Ni Liv- While this ability doesn't provide the wearer with the mythical nine lives of a cat (presumably because whoever owned it last used them all), it nevertheless does have some perks. While wearing the necklace, the wearer has impeccable balance--they always land on their feet and always maintain balance on ziplines/tightropes/other balance related traversals--and can even survive falls from heights that would injure most (50 to a 100 feet off of whatever surface they are landing on) without harm. While wearing this, they have an unusual dislike of swimming and getting wet (5% resistance debuff to water magic) and a 20% increase to movement speed (max C-rank).

(Wearer cannot use their magic while transformed as a cat; claws grant a 20% buff to melee attack damage (max B-rank).)
