Lavanitir Port City, a place owned completely by Black Rose; a guild with its own nation. This was the place Iayui Darbold had been sent to find a woman by the name of Kakuma Blackflower, and then eliminate her. He had been provided a lengthy description on the woman and her guild, as well as the country in question. Not only that, he had been provided easy means to getting there while not having to sneak under cover. That didn't stop him from wearing simple clothing, as he hated anything fancy, so he was very bland looking compared to most that were around him.

A look around made him realize he may actually be in the city for a while, but only if he stopped his search for any length of time. 'I'd rather not stay in a town ruled by someone I'm supposed to kill for any time at all. Hopefully she's not too well guarded and I can get this done without waiting for an open moment.' That thought would start his steps into the city to succeed in his mission.

Kakuma was in one of the many research centers that Black Rose had, checking out a new creation the mad scientest had thought up. It was a Baloon that would pull object and people high up into the air where a air ship would go snatch them. Kakuma found this terriblelly hilarious and wanted to try it out some day, the staff of the building simply face palmed at her excitement. they spent the next hour trying to convince her that it was a bad idea, finally they gave in and let her have a try. Kakuma enjoyed it so much that she ended up doing it three more times, she enjoyed the rush of air as she was pulled into the sky, the View from up their and even the jerk from the airship grabbing her. She was trying to go again when she recived notice that "Basilisk" was here, Kakuma sighed as she found out. She turned to the science staff, whom at this point were starting to have fun as well, "sorry guys i have to go." they all let out sighs of disappointment, being with Kakuma let them escape the stress of their job for a while. Kakuma left the science center and headed out into the city, she knew that Omen was most likely tailing the assassin that was after her. She also imagined that the BRSTG was in play as well, she wonder if this would be assassin even had a chance. Kakuma changed into her massive wolf self and charged into the city.

Omen was indeed tailing the man, but they had been doing so since he had gotten the job, their agents passing along intel on the man to the next set of people tasked to watch him. When the man had boarded the ship to get to silvermoon, they had contacted the BRSTG. The BRSTG knew how to keep things quiet and thus were a asset when it came to dealing with things like this. By the time the assassins boat had arrived Omen and the BRSTG had completely set up a way to lead the assassin where they wanted him to. The let out talk of the guild master and her romps to a specific part of the city, but they words came from the shop keepers and people just standing about and chating. The city was alive, a breathing entity, one that had set a trap for their guest.

It was strange, for a nation run by a guild many people there had loose tongues. The amount of information he heard made him worry that his cover was blown, even though he had been assured by his contractors that it would be impossible for the Guild Master he was tasked with slaying to do so. The city held a staggering amount of people, though, that helped him blend in all the better. Using money provided for him to be able to shop and remain inconspicuous Iayui bought an apple to snack on as he roamed the streets like a man enjoying the view.

Slowly, yet surely, the man made his way to the place he kept hearing about the Guild Master that was located inside the port city. With no allies, and no way to get out if things went sour, the man's sure steps showed no falter; he had faith in his abilities with the training he had gone through after all. If things kept as open as they were in the city, and the target went down without issue. After that he could pick up the massive amount of pay he had been contracted for doing such a dangerous mission.

'Not that I have anything against her life. The money is just too good, no matter the reasons for ending it.'

The way people talked sounded natural, like they had just seen her, this was the third time a assassin had been sent after Kakuma. They would lead him through hersay and idol chat to a small market zone where Omen had set up a ambush. Standing at on of the stalls was what looked like Kakuma, but was really the shapeshifter Nami Blake. The entire market was busy and full of life, everyone ready to jump at the first sign of hostility.

Kakuma made it to the roof of the buildings and met up with a Omen Agent. "so whats going on this time?"

The Agent turned to Kakuma and filled her in, "One assassin... they are being lead to a ambush, Nami is in your form and playing bait." The Omen agent held out a folder. "This is a profile on the man, we have gathered as much on him as we can..." Kakuma took the folder and started reading. It was not much to be honest, But it was something. Kakuma handed it back, the agent motioned for her to follow. It took them only a bit to make it to a spot to watch the market where the ambush was.

It didn't take long until the assassin made his way to a small market zone, though it was quite full with traffic going to and fro. The idle chitchat had worried him the entire way, even though there was no turning back once he was in the city; figuring he had no return ticket home unless he completed this job. Not to mention he wouldn't have a boat to catch until the one hired for him showed up the next day!

