Strengths:
Allows Animo to use his magic
Quick transformation time, allowing for easy adaptation to and from melee combat
Although not the biggest blade, all the components of Quodos Ira were forged from a metal mined from an asteroid that fell from deep space, which was found to be capable of handling extreme conditions and stress.
Weaknesses:
Leaves Animo helpless if they are knocked out of his hands
The melee capabilities on their lonesome are not the strongest, requiring Animo’s magic t do real effective damage.
Regular firing of the guns, while not immensely draining, does use Animo’s magic power. The guns cannot be fired forever.
Abilities:
Transformation: The main ability of any gunblade is its transformation mechanism, allowing it to switch between a gun a blade. In gun form, the blade rests on top of the barrel, springing forward to form a medium length sword when transformed.
Magic Channeling: The specialty of the Quodos Ira is channeling Animo’s magic into the weapon, allowing for enhanced melee strikes in blade form, regular firing capabilities in gun form, and allowing Animo to use spells through the gunblade’s in both forms.
