Description:  When Dragon scales active's Apollo's shields cover him giving him the appearance of having dragon scales.  The scales will absorb 3 B ranks of damage and it will decrease the damage off all elemental attack up to B rank by one rank upon hitting the armor.  The flaws though are while Apollo is in this form he can only move at half speed since his scales weight him down so much.  Along with this he also becomes heavier so unless something large can carry him he isn't able to be moved out of the way so his chance's of dodging an attack are very slim the effects don't work anymore if scales are broken early.

Name: Dragon Flicker

Description: At the start of the fight Apollo is covered lightly in his shielding.  Giving him a automatic shield against 3 d ranks of damage.   Apollo also has full movement while wearing this armor.  One the armor is shattered Apollo will teleport instantly out of the danger so he will receive no damage even if it is a higher level spell.  The shell takes 3 turns to from again and cover him again before this ability can be used.  Apollo can teleport 15 feet in any direction he choose's.  When he teleports it makes a loud cracking sound in the air when he leave's and enter so this ability can not be used for stealth in any way and or will give away his position to his enemy.

gains protections again after four posts
Instantly is teleported out of danger
Weaknesses:
Once teleported doesn't get anything for four posts
It is an extremely weak shield
the teleport can be baited out by a weaker spell
