    Magic

    Primary Magic: Wish Maker Magic
    Secondary Magic: N/A
    Caster or Holder: Caster
Description: Wish Maker Magic is a Lost Magic that requires a soul to be raised without personal desire clouding their heart. Once this empty vessel has been forged they can take in the desires of others and forge them into tools and effects. The magic is best known for its Three Wishes. And while the story of the Genie who grants three wishes has been exaggerated over the century, it holds true. Fortuna is able to conjure any weapon, any element, or any effect using only the desires of the one she is connected to. The power of thier desires begets the power of thier tools.

Her magic is less potent in her own hands, as she can only pull from her own desires. Some that see her magic may mistake it for Requip Magic, but she can conjure a truely infinite amount of weapons and has no limitation on style. If one breaks, she takes the desire connected to her and reshapes another one.
    Strengths:

    • Near instant Sync with partners
    • Able to see what a person wants just by reading their aura
    • Very versatile
    • Can help other mages last longer in battle

    Weaknesses:

    • Her magic is weaker for herself than when used for others
    • She has a time limit she can remain outside of her bottle. (1 hour per level)
    • Contract Bound to assist the holder of her bottle
    • Can only heal and regain mana while inside her bottle

    Lineage: Sand Demon:
Description: A monster in ancient Egypt was locked away, but one fateful night it managed to trick it's captors and escape by taking on a human form and seducing them. The abominations that were born as a result of the event were given the ability to manipulate and control sand.
Ability: The ability to control and manipulate sand at will with their will. Doing so within a 25 meter area, they can direct sand to attack or take various shapes in order to deal the user's rank in melee damage and it increases based on spell power / magic damage buffs rather than strength buffs. The sand can form barriers to help block attacks in which case it is considered a barrier/shield spell of 1 rank of the user’s rank (D-min).

The user can also "Swim" through sand as though it were water and control the and to give them increased grace and speed when "swimming" (50% speed boost).

Usage: Sand must be within 50 ft of them to use with a 5 post duration with a 6 post cooldown(if the user’s magic focuses on sand this can be a passive ability instead). Shields of sand must be made by sand within 50 ft of the user and has a cooldown of 4 posts after use.

    Unique Abilities:

    • Celestial Demi Spirit: Fortuna’s body is very unique. She is Half Celestial Spirit and Half Human, born from Aquarius and a desert hermit that was one of the first off spring of the sand demon. This means she gets the best and worst of both worlds. She can not stay in either world for an extended period of time. She sometimes equates this to being a fish of Brackish water instead of Salt or Freshwater fish. Her endurace in each realm is only good for one hour per level. (1 Hour at D-rank, 2 hours at C-rank, 3 Hours at B-rank and so on). Her personal space is a 13 inch tall amethyst bottle with gold fillegre along the outside. The bottle has a long neck that widens out into a thirteen sided area that could hold half a gallon on water. The stopper is a solid piece of amethyst with 13 sides that tapers to fit the top and seal it off. As a thought, Fortuna can change her body into colored smoke and return to or exit her bottle. Her time limit does not instantly reset when she re-enters. It is cumulative of all of her time for the day, which resets at sunrise. When someone is given the bottle, the same scenario flashes through their mind which sets Fortuna’s Hair and eye color, clothing style, the weapon and element she grants the bottle’s holder, and the relationship between the two. The bottle must be handed over willingly, or the holder incapacitated enough where they do not have the choice. If the bottle is handed over on a temporary basis, any other transfer afterwards can completely and harshly be rejected, even to the point Fortuna can break the First Rule of Celestial Spirits.
    • Insight into Desire - Fortuna’s eyes can see deep into the desire of humans. She can observe what in the world they want most of all as if it was a painting in a museum. This often becomes the goal she strives for when she is contracted to the person, but can be used to determine if someone had motivation to commit a crime, such as cookie theft.
    • Mermaid’s Wrath: Stemming from her mother Aquarius, Fortuna has the ability to control and manipulate water at will with her will. Doing so within a 25 meter area, she can direct water to attack or take various shapes in order to deal the user's rank in melee damage and it increases based on spell power / magic damage buffs rather than strength buffs. The water can form barriers to help block attacks in which case it is considered a barrier/shield spell of her rank (D-min). She can also swim through water, controlling the flow to give her increased grace and speed when swimming (50% speed boost). She can also stand atop calm water.

