Shadow Ember's powers are a mix of pyrokinesis and shadow control. That means that he has almost unlimited potential to create flames. And has also the abilities of a shadow mage. When the two abilities combine they create a really devastating combination.That allows him to zone like a bastard and literally fill the ground under you with flames.But at a cost his magical spells are extremely tiring for the mind because he has to do three things at a time: to concentrate with his pyrokinesis powers, to morph the shadows around him and last but by no means least is to combine the two powers together,imagine all this in an fears fight and you'll get a glimpse at what he goes through each time he has to cast a spell.
Very strong with a light source around to make shadows. And against light users in particular.
Good utility and supportive role.
Real good for zoning,pressure and control.
Very weak against PURE spells that have no links or connection to the fire or shadow elements.(ice, water, earth, light or any combination of these but no fire, darkness, or shadow/s)
Needs full concentration for stronger spells.
Very tiring for the mind.
Description: Due to the nature of his magical energy,Shadows' body is naturally resistant to shadow and fire containing magic. It scales off of his rank like so:
(The lower of the two values applies to spells that have a more physical effect, rather than magical. Percentage is reduced by magic penetration depending on both Shadows' rank and the enemy spell/ability)

Type: Shadow barrier
Description: This is Shadow Ember's main defensive ability.When he uses it he concentrates and surrounds himself in a sphere made of shadows and fire.That sphere blocks physical damage and all projectiles(that came from a D rank source). Flaming negation will not only block all physical damage but it will also return 50% off the projectiles that were blocked.But it won't just return them it will return them with style.Because when they are returned they are set ablaze with his shadow fires.
Blocks physical damage and all projectiles from 3 D rank spells or 5 attacks.
50% block from C rank source.
12.5% block from B rank source.
While Shadow is casting this spell he cant move and when he stops using it he is very unprotected from the back.
Very tiring spell after which Shadow needs to wait for 1 post before he can initiate an attack.

Name: Snake fire field
Type: Shadow trap
Description: Shadow Ember scrapes the ground with the tip of his weapon and lights its shadow on fire thus lighting the weapon s tip on fire. Then he starts to spread the fire in a circle about 8m in diameter. The fires are small and don't burn or do any damage unless Shadow decides to turn them into shadows that's when the fun part begins.When he turns them into shadows they form very sharp 100cm each shadow spikes that point in the direction that shadow desires. Up to 25 spikes at a time.When applied on people the fires instantly transform into 5 centimeters wide and three centimeters long spikes that count as a D rank barrier that blocks 2 D rank attacks/spells.

Name: Shadow flames
Type: Shadow flame
Description: Shadow infuses the tip of his weapon with shadow magic and then thrusts it at a target causing the magic energy to be fired. Three shots are fired in quick succession before the spell goes on cooldown.When the projectile impacts a living thing it transforms into a dark fire that does 1/3 of D rank damage. If it passes through solid objects the damage is halved (for example if it does 1/3 D rank damage it will do 1/6 when passed trough a solid object). If a magic projectile hits you in the face you will be blinded.
The magic projectile can be turned into fire.
Blind lasts for 1 post.
Very hard to dodge can pass through solid objects when in energy form.
Can be blocked.
When it passes through solid objects deals less damage.
Name:Dark pyro transformation
Description: Using his pyro powers and combining them with his shadow powers Shadow is able to transform shadows into flames and vice versa.Using only his mind as a mold he can transform up to 4 square meters of shadow/fire at a time in an 10 meters in diameter circle.When transformed from shadows the flames don't give out light and do half of D rank damage.
Very useful surprise attack.
When used on a transformed into a shadow/flame/fire person, the person takes his regular form.
The shadows/fires have to be returned to their normal state because if they are not Shadow might die from too much brain strain.
Can't transform magical flames/fires/shadows.
