    A
rather interesting week this had begun to turn out to be. First, Azurius had ran into a group of young children who were playing a rather strange game called 'tag' where the objective was... obscure. The gist of the game was to run up and touch someone and scream the name of the game, and then run away from that person who was touched in an attempt to stay untouched for as long as possible. The game didn't actually make sense to Azurius, considering as all you were doing was running around, but the children had seemed to enjoy it. It made them laugh, and smile and they had fun which in turn, made Azurius smile. It was a strange thing with children that when they smiled, everyone else did. When they cried, others did the same. Their emotions were contagious and Azurius wanted to understand them more. He'd always wanted a biological child, but was more than happy that he had Destiny back home to take care of. He didn't 'settle' for Destiny, he accepted her as his own regardless of who her real family was. Whoever they were, they were dead now, and since Destiny had no other real family left, she put the burden on Azurius and he happily picked it up and piggy backed it all the way to Hargeon.

After that little venture with the children, Azurius slept in a tree just to wake up to the sound of some guy trashing his ride, slamming it into a building. To which Azurius gave him a very small amount of help by quickly delivering the last of the letters the poor bastard needed to finish his runs. He left him with his busted ride, though, Azurius could have just made him a new one instantly if he felt like showing off. So pretty much the mail dude was left at the mercy of his company.

Strolling off to the guard station of Magnolia where he was originally supposed to go, Azurius came across a little girl who was crying bloody murder, almost literally I might add. She was moving about frantically, searching bushes, and combing through the grass... checking the mailbox and under bucket toys. "Hey kid... uhhh... what you lookin' for?" Azurius asked feeling a lot confused. "My goldfish! Mommy and daddy said it ran away, so I'm trying to find it." she said. The fact that her parents lied to her was rather atrocious... it would be far more beneficial to have told her the truth. Azurius stepped closer, kneeling down while watching her parents watch him through the blind folds. He placed a hand on her back "Sweet heart, your goldfish didn't run away. More likely is it died and they flushed it down the toilet." he said softly. "Mommy and daddy would never lie to me!" "Look, they were afraid you'd be mad at them. You've lied to them when you were afraid before, right?" the girl nodded, tears forming as she accepted her goldfish being dead. "Your parents might need a hug you know, and don't worry about your fish. It's in a much better place, with lots of other fish to play with." the girl nodded and ran off inside her home where she would be comforted by her parents.
