    Magic

    Primary Magic: Takeover
    Secondary Magic: It will be Caster once I reach C rank Rank and train for it.
    Description: Brandy can become powerful spirits with unique, destructive abilities. Her Takeover type is Flame Soul, turning her body into pure fire compressed into a humanoid form. During Flame Soul, Brandy uses her malleable configuration and intense heat to scurry about the battlefield, scorching her opponents with a slight touch.

    When engaging in combat, Brandy initiates Takeover magic immediately. She uses Takeover magic to hit the enemy swiftly and efficiently, dispatching them while she has greater amounts of magical reserves.
    Strengths:

    • Fire magic has an advantage against ice magic. Fire spells receive a +50 percent buff to spellpower that affects the spell's level and damage output when clashing with ice magic.

    Weaknesses:

    • Fire magic has a disadvantage against water magic. Fire spells receive a -50 percent debuff to spellpower that affects the spell's level and damage output when clashing with water magic.


    • Fire magic has a disadvantage against wind magic. Fire spells receive a -50 percent debuff to spellpower that affects the spell's level and damage output when clashing with wind magic.

    Lineage: Seductor's Touch
    Description: You come from the blood of those who are masters of speechcraft. Hidden from the public, usually, unless they require something, these particular mages can seduce anyone to do almost anything.
    Ability: The user is able to bend the will of anyone but mages and the undead.  Can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max). Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.
    The user gains a single user-ranked spell related to mind control(Max S-rank) in addition to their spells and is in general more seductive and alluring.
    Usage: 2 post duration with a 6 post cooldown. Gains a mind control-like spell in addition to their own spells of S-rank or lower.

    Unique Abilities: Professional encourager (Active): Brandy quickly delivers a well-selected set of inspirational words that lifts the spirits of her teammates. All teammates receive a 25 percent buff to spell levels for three posts. The ability has a four post cooldown.

    Well-educated (Passive): Many places in Earthland such as ruins, dungeons, guildhalls, and villages have complex puzzles and problems that mages need to solve. Brandy resolves logical quandaries twice as quickly as the average mage.

    Vixen Senses (Passive): Brandy has better vision, hearing, and smell. She possesses night vision and she can hear footsteps up to 100 yards away, making it difficult for enemies to sneak up on her.

    Name: Flame Vixen Arms
    Rank: D
    Type: Partial Takeover (Multiple Hit X2)
    Duration: three posts
    Cooldown: four posts
    Description: A dancing red blaze consumes Brandy's arms, transforming them into two streams of fire cast into an arm-like shape ending in candle-like flames that resemble claws. Embers continually rise into the air, creating a dazzling light show akin to lightning bugs. The arm's damage output is five hp per hit, the same as unarmed melee damage.

    • Brandy can extend her flame arms into long, whip-like structures and strikes her enemies with a flurry of searing blows. Brandy can perform melee attacks up to 20 feet away from her opponent.


    • Each time an attack makes contact with an opponent, it has a 20 percent chance of inflicting first-degree burns. Opponents inflicted with first-degree burns suffer a -25 percent debuff to speed, evasion, and physical attacks for the duration of the fight.

    Weaknesses:

    • Because Brandy's arms are pure fire, they lack endurance against magical attacks. Flame Vixen Arms have a 15 percent Durability Threshold against magical attacks and a 30 percent Durability Threshold against physical attacks and ice magic.


    • If Brandy chooses to extend her arms into whips, the damage output falls to four hp per hit instead of five hp.


    • If an opponent breaks Flame Vixen Arm's Durability Threshold, the flames will inflict Brandy with first-degree burns.

    Type: Partial Takeover
    Duration: three posts
    Cooldown:four posts
    Description: Brandy's furry legs ignite into an incandescent inferno. Swaying flames similar to that of a candle sprout from her toes, replacing her claws. Her fiery feet rise up into the air until they hover about six inches off the ground.
    Strengths:

    • Thanks to her newfound ability to hover about the battlefield, Brandy receives a 20 percent buff to evaision and speed, making her walking speed (slow hovering) six mph, her running speed (moderate hovering) 12 mph, and her sprinting speed (fast hovering) 24 mph.

    Weaknesses:

    • Because Brandy's legs are pure fire, they lack endurance against magical attacks. Flame Vixen Legs have a 15 percent Durability Threshold against magical attacks and a 30 percent Durability Threshold against physical attacks and ice magic.


    • If an opponent breaks Flame Vixen Leg's Durability Threshold, the flames will inflict Brandy with first-degree burns.


    Name: Flame Vixen Body
    Rank: D
    Type: Partial Takeover
    Duration: three posts
    Cooldown: four posts
    Description: Everything from her torso, shoulders, mid-section, back, groin, rear end, and tail catch on fire. The blaze holds an feminine, hourglass shape and a fox-like tail.
    Strengths:

    • Each time an opponent's body touches Brandy's body, they have a 20 percent chance of being inflicted with first-degree burns. Opponents inflicted with first-degree burns suffer a -25 percent debuff to speed, evasion, and physical attacks for the duration of the fight.

