The gentle purring snores coupled with a light running of a writing utensil on paper had filled up most of the sounds in the room in the current moment. The green Sylph curled into a little ball while she had been taking a nap after trying to play Sunday School teacher with the bunny girl, she had been through quite a bit trying to get her to be a little more literarily educated. Before she went to take her nap, she’d made a few worksheets to have Gisen practice some, try to get things done quicker on her own in her own pace so she wouldn’t feel frustrated and annoyed by anyone else’s accord. It was something of her idea to try and get her to learn on her own or want to at least, and if she still couldn’t pronounce things well enough yet, reading and writing we’re getting better. However, there was still one major thing left for her to work on; Calligraphy. At her current level, she would be considered to be on par with a 3rd graders handwriting, however Silvia’s goal is to better her into a more acceptable type of handwriting for a woman in her position. And whether she liked it or not, she would get there. Though currently, some of even Gisen’s writing was illegible to her, so it isn’t something she was against for the most part.
Flipping through some of the pages, she was curious as to what was left in her papers when in walked a member with a letter. She had been told the letter was an urgent one as it was clearly printed on the front of the letter. After letting the member leave, she kicked back in her desk and opened it up. Her eyes tried to read over the letter, but it seemed some of them were still a little too difficult for her to understand. Honestly, she could read a lot more than before, but some words were harder to comprehend to her than others were. ”Silvia? I know you’re napping, but I need your help. The coun-” A loud yawn cut the bunny girl off as she had looked up to see the Sylph in her human form already, rubbing her eyes and nabbing the paper from her. ”I could hear it all. I knew that you’d need the help because the bureaucracy of the council is too much to understand that some people even more educated than you can’t still figure out what the letter is for.” She replied, her eyes running along the words. It only took her a moment longer once she finished speaking to let out a sigh and set the paper down. ”Alright, rodent. Get up and let’s get moving. Orders are to go to a town and investigate. Hmm.. let’s go to Hosenka. I’d like to go to the spa afterwards and relax.” The Sylph ordered... well all but the last statement of her desire to relax, which made Gisen stay silent from what was just said. ”Huh.. didn’t take you for the spa type. Sure! I think I could use a soak too, and maybe we’ll invite some others to join us too! Maybe even Raph-” ”NOPE! I refuse to be near that Pervy angel when we’re in places without clothes!” She immediately protested, her cheeks flushed red. Again, a blank stare just showed how oblivious she was to the reason behind it and just shrugged. ”L-Let’s just go, damn it. Before she shows up and wants to come.” Grabbing the elemental’s arm, she tried to yank her and quickly snapped back, then let out a low growl. ”Jesus... I forgot you may look dainty, but you’re like a ton of bricks... I guess it could be worse... like me punching you.” Rolling her eyes, she just began to walk out with the bunny girl in tow, giggling at her attitude like a little school girl.
Making their way into Hosenka, people were making their way out as quick as possible. Some screaming and pushing over themselves to leave, all of which left Silvia alone by the side of the crowd. The look of both disappointment and annoyance, topped with another of no real surprise by the actions of the shivering bush behind her made her remain quiet for some time. Looking at the mob of people exiting, she couldn’t really blame her for how she reacted. It was probably very traumatizing for her to see a wave of people yelling and running towards her. ”Not much longer and you can pop out, ok? I know just where to head. So just be still and don’t run from there. They’re all just frightened by whatever is in the town.” Silvia tried to calm Gisen down some, but it was a little hard for her to do so. Hopefully, if anyone else showed up they would be able to help the situation... if it was someone they recognized.
The feeling of soft wind and the scent of fresh peaches and flowers coated the surroundings which moved very quickly. The soft fur of Pitaya in her enlarged form rustled slightly with the trees outside of the town of Hosenka, her delicate feet snapping fallen branches on the ground as they quickly caused their bodies near closer and closer to the town. It was not a strange occurrence to see the Guild Master of Crystal Swan riding on the back of her giant wolf puppy toward places, as the ball of white fur was simply amazing at covering long distances in a short period of time. With the river of blue that was her hair flowing downward as it twirled through the moving wind, the messenger bag which sat secured on her back and shoulders in the colors of blue, red, and white shimmered slightly due to the equipment which was stored inside. Food, a change of clothing, and all of her weapons in which she usually carried on her body at all times; they all sat peacefully inside, ready to be removed and utilized if a situation in which they would need to be used arose. The peach scent flew around her body due to the real peaches that sat on her headband in addition to the perfume in which she was wearing, a rare perfume which was greatly expensive and only sold in the town she was headed to; the town of spas and peaceful reflection. However, a situation was rumored to be arising in which was not the most peaceful, being that hordes of people were running out of the town of blossoms due to strange magical circles appearing in random areas. It was why Desirée was sent to this beautiful village once again, to help and investigate the strange phenomenon. Her oriental clothing on her body, she would appear to fit right in with the people that resided and visited this village, her magical luminescence and power resonating within her body and slightly around her presence that moved quickly around the rock formations that sat outside of Hosenka. Running toward the entrance of the town at full speed, Pitaya would finally reach said bridge and halt abruptly, causing a small flurry of smoke to arise from her feet as the idol hopped off the back and landed gracefully.