    Spells:
    Name: The First Wish
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive
    Duration: Weapon Destruction
    Cooldown: 3
Description: The First Wish takes the user’s desire and manifest it into a weapon that was chosen during the dream sequence. However instead of stainless steel it is made of the same material as the key that was chosen. Golden Weapons grant a 60% increase to Strength when attacking with the weapon. Silver Weapons grant 60% Extra spell damage on spells cast through the weapon. Onyx Weapons grant 60% Durability to the weapon.
When Fortuna cast this spell for herself, the weapon is stainless steel and offers no other benefits other than a weapon of her choice.
    Strengths:

    • The effect is different from person to person.
    • Nearly impossible to be unarmed

    Weaknesses:

    • The effect is set for the individual, it never changes once the contract is made.
    • The effects only apply when using the weapon, such as a sword strike but not a punch while holding the sword.[/lsit]

      Name: The Second Wish
      Rank: D
      Type: Elemental Offensive
      Duration: 3
      Cooldown: 4
Description: For the duration of this spell, elemental control over a specific element is granted. Twice per post, the user can fire off a spell like attack of the element. The element that is granted is chosen during the dream sequence. The attacks follow all the rules for D-rank spells. The user can choose for each attack to be a single target, Multi-target, Area of Effect, or Burst spell. The damage is 10% less than normal D-rank damage. If it is cast through the weapon granted by the First Wish, the user can fire off a third attack in the same post
Fortuna can use any element she wishes but has a 25% reduction in all stats for the spell.
      Strengths:

      • This grants a wide array of attack options normally not open to the individual.
      • These attacks are fueled by Fortuna’s Mana, not the user’s

      Weaknesses:

      • The effect is set for the individual, it never changes once the contract is made.
      • It is weaker than a normal D-rank spell.

      Name: The Third Wish
      Rank: D
      Type: Supportive
      Duration: 3
      Cooldown: 4
Description: The Third Wish is a spell that is granted only at a Contractee’s request. The effect is awe inspiring and unique every time it is cast. The Contractee must state “I wish..” and what they want in plain terms. After wards Fortuna will make it happen. This spell can not do actual damage to an enemy, but it can create a defensive barrier, heal someone, transfer mana from Fortuna to the person, paralyze, put to sleep, burn, absorb, remove enchantments, bind, or incapacitate an enemy.
      Strengths:

      • Every casting of this spell is different, even when from the same contractee and same wish.

      Weaknesses:

      • Fortuna can not cast it on her own.

      Name: Dynamic Entry
      Rank: D
      Type: Offensive and supportive
      Duration: 3
      Cooldown: Once per thread
Description: When Fortuna’s bottle is uncorked and she is released, she creates an tremendous nearly cosmic scene in the area. The largest group of enemies are surrounded by a 30m sphere of the element chosen by the dream sequence. While it surrounds them, the element is constantly growing larger. It does not do any damage while it simply surrounds the enemies, only when it is closed down by the user in an implosion. If it is closed at the end of the first post, it deals 15 hp, at the end of the second post, it will deal 30 HP. But if it is held all the way to the end of the third post, it automatically implodes, dealing 60 HP to everything within the area. This spell requires her being released from her bottle, so she can not cast it when by herself. If the summoner is within the 30m sphere, Fortuna and her summoner may take damage from this attack as well.
      Strengths:

      • Can stop the battle while Fortuna gets the situation from her contractee.
      • Can deal a great deal of damage to a large number of individuals.
      • The effect is different from person to person.

      Weaknesses:

      • The effect is set for the individual, it never changes once the contract is made.
      • Fortuna can not cast any other spells while this is being held.
      • Any attacks to her from spells deal double damage while this spell is in effect.

      Advanced Spells:
      Name: Wish Make: Magic Carpet
      Rank: D+
      Type: Supportive
      Duration: 5
      Cooldown: 6
Description: This spell simply creates a magic carpet that the user and up to three others can ride on at a speed of 112 m/s. The carpet is 1 meter wide by 2 meters long.It is controlled by Fortuna’s thoughts. It can not deal any damage, even on collison. It can also carry up to 1 metric ton of non mage, as long as it can fit within the carpets borders.
      Strengths:

      • Easy Transportation around Fiore for a team
      • Can be created any where.

      Weaknesses:
    • Has no combat application
    • If the spell ends while in flight, all goods and passengers plummet to the ground.

You need OOC permission for this to work on player characters.
You have a lot of stuff going on in this ability. Either remove some of the effects, or add a cooldown please.
