    Ancient Dragon Take Over

    Magic Name: Ancient Dragon Take Over
    Magic Type: Primary Ancient (+30% to Strength) | Auxiliary Take Over (+15% to HP and MP)

    Description:
    Dragon Magic was a magic passed down through generation after generation of dragons, now bestowed upon Janet by one of the parent dragons in her family. She has been gifted its unique abilities, talents, and traits which help her throughout her life, including in the defense against those that wish her harm. Whether this is protecting her hoard of treasure or herself she will make sure to use these abilities to their fullest.

    Most of her abilities are of a passive variety and allow her more prowess than the average person or even dragon. The majority of these abilities increases her physical and melee capabilities. Whether this is in the form of cutting someone with her claws and infecting them with poison or simply closing the gap, Janet will use her abilities to close in on a target and deal devastating blows to them. If she feels like she doesn't possess enough power, is being overwhelmed or simply wants to show off an ability that has been passed down to her, Janet also possesses the ability to turn into a mighty dragon and just go to town, unfearing of whoever or whatever will remain in her path.

    Unique Abilities:

    • (Unlocked at D rank) Dragonic Magic: The ancient magic of a dragon is powerful, and controlling it is no easy task. Still, those who manage can be sure that they wield magic as destructive as the powers of an ancient dragon itself, though draconic magic does not only hold destructive capabilities. Draconic power interacts with its surroundings, absorbing magical energy from the area around the user, strengthening them. This regenerates 5% of their total MP per post and grants the user a passive 60% buff to strength.

    • (Unlocked at B rank) Ancient Blood: The secret techniques of dragons are unknown to many and known by only a few, unlocking them impossible without possessing an aspect of these dragons. The ancient draconic powers the user possesses enables her to, as a last resort, utilize her own life force instead of her magical energy to cast spells. This enables the user to sacrifice their HP instead of using MP to cast their spells. The conversion ratio for this is 1:2 (e.g. a spell costing 40 MP to cast instead can be cast by using 80 HP of the user's health).

    • (Unlocked at S rank) Dragonic Prowess: Dragons are known for their brute strength that crushes all in their path, but apart from that, dragons also hold inherent arcane abilities that far surpass what most mortals can and will ever achieve. Possessing these arcane abilities, the user's magic is far stronger than any run-of-the-mill magic, which allows the user to cast spells and abilities in areas where the use of magic is normally not permitted or restricted (plot ability, spells can still be negated normally). Furthermore, the user's spell damage is passively increased by 60%.

Opponents that are immobilized or have been immobilized in their last post cannot be affected by this.

This strike possesses enough power to pierce through shields and armor, though loses 50% of its base damage when used in such a way.

Additionally, the draconic blood enables the user to, once per post for the duration of the spell, negate a single negative effect that affects them, provided the effect originates from a spell of A rank or lower and the user pays MP cost equal to the spell or ability that contained the effect.

This spell can be used once per post max.

The one marked with the dragon's mark is considered the user's prey, and while the mark is active, the user's magic seeps into the system of the affected foe, dealing damage equal to the initial hit every post for 4 posts thereafter. Further, while the mark affects the opponent, their physical damage resistance and magical damage resistance are both lowered by 25%, and their speed is lowered by 15%.

If the spell is of A rank or lower and the user pays the original spell cost of the incoming spell or ability the user can simply negate the targeted spell or ability, which fades away into nothing as if it had never been there in the first place. Further, this spell causes the user's draconic blood to surge within them, increasing spell damage by 65% for the duration of this spell.

The durability of the shield restores to full once per post for the duration of spell as it is recast.

If hit, the opponents are damaged and slowed by 90% for the duration of the spell. Additionally, all foes affected by this spell lose 5% of their HP once every post for the duration of the spell as well.

    Description: The user channels some of her draconic energy, causing an invisible rune to appear at any point of her choosing within the spell's range and at the spell's speed by pointing at the desired surface with a clawed hand. The rune will persist for the duration of the spell and explode automatically on the 8th post after its activation if not triggered manually. As soon as an opponent steps within 50 meters of the rune it will explode with magical force, blasting anyone and everyone within a 75m radius around itself for the spell's damage at 75 m/s. Opponents hit by this explosion are stunned for their next post by its sheer force.

This not only heals the user for 225 HP once per post for the duration of the spell, restoring damage the user sustained, but also increases their speed, physical damage and spell damage by 50% each until the spell ends.

