Job Requirements: Find the mysterious white flower deep within the Spooky Forest! Minimum of 10 posts. Must defeat at least one batch of monsters. 150 words per post.
Job Location: Spooky Forest
Job Description: The medicinal shop in Magnolia can't seem too pay their workers enough too journey into the Spooky Forest too gather a specific type of flower needed as an ingredient in a powerful medicine. Find it for them! But watch out...something's lurking, stalking, snarling.
Enemies:
Weak: Goblin x3 (Who knows what they're doing, and why they've decided too follow you. But they are not friendly...at all. A few hits should clobber them out for the count though.)
Normal: Wild Pack Wolves x4 (Four wolves have been stalking you...and they've decided you're lunch! Defeat them with at least 2 hits on each one of them! They attack with claws and fangs, each will attack you once each round, roll too block!)
Strong: Lone Wolf (This wolf rolls solo, and that alone should prove how tough he is! He attacks you twice each round on his own. Every so often he'll attempt a pounce attack too pin you too the ground. Roll 3 "Block Die" if he does this. If you roll 2 or more Blocks, you don't get pinned. If you get pinned he bites you for "4 Attack Die", though you can still attempt too block. Take him out with 5 hits!)
Boss: Dire Wolf (This wolf is....huge too be honest. He stands about ten feet, quite big for a wolf, indeed. He'll attempt too run circles around you too confuse you, but stay focused! Every so often he'll dive in for an attempted bite or claw swipe against you. Roll 3 "Attack Die" each time he dives in for an attack! Roll 3 "Block Die" too see if you get away. If you don't block you'll be shredded for C-Ranked damage, be careful! His normal bite attack also deals C-Ranked damage and can truly hurt! Put him down with 10 hits! Good luck!)

Vash and Vulcanus began there long trekk to Magnolia Town, were there newest job's client is located. "You know Vulcanus, this is the third fetch quest we have had. Why cant someone just put down, 'Kill a dragon,' or something! I ant to go on an adventure, not search for a flower!" Vash shouted. "but Va....Vash. why are we do..doing the job you don..don't like it?" asked Vulcanus. "My friend, you will learn that in life people do what they don't want to do to survive, as in, we need money! Our last meal cost a lot, thank you very much!" Vash had said, directing that last sentence directly at Vulcanus, since he ate everything on the menu in the Oak Town restaurant. Boy, was I really drunk that night to let Vulcanus order the whole damn menu! He knows I don't go for that crap! we have to survive on job money, so it would be nice if he was not such a big spender, Vash thought.

Vash and Vulcanus finally reached Magnolia Town and went to the Medicinal shop, which was were the client worked. Once he walked in he went up to the counter, and began talking to the client. "So, you are the one who wants us to find a flower?" asked Vash. "Yes, yes. Apparently my workers will not do it because they are not payed enough. Anyway, This flower is located in the spooky forest somewhere. I need only one, and try to make it back before dark please?" said the client. "We will do our best. Now let's go Vulcanus, we have a job to do." said Vash. He and Vulcanus left the shop and began to walk out of the city to the direction of the spooky forest. "Well Vulcanus, this is going to be easy jewels, because We just need to find a flower. We get in and get out. Understand? No loligagging, got it!" Vash shouted, since Vulcanus usually strays away from him when they enter forests. Vulcanus gave a quick nod.

After an hour of walking, Vash and Vulcanus made it to the Spooky Forest. As the title says, the forest was very spooky. Trees were so tall they half blocked the sun, and red yes ere looking at the duo from the bushes. "You know Vulcanus, there might be dangerous creatures here, so stay on..." Vash said, but stopped when he turned around a saw that Vulcanus was not behind him anymore. Dammit Vulcanus! What is so neat about the forest that makes you wanna roam it alone! Want to go back to your Vulcan brethren! Damn! thought Vash. He now began to roam around the forest searching for the flower himself. As he walked, Vash heard a weird sound herever he was, as if something was following him. All of the sudden, four wolves popped out of the bushes in front of Vash, looking hungry. Vash immediately dashed off the opposite way, hoping to lose him, as he dd not feel like fighting animals. In the direection he was running however, Another wolf jumped out of a tree towards Vash's face, fangs out.

Vash immediately dodge rolled to the right, to avoid the wolfs fangs, and continues to run, with five wolves now chasing him. "Vulcanus, were the hell are you? I need you right now buddy!" Shouted Vash. The wolves came closer to him with every second, so Vash had to think of something fast. That's right! I can use magic! Why the hell do I always forget about that kind of shit! thought Vash. As he ran, he gathered up magic inside of him, and right behind him, formed two red barriers. As soon as the wolves touched the barriers, they exploded. That is what I am talking about! Nothing but good ol explosions baby! thought vash. Just as he stopped to take a rest, The wolf that had charged Vash from the tree eralier dashed out of the explosion, looking injured but still standing on all fours. "You want to fight then? Let's go!" souted Vash. He took his sword out of the sheath.

