Strengths:
-is lightweight and rather thin, but it is warm, and as tough as steel
-able to stretch up to twice it's length
Weaknesses:
-veeeery flammable
-as a result of its length is a huge hazard for tripping over or getting caught on nearby objects
-is instantly neutralized when wet (all abilities that is)
Abilities:
This scarf has only passive abilities. They are listed below.

Healing Warmth
Gives 5% HP every 2nd post alongside natural healing.

Void Break
Gives user a 20% speed increase for a total of 2 posts. Has a cooldown of 3 posts.

Heals the user of D rank damage over 1 post. Has 3 posts Cooldown. You're more than welcome to change this from a D-rank heal of 1 post/3-post cooldown to a buff that gives 5% HP per two posts alongside your natural healing.

Void Break
Gives user a 20% power increase for a total of 2 posts. Has a cooldown of 3 posts. Considering this gives a significant boost in MP even for a short duration, I would like some drawbacks to the ability.

I think you misunderstood what I meant. Sorry! The health regen would happen every other post like the natural health regen does.
