A terrorist mage specializing in bacteria-based magic has been spreading a plague throughout Fiore - it's your job to stop them and halt the plague! Details are up to the exam-taker, but the problem must be solved. Minimum 500 words.

As he lays there in his bed breathing more easily now. His common cold is finally leaving him. As he looks over to see the nurse bring in his soup. She would fix the bed upright so that he may sit up comfy like. Ghost has been sick the last week thanks to a certain wizard. A sickly nasty old wizard. The good noise is Ghost just said his country from the black death. A bacteria so deadly it could kill millions. To think such a disease could start with a common cold bacteria. The only good news from all of this is that. Ghost finally made it C rank mage hood. The bad news is he missed his coronation. Well because he is out sick a tear could fall from his eye as he realizes this.Thinking back to when first was assigned the job how unlucky of him.

One Week Ago

Ghost was all excited he was really happy because today was the day. Either he ranks up or walks the hall of shame. His master has given him his first mission but not just any ole mission. But one to prove if he was ready to be a C rank wizard. Reading over the mission details it was clear what was going on. A strange virus has broken out around the country. The latest outbreak has happened in his very town. Could it be that his master truly trusted in his abilities or could it be she just ain't have no one else to take on the mission? Regardless Ghost was thrilled and perfect for the job. His wind magic was truly one to be wary of. He is after all the Wind God Slayer.But still, as he raced throughout the town to the location of a council spy. He would think to himself."This is odd what type of magic could cause town wide outbreaks.whoever could do such a thing is crazy strong. But unfortunately for them, a God is on his way." He gave off a smile as he said this. Arriving on top of the building of a local bar called Star Sake. Ghost would look around and saw a crow looking back at him. As he watched on it would fly towards him. Thinking of it as nothing but a bird he would simply let it go past him.

But soon the bird would double and kept doing so until the sky was covered in them. Ghost would then get on his guard as he saw the crows form a human-shaped person. Soon the spy would show herself. She had on a long black dress and pale skin. Her hair was touching the floor as it was jet black. Only a hand full of crows remained as she appeared. Looking to him she would say a code phrase. "Only at night will the moon shine brightly." Ghost would smile as he too stated a code phrase."Until the sun beams rightly." He looks on at her as she did to him."wizard of Fairy Tail the man you are looking for is a C rank level wizards. Yet you can not take him lightly. He has caused great damage all around the country. We have asked your guild to step in. Luck would have it your master heed our call. Ghost gave a smile as he listened on at her speech.

"Keep in mind the wizard you are after was once a wizard of good fate. However, he strayed away from what is right and now he is nothing but wrong. Do keep in mind his rank was a C level you must ready yourself. As we speak he is being pursued by a magic core group. Follow my raven and you should find him. Please hurry he is gathering magic to unleash his bacteria maze. The very ability which caused all this mess." Ghost would still be smiling yet he said not a word for there was nothing to be said. Because what was understood did not need to explain. Soon he would follow the crow hopefully he would get there in time to save the young magic core.

Meanwhile, the man in question would be laughing a wicked laugh. He held up a larger man than his five-foot self. The large man face was beginning to come apart. As three others laid out cold on the ground. This man was known as the Common Cold. His name was Exit Parks a wizard known for worshipping demons.

Still holding the man up he would give off a grin as orbs would form around him. "You all truly underestimated me you see now I will feed you all to my black death seal. The more magic I have the better chances I will have to cast my perfect spell." As he raised his hand his bacteria-would start to form a weapon that was a spear. So much bacteria-had to be used to create such a thing seeing as they were subcells. But at last, his magic gave them a more solid form. So much so he became a full-blown threat at large. But just as he was about to kill the large man a girl would appear behind him. She could barely stand herself as she looks on at him. Pointing her fingers fire would start to light up around them.

