A simple looking megaphone with black body and orange adornments, it doesn't bear any special markings or technology. It simply focuses and amplifies any sound that is recorded on one side, shooting it out like a missile on the other.
Strengths:
1) Wide cone of attack makes it fairly easy to hit an enemy, even if he's trying to dodge
Weaknesses:
1) Cannot be used if the user is somehow silence or deprived of their voice altogether
2) As this weapon is obviously pretty loud, it cannot be used for stealth attacks in any way
