“Ride Hellgroen!” A majestic stallion that looked like a phantom sprung from the ground in a fantastic leap. It’s fog colored hooves dug into to the soft earth tearing it up into the air as it ran. Sin jumped high into the air landing on it’s back in it’s seemingly immaterial saddle. He laughed and snapped it’s ghostly reigns and the beast charged forward down the short path that led into the marshy woods of the Spooky Forest leaving the ever so imposing Savage Skull guild hall rapidly far behind them. Sin’s white suit blended into Hellgroen’s ghostly hide any bystander who didn’t know better could mistake them for one entity straight from the depths of hell(which was not too terribly far from the real truth). The effect was accented by the dark of the night with only the moon’s pale light shining on them rider and steed seemed as if one entity of impending despair sweeping across the country side. The clopping of hoofsteps were the only sound permeating in the night as the reaper set about his rounds. People were going to die tonight and Sin was determined to enjoy every bloody second of it.

The white horsemen was very familiar with the secret paths of the Spooky Forest and he skillfully guided Hellgroen through the twisting paths covered in shadow. Watching him steer the horse would make it hard to believe Sin had only taken up the saddle a day ago but as was the nature of his magic he was a master horsemen by nature. Having your autonomy and magic completely warped randomly for no apparent reason is kind of disturbing and troubling but Sin was mostly used to the change as it had happened a few times before. However Sin knew this would be his final transformation as only the greatest evil in the world could force him to change and he took on the powers of the four horsemen of the apocalypse then the obvious consequences ruled out any other great evils rising. It was only a matter of time before everything ended and Sin eagerly awaited the day. By awaited of course what he meant was speeding it up every way possible! Which was what he was doing now, a caravan of simple enough traders were riding along their happy little way carrying with them no cargo of significant cargo. However Sin needed to warm up his new powers so they were his first target for his practice. Cruel sadistic practice of course.

Strapped on his back was the black lance Abomination it would be the instrument of the evening’s symphony of slaughter. As no self respecting horsemen came to battle without such a fine spear. He quickly came out of the dark forest and found himself on a wide open public road, Hellgroen charged forward. This was going to be far too easy, so easy Sin almost felt bad about it. Almost of course. Ahead him the black outline of a caravan came into view, the uneven roofs of wagons and general noise of human life confirming his target. Sin grinned “Yah! Hellgroen may we sweep over the battlefield and leave none alive!” So they charged and Sin drew his spear with a flourish and a twirl. One horseman, likely a guardsman, rode his steed out alone in front of the caravan and called out to Sin “Halt be you friend or foe!” Apparently he didn’t see Sin’s spear and if he did it was too late as Sin gripped it in his right hand, cradled the shaft under his arm and just in time for the man’s eyes to go wide with realization but before he could reach for his sword the barbed head of Abomination ripped through his throat in a spray of gore. He was dead faster than he could say “oops.” The rest of the caravan seemed to get the message and all their defensive forces scrambled as Hellgroen brought Sin ever closer to their unfortunate souls bloody spear in hand.

The first effort of the caravan to defend itself were two particularly swift horse riders who charged Sin running ahead of the caravan. Their swords were drawn the element of surprise was not enough this time. Sin snapped his reins, the apocalypse arrived. First came War. The ghostly mane of Hellgroen was stained red, black armor plates appeared on various locations protecting it, his mane and tail caught fire Sin cried “I shall slaughter you fools from atop Red Hare!” Suddenly filled with a rush of adrenaline he twirled his spear over his head laughing before once again lowering it and tucking it under his right arm effectively doing nothing. Except providing a distraction. The horses of the guardsmen just a few meters away suddenly tumbled to the ground with a neigh of agony. For from the ground beneath them a pair of ghostly warriors had risen from the ground and shoved their blades into the stallion’s chests bringing them to the ground. Sin charged on without paying them hardly any attention as the phantoms quickly dispatched the now helpless guardsmen pinned by their fallen horses. Sin laughed, this power was intoxicating and it drove him to continue his charge. He reached the caravan where finally the first drop of defenseless blood would be spilt. A middle aged man sitting in the drivers seat of one of the wagons, not even enough time to scream, and Sin’s cruel spear took of his head.
