Description:

Fifi Babette is a curious feather duster encased with magical properties. Its magic is embedded into each fiber when used it leaves a trail of Rainbow-Esque dust which can be either harmless or harmful depending on the intentions of the wielder.

Plot Ability -  For transportation purposes, when not in use Fifi Babette can transform into a miniature keyring version of itself.

Description: The wielder waves Fifi Babette and releases a burst of rainbow particles, these particles move around the wielder and form a barrier that protects the wielder from oncoming attack. Whilst active, the wielder also recieves a 45% buff to durability for the duration of the spell.

It will spin around the wielder and burst outwards, attacking anyone in user ranked burst range. This dust will cling to the enemy if hit, draining them of 5% HP once per post for the remainder of the spells duration.