She trying her best to aim but was too worn out to even stand up. Exit would take notice of this as he tossed the man aside. The girl looked on but said nothing as she tried to fire it off. She had just enough for one more shot but she had to make it count. Exit would smile as walked towards her. Looking on he would give a small laugh. "It's gonna take more than a few wizards of magic core to stop me." Just as he said that the girl would fall down as he prepared the strike her. But then a gust of wind would blow throughout the building. As Exit covered his face Ghost would yell."WILL A FAIRY TAIL WIZARD DO HURRICANE PUNCH!!!"

Hitting the man in his ribcage ad he was own away. The girl looked on to see Ghost standing tall. As he had his fist balled up wind was floating around it. Exit would stand up as his cough up a little blood looking at Ghost from eleven meters away. This would anger him as he tried to summon his bacteria but the wind was blowing it away. "What the hell is a fairy tail wizard doing him and to make matters worse. He is using wind magic but still, this big guy was using wind magic how come his is stronger?" Ghost would look on at the girl as she rushed over to her fallen team nates. Tears falling from her face as Ghost looked on at her. "Listen up their still alive just get them some help fast. I will handle this one got that."

She looked on at Ghost as he started to make his way to Exit.  Exit would smile as blood started to come up more. This look he gave was a fearful one thinking to himself that a straight up fight would wreck him. As his magic was used to charge up his seal spell. He would begin to laugh at Ghost ", You are much too late my spell is being cast. Soon I will lay waste to this world with my black death seal." Ghost looked on as the seal did come about but he saw this seal from somewhere. A dark symbol his mother showed and told him about. Ghost knew his time was limited but he smiled seeing the girl carry her friends away one by one. This took about ten minutes all the while Ghost was whaling at the seal. It was unless once a spell such as this been cast you could not stop it.

Ghost watched as Exit started to get cover in black mist. But it was odd Ghost was not scared as a tear fell from his eyes. Exit would see this and then gave a grin. "It is much too late to cry because everyone will die- Ghost looked on and started to pace himself as he heard the door close. Exit started to scream in pain. The girl would still be here as she came back to help Ghost who looked at her. Soon he would rush to her as Exit was kneeling down in pain. "Listen it's not safe you have to leave now ms." She looks to him with sad eyes. "What about you? Clearly you know something is going on." Ghost looked on at Exit as he was starting to foam at the mouth. "You see he cast an incomplete spell. What he was doing was bound to fell to began with. As you can see it was too much magic for his body to handle. Now he will have to pay for it. Let's go I have to inform my Master of this."

The girl would haven't even revealed her name to Ghost was in awe of him. As the two was walking away Exit would stand back up as Ghost turned around in shock. "I'm shocked he should be dead right now." He looked on as Exit started to say something. "You talk too much fairy tail wizard. I have known all along the..tha..that my..my..my body was not..not enough to contain such magic. But did you know I just needed to cast? The dark seal to cast my black death spell. You see by gathering all that magic I was able to stuff it inside of me. Now I will explode releasing the very.  bacteria cause to create an incurable disease you fool." Just as he said that Exit would slap the ground. His body would then evaporate as the bacteria started to spread.

Ghost sees this and could tell his very mission was about to fell before his eyes. Looking on at the girl he would yell for her to run which she did. The force of the explosion cause the building to start falling apart. Ghost would smile as he opening his mouth soon he would start to suck in all of the bacteria. Faster and faster it would get sucked in with the very wind. Ghost would think to himself that he hoped he made his mother proud for wherever she was he truly wanted to be a hero just like her. By him sucking in all the bacteria-he was able to save the country and maybe even the world. Looking on his eyes would turn sky blue as he fainted in pure pain. The girl would come back to save him just in time.

Present Time-

Ghost sat on the bed still confused at what had happened and how was he recovering so fast. Even though the nursed explained it to him. But it had something to do with his God slayer nature. He could do nothing but laugh. As he looked over to see a letter. It was from an up and coming guild. It was from its guild master at that. Her name was Yara from the Thunder Cat guild a thank you letter from truer guild to his. Ghost smiled as he laid down with a stuffy nose. "Man I hate being sick."
