Personality:For some, the world is a magical paradise full of new experiences and treasured moments to be carried in ones memories forever, but for others life shows its darker side as tragedy befalls kind hearted souls who spent their whole lives questioning "Why me? Why did this happen to me?" That has been the question Evelyn Rose has asked herself all her life. When she was just a young girl, only turning five, her parents were murdered by the dark guild they had helped take down on orders from the legal guild Sabertooth. Haunted by their deaths Evelyn promised herself that she would take down every dark guild so that no one else would have to feel her loss. Traveling on her own Evelyn ventures to find the guild Sabertooth not only to join their guild but to ask for their help with the task that she dearly wants to fulfill. She uses the caster magic of light that she learned from her mother and trains every day to strength her magic. She also uses her treasured blade that her father used. Since the death of her parents the thought of being alone scares her, but she is afraid of giving her heart completely to someone just to end up being hurt and alone again. She hopes to one day find the kind of love her parents had not only for each other, but also for the guild that they were in. Evelyn is shy around new people, but will eventually warm up to those around her as they prove to be loyal friends and good company.
Due to her shyness, she sometimes finds herself hiding from those she senses with unknown intent. If she is accompanied by a companion she trusts she will seek their protection rather than dealing with the problem herself. She understands that this may be a burden upon her guild mates and hopes her time in Sabertooth will help grow her out of this crutch. The mention of dark guilds, her parents, and anything involving the dark parts of her past have been known to cause fits of rage toward those who mention said subjects. One mere mention of the subject won’t do, but if someone were to continue digging into her then she would snap and lash out without thought of her actions until she comes back to her senses or is stopped in her tracks.
When it comes to fighting, Evelyn’s Light magic is her guide in the darkness. Its power radiates from good intent, the sun, and general good deeds in a pure, kind hearted soul. Her magic can be both supportive and offensive in nature and can help her fit into both roles comfortably with the help of her sword which she channels Light magic into for devastating effect. She tries to stay as far away from her opponents as possible to keep herself out of harm’s way while dealing damage to her foes. What she lacks in strength she makes up for with speed and accuracy, striking quick and fast while leaving herself unharmed and the enemy vanquished.
