Gabriel scowled as he drifted into port. His magic hadn't yet transferred into this Time. His hands had spurts of time magic, the corruption jumped in his chest but for all intents and purposes, he couldn't create magic. It hurt the man's ego. The deflation of a prideful man's ego is a dangerous thing for those around them. Especially when that prideful man views human life to be less than dirt.

The bluette double checked the artifacts in his belt. He'd collected them with each time he'd killed his father. Trophies that marked the number of times the bastard had died at his hands. Unfortunately, twice Cetus hadn't had much on him. Gabriel didn't have trophies from that nor the times he'd killed his father with an explosion. Pity that the count was off as a result but Gabriel derived pleasure from those he did possess.

The newly initiated pirate of Abyssal Fleet stuck his hands in his pockets. He'd stroll the streets of this quaint port town - not that he bothered with the name. Who knew how long he'd be in this time space? Not to mention, learning names of unimportant places happened to be beneath him. Once something important happened here, he'd bother to learn the name. Possibly.

As Gabriel strolled onto the streets, screams reached his heightened senses. He hadn't started a rampage yet. What could these people be scared of other than himself? Gabriel did suppose there were people with scarier faces than his own. The Admiral had one but he was a companion. His scariness added to Gabriel's own. The way of things deemed it so.

Curious as to what had begun the screams, Gabriel sauntered in that direction. He started activating his various artifacts along the way. Purple armor with a beaked helmet closed around him. Two magical tomes began to float around his body. Behind the armor, a cold smile slid across the bluette's lips. He might not have his magic but that didn't mean he couldn't destroy a monster. Or some misguided fool who'd chosen today to cause havoc.

The running people found Gabriel to be as terrifying as whatever they were running from. He didn't rightly blame them. Several times he'd needed to trim knots from the timeline. People that would cause chaotic rips or breakdown of time. Gabriel wondered to himself as he walked if the Agency had lied to him. If they'd intentionally set him into the multiverse to cause chaos while taking care of their enemies. Not that he cared one way or the other because they always praised him for his hard work. That made him a hero which was all Gabriel cared about. Not being like his father, a criminal or an assassin.

Gabriel found the source of the commotion easily. A group of people were clustered together. Some were on their knees, clutching their faces. Others laughed gleefully as they tore into the crowd. A single man stood near the edges, a pair of scissors clutched in his hand. The dainty hold and the sneer didn't bely the power Gabriel sensed coming from that one. No one appeared to be actually hurt - mores the pity. He couldn't kill anyone then. This gang appeared to only be beautifying the crowd. An odd assortment that Gabriel could honestly say he'd never seen before. A gang that helped out ugly people. Well when you traveled the multiverse, you were bound to come across everything.

The newly minted pirate wondered if this gang counted as a rival crew. He could make them walk the plank. Gabriel snapped his fingers, summoning a ghostly curved sword. Another snap pulled a massive sailing ship into existence behind him. Catching a trailing rope as the ship sailed by, Gabriel raised the sword and shouted "Avast, ye scurvy dogs! I'll be takin' yer heads and makin' ye bodies walk the plank of me mistress here!" The gang froze in its beautifying tracks. No one expected the ghostly Inquisition! Nor the ghostly anything, he kept finding out. Apparently, people did not expect nor did they like ghosts. A pity since most ghosts were rather fun.