A look around would show him the exact person he needed to find today! Kakuma Blackflower was standing at one of the stalls, seeming to be talking to someone at it. Following the crowd Iayui slowly went past stalls and held general conversations with people that acted friendly toward him. He slowly made his way to where the ill-fated, or so he thought, guild master was. It was time, he wouldn't have a better chance to make this happen.

A small hand motion, barely noticeable, would be made as a single small throwing knife with a quite strong toxin upon it. All it would take was a deft slight-of-hand and a guild and country would be short a leader.

A deft Slight of hand was all it took for the hammer to fall, as soon as the man pulled a weapon the entire market turned on him. Weapons of all sorts were pulled from all sorts of things, and a BRSTG Team burst through one of the doors.

"DROP YOUR WEAPON!" On of the BRSTG trooper shouted, The BRSTG team surrounded the man pointing automatic weapons at him. "NOW!"

From some of the baclonies a few Omen Agents produced Scoped rifles and took aim at the mans head and chest. The Omen agents on the ground in the market joined the BRSTG Team, many producing pistols and bladed weapons, while some of the others moved to the exits to keep people out.

Kakuma watched from the roof of one of the buildings, she found it funny that they didn't even need her for stuff like this. She wondered what the man would do, she was ready to jump in if he did anything to threaten her people.

Before he could even think about throwing the weapons Iayui found himself in a city that was suddenly focused on him. How had they known? No, that did not matter at this point. Somehow they had gotten foreknowledge about him, and they had used that to trap him once he made it to the port city itself. That was the only way, especially with how fast the reaction had been to a small hand movement. Eyes and ears, the entire city, had played against him in a plot to save their leader without even giving a hint that he had been known about.

There was no way out of this for him, not without surrendering, and surrender was not an option he could choose now. He would never give up information on his contracts, and did NOT intend to fail in his job if he had the chance; which he still did here. A flick of his wrist, not even turning or looking away from where he was, would send the toxic knife out at Kakuma. If the knife struck it would piece right at the heart. There wasn't time to see if the attack would hit as suddenly tranquilizers struck from all around. The first few he felt, the rest were not even noticed as the man fell to the ground; unconscious for what would be a long time.

Kakuma watched as the man went for the kill on Nami, Kakuma jumped from the roof and chained two of her spells, telporting into the fray. She caught the blade in flight, without even so much as touch the bladed edge, she caught it with her claws. Kakuma handed the blade to a BRSTG Trooper and then turned to watch the man fall to the ground, well over sixty tranq darts sticking out of him. Kakuma sighed and motioned for Nami to come over. "You ok?"

Nami changed back to her red headed self, "Yes Ma'am, i am unharmed." Nami pushed her hair back behind her ear. "There was no need get involved, No poison can kill me." Nami smiled weakly at Kakuma. Kakuma frowned at the girl, she know that Nami had lead a very hard life before she came to Black Rose. "Ma'am? erm your staring do i have something on my face?"

"huh?!? Oh sorry my dear." Kakuma smiled at Nami. "I know that but i would rather not let you be harmed if i can stop it." Kakuma looked back at the man who was currently being picked up,  "take him to my office and tie him up."

Ten minutes later Kakuma sat in her office, it was cramped cause there was a full squad of BRSTG in with her, the man sat tied to the chair. Kakuma motioned to on of the BRSTG troopers, he nodded and pulled out a Adreniline shot. He put it into the mans chest, right into his heart, this would wake him up. Kakuma would wait until he was awake, she simply waited with her head in the palms of her hand. When he awoke she spoke, "Welcome back to the land of the living." She offered the tied up man a smile. "So tell me who sent you." Kakuma already knew to be honest, she had already arranged a counter hit. One that would be done before she event finished talking with the man.

Blackness, that was all there was for a while. Not that he would remember the time he was tranquilized for. Instead, the man felt a shooting pain as his body jerked, a reaction to the sudden adrenaline, as his mind slowly reactivated from the massive amount of tranqs in his system. Eyes slowly opened, the sudden light glaring as he slowly squinted at who he saw before him; Kakuma Blackflower. It seemed his attempt at killing her had failed, and now he was tied up to a chair facing her. She offered a single greeting, one he wasn't expecting since he had thought he would have been shot, not put to sleep, before inquiring about who sent him.