The wolf began to dash toward Vash, but he slashed downward, causing the wolf to pull out and avoid the attack. This time, Vash went in for the attack, and chained five slashes together, but the wolf's insane reflexes allowed him to quickly dodge the assault. What kind of wolf is this? I cannot land a single chop on him! Dammit! thought Vash, The wolf was finally able to catch Vash off guard and bit his arm, and he would not let go. Damn it hurts! but perfect way to end his life! Vash thought. With his free left arm, he pulled one of his magic pistols from it's holster and shot directly at the wolf three times, ending it's life. Damn, that was a tough battle. If only Vulcanus was freaking here! I need to find that stupid Vulcan, thought Vash. After a few minutes of sitting down, Vash got up and began walking around the forest again. hoping to find the flower and Vulcanus.

Vash wandered around the forest for ten more minutes until he heard someone shout. "G...get away from me, you wo...wolves," shouted Vulcanus. My vulcan! finally! but he sounded like he was in trouble. I might as well go help him, thought Vash, as he began to dash towards Vulcanus's location. hen he arrived, he saw Vulcanus with his back to a tree and eight wolves around him. Welp, looks like I will have to use my guns again, thought Vash. He took his two pistols out of the holsters and began shooting the wolves. He mindlessly shot at each one until he ran out of bullets. Only three wolves remained, but they were injured. They turned away from Vulcanus to take on Vash, but that was a mistake for them, as Vulcanus left the tree, and began bashing away at the wolves until they were no more. "Good job Vulcanus, now don't leave me again you stupid Vulcan!" shouted Vash. Vulcanus shook his head and they began to walk again, searching for the flower.

"When will we ever find this goddamn Rose! It is causing us so much trouble it is unbelievable!" shouted Vash. He believes he was a little too loud though, because out from the bushes came three green skinned goblins with armor and a scimitar in each hand. "Looks like we have a human to feast on tonight, boys! Oh, and Vulcan meat! I have not tasted that in a while!" said the goblin in the front. "Wait a second. you think 4 feet green people can kill a mage and a Vulcan? You must be kidding right?" Vash said. As soon as he had said it the goblins came rushing at Vash. He took his sword out from it's sheath and used it to block the first incoming barrage of slashes from the goblin in the front. After a few second, he jumped over the other goblins and got behind him giving the other goblin a chance at fight. This process of leapfrog continued, with each goblin attacking and then jumping in the back of the line. I have my own tricks up my sleave, thought Axel. He looked back at Vulcanus and noded. Vulcanus jumped in the air and slammed into the ground with his hand, right in the middle of the three goblins, sending them a few yards back. They were on the floor dizzy, so Vash took this chance to stab them all to death.

After another twenty minutes of walking, Vash and Vulcanus came across a meadow, and right in the middle of that meadow was the flower he had been asked to search for. Finally! Now we can get the damn flower and get the hell out of this annoying forest! I would love a good rest right now! thought Vash, but as he went to get the flower, Three goblins riding wolves came across the meadow and began to rush Vash. "Get away from that flower! It is ours!" said one of the goblins as he met Vash with a slice of his scimitar. Vash took out his sword from it's sheath just in time to block it, and the force of block was so strong it pushed the goblin off of his wolf mount, which ran away out into the forest. Vash was done fighting for the day so he backed away from the goblins and using his magic, he formed three red barriers, one in front of the goblins, and two on either side of them. He took out his pistol from the holster with his free left hand, used his magic to reload it, then shot the barrier in front, making it and the other barriers explode, destroying everything in range.

Vash was happy that he was finally done with the monsters, but one the explosion cleared, one goblin was left severely injured, but still awake, which made Vash even happier. "Vulcanus, grab the goblin. It is time for target practice," said Vash. Vulcanus did what he asked and grabbed the goblin. "Now, throw him in the air as high as you can," commanded Vash. Vulcanus listened obediently and thre the goblin in the air. Axel put his sword back into his sheath and took out his other pistol, now dual wielding the pistols. He aimed at the goblin at the sky, and in the heat of the moment waisted all of his bullets on the Goblin. By the time the goblin hit the ground, he had bullet holes all around his body, and seeing the site formed an evil grin on Vash's face. Vash picked up the flower they came to the forest for, and began leaving the forest, headed to Magnolia Town.

After another hour, Vash and Vulcanus had finally made it back to Magnolia Town, and before dark. They reached the medicinal store and as they opened it, they found a man shouting at the client. "where is the "special medicine"? I ordered it yesterday and it should be here! How am i supposed to get the itch off of my back now!" shouted the man. The client saw the flower that Vash was holding, grabbed it and then went to the back immediately. 2 minutes later, she came back for medicine with the guy, then he left. "We went through hell in that forest and your special flower only works for back cream!" Vash shouted. He was furious that he risked his life so some man can get the itches off his back, but he was soothed after he realized he was still getting paid. The now nervous client handed Vash the money and him and Vulcanus left, off to find a tree to sleep under.
