damage.
Weaknesses:
In order to carry 1 person, Hiei takes a 25% speed decrease.
Wind magic can knock the feathers off track.
Can only carry 1 additional person.
