Proof of Lacryma:
As an extension to Suijin's mastery of the Dragon Slayer art of water, he learns to push its boundaries and embody another creature's power entirely to enhance his former. Through both adaption and teaching, he learned to harness the frosty might of the great dragons of Ice. In combination with Water Dragon Slayer magic, he learns to turn the very water he commands into frozen ice, making both powerful weapons or freezing doused foes in place.
Ice Dragon Slayers does not merely consume ice, but control the temperature around the very air to near sub-zero or even absolute zero. Bodies of water become frozen patches at will, and with the combination of his former Dragon Slayer magic, he controls all states of water from liquid to solids to vapors. Moreso, the temperaments of Ice Dragons are truly ferocious and terrifying, for their sense of survival is constantly tested.
The use of 'Dragon Force" in this stage, is no different visually from his previous one, however, his use of ice and water is mixed, becoming a chaotic blend and changing states of form instantly.

A Water Spell or Corrupted/Dark Water spell consumed will restore = MP to the spell's cost.
If the consumed spell is a higher rank than character, restores 1/4th of the spell's MP and takes full damage!
Natural sources of an element only restore 1/4th of a spell of user's own rank per post consumed.
Cannot consume element magic from your own magic, item, pets, or own self-benefit means.
It cannot consume mixed elements of water.
Dragon Force Rules:
Conditions and Cost:
+ Force can be activated/deactivated at will and anytime provided the user has at least 50% of their total magic power left.
+ Must have 50% of total MP remaining to activate Dragon Force.
+ To maintain Dragon Force, Slayer must spend 10% of their total MP per post. MP cannot be regained or regenerated while Slayer Force is active. Once the user of force hits 0 MP or once they choose to cancel it, Slayer Force ends.
+ If MP is reduced to 0 due to Dragon Force, the user will suffer magical sickness
Dragon Force Abilities:
+ Slayer's Strength, Speed, and Spell Damage increase by 100% (instead of 50%).
+ While Force is active, the Slayer is surrounded by an aura of their respective element, increasing either their base spell damage or their base melee damage by 50%. This increase is separate from other base increases and can apply independently of the cap imposed on base increases.
+ During force spells cost no MP to cast.
- Fluidity: Water and Ice are made of the same substance, merely a change in shape and form. One with mastery of both can freely shift the state of one to the other at whim. Suijin may freely tap into the natural environment and his magical control to change the affinities of the elements he controls. He may freely change the elements of water to ice, and back again with ease. This is only possible as a 'hybrid' slayer. Natural ice he can freely turn to water and vise versa. Further, ice spells he use in this magic are lowered in MP cost by 50%.
- Scales of the Ice Dragon: The frigid north and frozen terrain is unyielding, firm and unmovable. A skilled master of ice can make the best of this to make near-impenetrable defenses. Suijin can freely survive in the frozen tundras, freezing waters and glaciers without the issue of cold. The style of Slayer Magic Suijin uses is a part offense and part defense, causing a passive raise of spell-durability by 55% (Caps to 60% at S rank) for all his caster-base magic, including in Water Dragon Slayer magic.
- Cold-Blooded Killer: Ice Dragons by nature are vicious, terrifying and ferocious creatures. Their sheer presence sends a literal chill up your spine. Whether it is a dragon's nature or the Slayer is just a cold-hearted bastard... this one is known for being ruthless, cruel and even sadistic in the midst of a battle. Suijin is a trained ninja, even long before becoming a Dragon Slayer. He easily identified with the merciless and ferocious mentality of the Ice Dragons. The chilling aura of malice and freezing temperature causes a passive boost of 60% spell damage.