    Weaknesses:

    • Because Brandy's body is pure fire, it lacks endurance against magical attacks. Flame Vixen Body has a 25 percent Durability Threshold against magical attacks and a 45 percent Durability Threshold against physical attacks and ice magic.


    • If an opponent breaks Flame Vixen Body's Durability Threshold, the flames will inflict Brandy with first-degree burns.


    Name: Flame Vixen Head
    Rank: D
    Type: Partial Takeover (AoE; Multiple Hit X2)
    Duration: three posts
    Cooldown: four posts
    Description: Brandy closes her eyes and reopens then, revealing two orange balls of flame. The flame spreads, eating away at her fur and face. It reaches the tops of her pointy ears and flies down her long brown hair, incinerating every inch of it. Nothing is left of her head except for a hefty flame resembling a ghostly fox, eager to curse her foes with burns.
    Strengths:

    • Two balls of flames shoot out of Brandy's eye sockets and fly around the battlefield. They explode whenever she mentally commands them to dealing 10 damage on impact and 7 damage in a small, one-foot radius per ball. The attack has a 30 percent chance of inflicting first-degree burns. Opponents inflicted with first-degree burns suffer a -25 percent debuff to speed, evasion, and physical attacks for the duration of the fight.


    • The balls can travel up to 12 mph, which is a little faster than a wizard's average running speed. This attack is difficult to dodge unless the wizard is sprinting.

    Weaknesses:

    • Because Brandy's head is pure fire, it lacks endurance against magical attacks. Flame Vixen Head has a 20 percent Durability Threshold against magical attacks and a 35 percent Durability Threshold against physical attacks and ice magic.


    • If an opponent breaks Flame Vixen Body's Durability Threshold, the flames will inflict Brandy with first-degree burns.


    • Allies can get caught in this attack if they are within a one-foot radius of it.


    • The attack's small radius makes the attack dodgeable if the enemy can get one foot away from it.


    • If Brandy is hit by an attack while the balls of flame are floating around, Brandy will lose focus and they will explode regardless of where their locations are.


    • Much like normal eye movement, the balls of fire must travel in the same general direction. They cannot travel in opposite directions.


    Name: Temptress's Whisper

    Type: Mind Control from Seductor's Touch lineage

    Description: Brandy's way with words and beautiful vixen body allows her to speak to the hearts of spirits and pets. Spirits find her alluring and pets relate to her because of her animal-like appearance.
    Strengths:

    • With a mere thought, she can command conjured spirits and pets to do her bidding. Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.

    Weaknesses:

    • Brandy cannot command mages and the undead.



    • Brandy can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max).

    Overdrive (Active): Takeover magic's damage output increases by 25 percent for three posts and escalates the burn effect to the next degree, but spells cast during the ability's duration cost 25 percent more magic power. If the foe is already afflicted with lower degree burns, attacks while overdrive is active possess a 20 percent change of worsening the burns by one degree. The ability has a four post cooldown.

    Rank: D
    Type: Transformation
    Duration: 30 minutes in-character time at D Rank; one hour in-character time at C Rank; 24 hours in-character time at B Rank; One week in-character time at A Rank; Permanent at S Rank and will not deactivate unless Brandy wills so, even if Brandy is knocked unconscious I am sorry but we do post counts for duration and cooldowns
    Cooldown: One hour in-character time at D and C Rank; 30 minutes in-character time at B Rank; 15 minutes in-character time at A Rank I am sorry but we do post counts for duration and cooldowns
    Description: Transformation rewrites Brandy's DNA into any human, plant, or animal, but it cannot copy the DNA of magical beings, such as celestial spirits or dragons. It cannot copy the magical facilities in a mage's genetics that gives them the ability to use certain spells. This means that Brandy cannot use Transformation to gain the ability to use the opponent's magic or the benefits of the opponent's lineage. Transformation can also alter Brandy's sex. Brandy mainly uses this spell to change into an anthro vixen.
    Strengths:

    • Brandy gains all senses and traits unique to the species she transforms into. This includes changes in the five senses, the ability to breathe water if the species has gills, the ability to perform photosynthesis if the species is a plant, or the ability to become pregnant.

    Weaknesses:

    • Brandy cannot immediately gain any learned traits common to the species that she transforms into. For example, if she transforms into a bird, she must learn how to fly.


    • Unless Brandy transforms into an anthro vixen, she suffers the same drawbacks of hitting zero percent magic power for three posts after casting Transformation, with the duration of not being able to cast magic changed from 10 posts to 3 posts.

    for each takeover you get a passive and active ability however the transformation spell in my own opine dose not quite fit takeover magic

    Aye, sir! I'll work on the changes. How do you think I should go about fixing the transformation magic? My character was approved with the vixen transformation concept. It's the core of my character. Is there any way I can alter the spell without getting rid of it, or should I count the vixen transformation as strictly RP and not even give it a spell slot?

    Doesn't Mirajane use transformation and Takeover magic? I know we aren't cannon, but using her as an example would help explain why the two fit together.