"My contractor's name will never be revealed. Once I miss my ride back I will be considered dead and my name scratched out. You may as well kill me now, I am of no use to you for the purpose of information on this subject."

A stone-like expression is all they would get from him, nothing behind his eyes, as he looked forward.

"Releasing me only delays the inevitable death I receive, both from my clan and my contractor, who must have someone leaking information for you to know this much about me."

While he had no way to believe a leak, he may as well figure out everything before his death; right?

Kakuma chuckled at the man's refusal to give the name, she already expected that. Kakuma wondered if the man was going to be this way the entire time, though Kakuma sat up when he gave more info then he thought. "Oh? so your a dead man anyways?" Kakuma stood up and walked over to the window, "We don't like killing here in Black Rose, but it is a fact of life." Kakuma turned to the man. "You say your dead if we let you go right, that either your clan or your client will end you?" Kakuma was corraling him into a corner with her questions, or trying to anyways. "Well then i guess you don't have any choices, I should have had you killed like the other two assassin that came for my life." Kakuma lied about the other two assassins being dead, she had reqruited them into Black Rose when they had failed. "But i feel you can be more useful than a corpse in the ground." Kakuma walked up to the man and knelt down, holding out a knife. "So human... Do you leave Black Rose's protection and Die probulay a painful death? Or will you join us?" Kakuma was direct about her question about him joining, she felt no need to hide her intentions. "We have uses for someone like you and as i said killing you would be a huge waste." Kakuma walked around the man, "But if you wish i can let you leave, just know that if you were to return that you would be killed on sight." Kakuma walked back over to her desk and sat on it. She looked like a complete dork the way she was going about things, Omen or The BRSTG usually did this kind of thing.

Kakuma let the room be silent for as long as it took the man to answer, then simply asked weither he answered or not. "Oh by the way." Kakuma reached over and pulled the file on the client. "We knew you were coming before you did." Kakuma tossed the file on the ground where it spilled pictures of both the man and the client. "They sent you into a trap and knew it. I think this was them testing our defenses." Kakuma smiled at the man again. "In short... they used you as a Sacrificial Lamb, if it were me... i would want some pay back." Kakuma looked up at on of the BRSTG Troopers. "My dear Nami what do you think... can you use him?"

The trooper that Kakuma adressed changed into a red headed girl and then spoke. "Sure... so long as he does not try to take your life again... or mine for that matter."

Kakuma looked back to the man. "what say you?"

All the woman did was chuckle at him. If he had not been in control of his emotions he may have lashed out over it. Instead he simply listened as the leader of Black Rose began speaking. The line of questions were rhetorical, not meant for him to answer but to corral him into a corner with a reasoning behind them. Yes, he was a dead man once he left here. But could he really offer his services to them without a severe blow to his own honor? That was when they brought up that he had been set up from the beginning, a professional sent to die on a whim; no matter his skills he could apply for them instead. A hatred inside him burned, though he refused to let his face show it, for the client he now saw had betrayed him from the start.

A question was asked to someone named Nami, who ended up a shapeshifter; an unexpected surprise to him. That was a good way to go undercover, as well as get information from others. But had she been used as a decoy for Kakuma? He would never know, nor would he ever ask. That would not be professional at all!

"I will join you. But cancel that hit on my previous contractor. He's mine." It was all he said as the adrenaline in his body slowly killed the aches and pains that flooded his tranquilized body. Now if only they would free him from this chair...

Kakuma looked at the man as he agreed to work for Black Rose, it was to easy in her opinion most of the time she had to pass the people they captured off to OMEN. She never asked what they did to them but the next time she saw them they were working for Black Rose. Kakuma stood up and bend down to the mans eye lever, her eyes matching his. "And trust me human... you cross me and you won't even know how you died." Kakuma was serious about this, she didn't like traitors or people who put her family at risk. She straightened out and looked at Nami, "Well i leave him in your care. He's apart of OMEN, make sure hes useful." Kakuma cast a glance at the man. "Do you have a issue with this?" Kakuma asked the man retorickly. She waved the men off and they dragged the man, chair and all out of her office. Kakuma simply chuckled to herself for a second then cursed, "Damn it... now i have to get a new chair...." Kakuma returned to her desk where she spent the rest of the day doing paperwork.
