Personality: While he is a strong and capable warrior, Zagar would be best categorized as an extremist and highly dogmatic. He is an adamant believer in Absolute Justice and ruthless in his maintenance of it, his derived motto being "Thorough Justice"  He has a stern, dead-serious disposition, is grim, expressionless, and is extremely ruthless, but of greater concern is his dogmatism. Despite this disposition, Zagar seems to be able to restrain himself at times. His extremism has given him a borderline, if not outright fanatic demeanor. He is incredibly rigid and absolute in his beliefs, showing little compassion for anything, and is ruthlessly willing to do anything to serve his own goals, no matter the cost.

He does know the value of public trust, but thinks more in terms of the shame losing it brings to the Guild, rather than the morale and good standing of his reputation. Zagar is willing and able to lie to and deceive his enemies in order to achieve Justice. Highly intelligent and crafty, he has shown that he is more than a fighter. He is also a highly capable tactician. He finds people who attempt to interfere with him as nothing more than irritating obstacles. Zagar does not see it as the business of the Magic Council to interfere with the Guilds' activities and vice versa. He would prefer it if they just got out of the way and let the Guild run the country and deal with the criminals. His contempt also carries over to their Rune Knights who he considers to be nothing more than Council dogs. Surprisingly, Zagar can demonstrate caution in regards to battling other legal and neutral guilds or causing disturbances in global affairs, mainly out of concern for the Guilds reputation. He does have a quirky side, mainly towards kids and regular citizens he is a absolute gentleman. kind, gentle, the big man is happy to carry kids on his shoulders or help a old lady plant a garden. He has a easy laugh which has a calming presence and is happy to always lend a hand. He enjoys being around normal people in happy peaceful times as it is the very goal he strives for.
