Despite her growing up in Magnolia and staying there almost her entire life, Illya always had the desire for exploration. In order to do so, she would need a passport. Some of her concert bookers had offered her temporary, condition-applied passports, but it was finally her time to get a legitimate passport. Thus, she took the first train she could to Hargeon Town, where one of the few passport bureaus were. It was her first time leaving Magnolia in nearly a year, and she was excited to see the sights that Fiore had to offer, let alone her her moving on to other countries to visit or perhaps even work in.

Stepping off the train and slipping on her headphones, Illya looked for the nearest map to find out where the bureau would be. Hargeon Town was completely foreign to her, and she was too lost in her music to ask someone for help. She found it after some time of looking, and made her way off with purpose. For just a moment, she removed her headphones, taking in the sights and sounds of the new town. As expected for a beautiful day like this, the swarm of sounds bled into Illya's ears and filled her up as she unintentionally ate some of the sounds. Taking one more deep breath, she place the headphones back atop her ears, listening intensely to a tune that had become to be known as "Fairy Tail" for its correlation with the titular guild.

Approaching the bureau, a long line of civilians waited, all talking amongst themselves. Illya's face contorted into a frown as she stared at the sheer length of the wait. It would be hours at the very least, she thought. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful day, without a cloud in the sky, and all the warmth and sunlight as would be expected from a warm, late-spring day. She still smiled, singing along to the next tune that popped into her playlist. She had an old, outdated music-storage lacrima that she always kept with her, but her intentions were to get an iLac following her passport in order to store more music. She was lost in her music and her thoughts, thinking through what she could or would do now that she was a part of Fairy Tail.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a tap on her shoulder. She slowly removed her headphones, hiding her irritation at her music being stopped. Behind her was a lanky, big-nosed man. "Excuse me, ma'am, are you...Illya Pegasus?"

Illya smiled. "Yes sir! Are you from Magnolia?"

The man smiled and nodded, his enthusiasm obvious. "I am! I've gone to a bunch of your concerts! I always love your performances! So what brings you to Hargeon?"

Illya smiled. She was somewhat of a local celebrity in Magnolia, and it was always nice to be recognized. "I'm getting a passport! I just joined Fairy Tail, and they suggested I get a passport for work stuff, so here I am!"

The man's eyes twinkled in delight. "Of course, of course! I wasn't aware that you joined Fairy Tail!"

"That said, I hear they've got some suspicious things with them," a woman standing in front of Illya mentioned. "I don't know all the details, but apparently they deal in criminal business."

Illya looked quizzically at the woman. "As far as I know, they don't. They're not really accepted by the council, sure, but that's because they have a history of causing problems for them, so...maybe that's what's getting you confused?"

The woman shrugged as the line pulsed forward another step. Her conversation with the man from Magnolia would continue until she finally reached the bureau, where she obtained her passport with little hassle. Quickly waving good-bye to the man, she rushed out to grab a train to get her "free-with-being-a-part-of-a-guild" iLac.
