- Employer Contract
I. Party Establishment- First party is exclusively the writer of this contract, one Kaede Mizuno.
- Second party is exclusively the signee of this contract, one Liu Xiaomin.
- First party is the employee.
- Second party is the employer.
- The Family, this is known.
II. Terms and Conditions- The first party shall support the Family, shall further the goals of the employer, shall take control of and manage funds/resources designated by the employer, shall complete the tasks assigned by the employer, shall defend the employer up to and including loss of life or limb, should recommend improvements, should provide constructive criticism, should perform all tasks in a timely manner, shall not sabotage the employer, shall not bring harm to the employer, shall not put the employer before the Family, shall not, excepting white lies or lies that might cause a break in the NDA, lie to mislead or otherwise obfuscate information provided to the second party, should not waste resources, should not allow employees to be wasteful.
- The second party shall further the goals and influence of the Family, shall hand over control and management of second party’s funds and resources, shall assign tasks to the employee, shall support the purpose of the employee, shall not risk second party’s life for employees, should consider recommendations, should accept constructive criticism, should expect prudence, shall not bring harm to the Family, shall not put employees before second party, should not be wasteful, should not allow employees to be wasteful.
- The second party should remain well groomed and dressed.
- The second party shall not disclose or discuss, or cause to be disclosed to a third party, the personal affects or tastes of the first party.
III. Penalties- If the first party does not fulfil the terms or conditions of this contract, breaks this contract or through their actions or inaction causes this contract to break, First party must return to the Family, their life is forfeit.
- If the second party does not fulfil the terms or conditions of this contract, breaks this contract or through their actions or inaction causes this contract to break, Second party’s time abroad is over, they must report back to the Family with all haste.
- In the event this comes to pass, the family will send a liaison to take control of all assets and business of the branch formally controlled by the second party, the family will decide on how to move forward.
