    Name: Blessing of the Wolf
    Rank: Legendary
    Description: Generated by the spirit essence of the wolf spirit Hati, this influence manifests as a thin layer of what could be identified as slightly glowing mist or fog that seems to rest in the area around the young mage every time he begins using his magic.
    Strengths: 
    -Creates an imposing environment that can throw some enemies off their game.


    Weaknesses:
    -Neither of it's abilities effect Dmitry's allies.
    -Can frighten civilians in the area, potentially giving them the wrong idea about him.


    Abilities: 

    Wolf's Fang - Dmitry gains a permanent 30% boost in spell effectiveness. 

    Wolf's Hide - Dmitry gains a permanent 30% boost in spell resistance.

    Wolf's Hide - Dmitry's summons gain a permanent 30% boost in health. (PvP) Buff is increased by 25% for every Rank the summons is below Dmitry's own Rank, decreased by 25% for every Rank above Dmitry. Caps at A-Rank.

    I know that this was previously approved by a former mod; however, what was approved is considerably OP, so I'm ask that the increase is lowered to 5% per rank above Dmitry. Since you are B, A would be 35%, S would be 40%, SS would be 45% increase, and H would be 50%. For both increases, please. You can change the decrease to 5% per rank lower if you wish as well.

    Sorry, I actually meant to remove anything related to summons. The buffs are supposed to be directed at Dmitry now, but I forgot about the tags on the end of each buff.
