Hello and welcome one and only to your exam prompt!

On today’s agenda, you happen upon a mysterious tome that has appeared on your desk, table, or wherever a flat surface may be applicable to your starting place. When first inspecting the book, you find the pages are blank. Just after closing its pages, the book will glow a bright, sickly green color and the cover will begin to mutate. Afterwards, a skull shape will protrude from it, the eyes glowing that sick green color before dying out once more. Curiosity gets you to open the book where the first page begins to glow as text begins to fill the page. No other page does, however once you read them, they will begin to give you a list. An ingredient list to an unknown concoction. Your job is to figure out what it creates and why this tome has come to you.

The tome afterwards can either stay for future plot or vanish at your discretion! Best of luck and enjoy!