    Description: The user gathers energy within their lungs that is much more primal and draconic than elemental before releasing a deafening shout, a magic circle in glowing ember color appearing before their mouth as they release a flaming projectile at a single opponent or point within the range of the spell. As soon as the projectile impacts it explodes into a blazing inferno of nigh pitch black flames that spreads out at 110 m/s and consumes everything within 110m of the original point of impact, dealing heavy damage to everyone and everything caught in the blast.

Now, as a black dragon, she is ready to rain destruction upon those that dare oppose her.

Further, those hit by the ability will suffer from the draconic magic corrupting their system, inflicting both a 5% HP drain once per post for the rest of the duration as well as a 105% debuff to speed for the duration of the ability on the affected opponents.

Opponents that are affected or have been affected by an immobilization effect in their last post cannot be affected by this. Further, all affected by the spell are slowed by 157% for the duration of this ability.

    Unique Abilities:

    • (Unlocked at D rank) Dragonic Magic: The ancient magic of a dragon is powerful, and controlling it is no easy task. Still, those who manage can be sure that they wield magic as destructive as the powers of an ancient dragon itself, though draconic magic does not only hold destructive capabilities. Draconic power interacts with its surroundings, absorbing magical energy from the area around the user, strengthening them. This regenerates 5% of their total MP per post and grants the user a passive 60% buff to strength.

    • (Unlocked at B rank) Ancient Blood: The secret techniques of dragons are unknown to many and known by only a few, unlocking them impossible without possessing an aspect of these dragons. The ancient draconic powers the user possesses enables her to, as a last resort, utilize her own life force instead of her magical energy to cast spells. This enables the user to sacrifice their HP instead of using MP to cast their spells. The conversion ratio for this is 1:2 (e.g. a spell costing 40 MP to cast instead can be cast by using 80 HP of the user's health).

    • (Unlocked at S rank) Dragonic Prowess: Dragons are known for their brute strength that crushes all in their path, but apart from that, dragons also hold inherent arcane abilities that far surpass what most mortals can and will ever achieve. Possessing these arcane abilities, the user's magic is far stronger than any run-of-the-mill magic, which allows the user to cast spells and abilities in areas where the use of magic is normally not permitted or restricted (plot ability, spells can still be negated normally). Furthermore, the user's spell damage is passively increased by 60%.

The rune will persist for the duration of the spell and explode automatically on the 8th post after its activation if not triggered manually. As soon as an opponent steps within 50 meters of the rune it will explode with magical force, blasting anyone and everyone within a 75m radius around itself for the spell's damage at 75 m/s. Opponents hit by this explosion are stunned for their next post by its sheer force.

    Description: The user temporarily embraces their draconic side, drawing power from the blood of a dragon that courses within her as she is sent into a state of frenzy. This not only heals the user for 225 HP once per post for the duration of the spell, restoring damage the user sustained, but also increases their speed, physical damage and spell damage by 50% each until the spell ends.

    Description: The user gathers energy within their lungs that is much more primal and draconic than elemental before releasing a deafening shout, a magic circle in glowing ember color appearing before their mouth as they release a flaming projectile at a single opponent or point within the range of the spell. As soon as the projectile impacts it explodes into a blazing inferno of nigh pitch black flames that spreads out at 110 m/s and consumes everything within 110m of the original point of impact, dealing heavy damage to everyone and everything caught in the blast.

    Description: As soon as the take over is activated the user grows larger, wings sprouting from her back and sclaes engulfing her entire body. She grows a second horn atop her head, claws and fangs emerge, the user becoming a full-fledged beast like those that granted her her draconic heritage. Now, as a black dragon, she is ready to rain destruction upon those that dare oppose her.

    Name: Nightshade Nightmare

    Description: Once per post for the duration of the ability the user can briefly hover in the air as she faces her targets. Letting out a deafening roar, she flaps her wings before launcihing a ghastly image of a massive black dragon at her opponents that deals damage when impacting. This image is concentrated draconic magic, piercing through shields and armor with ease, though losing 50% of its base damage when doing so. Further, those hit by the ability will suffer from the draconic magic corrupting their system, inflicting both a 5% HP drain once per post for the rest of the duration as well as a 105% debuff to speed for the duration of the ability on the affected opponents.

    Description: Once per post for the duration of the ability the user may let out a deafening, terrifying roar that echoes across the land around herself, able to unsettle even the strongest mages and warriors briefly. Anyone hit by the shockwave this roar produces suffers damage and is frozen in place in sheer, overwhelming fear for a single post. Opponents that are affected or have been affected by an immobilization effect in their last post cannot be affected by this. Further, all affected by the spell are slowed by 157% for the duration of this ability.
