    Power of the Daikaiju - Atomic Energy Magic

    Description:
    Atomic Energy Magic, more commonly known as Daikaiju Magic, or simply Inner Fire Magic, is the ancient magic of a long since extinct race of titanic monsters that ruled Earthland millions of years before the reign of even the Dragons of yore. A wild and primordial magic, potent in strength and difficult to properly master. It can only be naturally wielded by the now extinct Daijutsu, and their distant descendants the Kaijin. Though others may be capable of learning these ancient secrets, the Kaijin jealously guard their knowledge, and what few written records there are of their magics are kept tightly sealed away in armored temple-vaults on Kaijū-jima.

    At its core, Atomic Energy Magic is an ancient precursor to Caster Magic, using the wielder's body as a conduit for atomic radiation as a medium of energy. This energy can be emitted in rays, pulses, condensed beams, or focused within the user's body itself, making it more versatile than the much more common mainstay fire magics. Its power can be wielded offensively, burning and searing enemies in a way unlike either fire, light, or acid, or can be used for more supplemental functions such as regeneration or growth. Overall it is an incredibly difficult magic to study, both because of its enigmatic origins but also because the energy it produces is currently impossible to produce by other methods. Earthland simply lacks the means to create Atomic Energy, and its effects cannot easily be studied in the same ways fire, light, or lightning can.

    Unique Abilities:

    ● Bio-Atomic Regeneration (Passive): The user's healing factor is greatly increased by the Atomic Energy contained within their body. This survival mechanism becomes stronger the more grievous the user's injuries become. The ability grants a 2% increase to the user's Spell Healing for every 1% of their Health Points that are missing at the time of their post.

    --> I'm sorry but the Single Target is not a valid downside in exchange for more healing. So you will have to change the Healing amount to 40HP and remove the downside.
