The title says it all. It's that time again where we post up a notice looking for members interested in becoming part of our staff team as a Moderator after a trial period of familiarization and training. You will learn how to handle submissions to most approval threads, how to claim and grade equipment and magics according to the relevant site rules, and how to apply the Code of Conduct both on the site and in official site chats (Such as Discord).
The Admin Team sees staff membership as a position of responsibility within this community. If you wish to apply for a position as a Moderator on this forum, we expect you to not only behave according to our Code of Conduct and act in a professional manner when necessary, but also to make an active contribution to both the Staff team and the site as a whole. Inactivity is grounds for immediate dismissal from your position as a Moderator, as is behavior that violates our CoC. We expect applicants to be aware of and understand this.
After an initial period of discussion, we will consider all candidates that have applied for this position, so please do not expect an immediate response to your application. The selection process may take a while.