With a flash of light, the wolf puppy reduced her body size into her normal form, being that of the size of a tiny stuffed animal of white. Leaning over to pick up the pup, Desirée held the mire wolf tightly in her arms as she began to walk into the town, the reverse direction as the people that were seemingly running out of it toward the surrounding areas. Two orbs of light, one being pink and the other green, followed silently behind her bright presence of her body. "Why.. are they running? There does not seem to be a threat nearby.." the blue-haired girl heard in her head as she walked, the telepathic voice in which Pitaya produced within her mind in order to speak. By the way that the people were running through the town toward the exits... it just didn't feel right, there had to have been something wrong. Looking around the crowds of people flocking out of the oriental paradise, the Guild Master wished to be able to find those that were walking into the town just as she was, as they would most likely serve the same purpose of being here as Desirée. The Magic Council had asked her to come out of her own free will after all, and a decent pay would come with the investigation process; she assumed that other people would have been asked to do the same. Removing a bottle of diluted sake out of her bag and proceeding to pop it open, Desirée took a sip and continued into the city, remarking on the beautiful architectural styles that lined the decadent concrete designs on the roads. This place truly was a hub of Asian heritage and relaxation, which was definitely something that she had remembered from being here previously; the spas were warm and relaxing, and the scents coming from the beautiful trees of cherry blossoms and bamboo shoots in addition to the shops were definitely a gorgeous thing to experience.
As she walked into the city in full, the Guild Master noticed an empty bench which appeared to be made of a cherry wood with ornate designs made of gold and red pigments which formed into the shape of cherry blossom petals. Walking toward the bench in order to sit down, Desirée removed the matching messenger bag which was swung around her shoulder and back and placed it onto the bench, watching the puppy hop onto the wooden surface and forming into a ball of white fluff in order to take a nap. Sitting down on the bench and opening her bag, the idol would pull out a glowing sheath of white and blue and place it in her lap, also removing a multi-colored cloth of red and pink in order to clean what lie within the sheath. Unsheathing a glowing sword of silver metal and golden shimmer, Desirée would begin to run the blade through the silk, causing it to become sharpened. Each time she would run the saber through the cloth, it would sparkle and fluctuate with each movement, casting a reflection of gold onto the body of the idol along with the silk and soft clothing in which she was wearing. As she cleaned her blade, Desirée absolutely wished that someone would show in order to assist in the investigation; it would be much easier to do with more than one person, but she would be confident even if she was the only one to be here. Placing her saber back into its sheath and placing it onto her back, the Guild Master would reach into an inner pocket of her thick clothing and pull her iLac outwards, a shimmer of rose gold that would light up and show the many apps that she had downloaded onto it. Opening one of her social media feeds and scrolling through it, all she would do is wait until someone else emerged from the mass of fleeing people, whether they may be an ally or someone that established themselves as an enemy. Sipping her sake with each scroll, oriental music began to play from one of the wall speakers behind her in a peaceful manner, making the feel of Hosenka much more authentic.
The ever passing amount of people made Silvia wonder just how many folks could just have been inside this town. Sure, a number of people had businesses and homes, but who else could have been inside aside from tourists. Even then, there's no way in which that amount of people would be inside one town at a time.. though the convergence of humans were always something that Silvia could ever get a grasp on. While it had seemed that nothing was going to get done while the people got out, the Sylph could at least make sure that everyone got out without some random creature having escaped and gone somewhere terrorizing the people, she had gone and taken a seat in the air in what would be assumed to be like a higher seated chair or stool and her hands rested in her lap while her gaze fixated on the humans as they continued to rush out faster than a torrent of river from a freshly burst dam. "Humans... I swear I think Zephyr was right in what she used to say about humans. Few have the stones to face danger, but the most are as frightened as a fawn at the slightest look of it."
While the Sylph continued watching and the bunny continued her cowering in the bush, the last bunch of people had finally left the town, leaving few straggling people that had gotten the last opportunity to be able to get out safely. "Come on, rodent. The people are gone, you got 3 seconds to come out or I'll drag you out by those big ears of yours." Silvia threatened, her eyes trained and glaring at the shaking bush while her arms were folded at her sides. Two purple ears and the top of Gisen's head poked out from the top of the bush, looking around to see that she was right. Not a person was left right now. As her head turned, she gasped and popped back in, shaking again. "No fair! You lied to me! There's someone over on that bench!" Gisen yelled out, pointing out toward a bench where a person had been sitting. The Sylph raised a brow at her notice of a person when she had turned back and noticed a blue haired female over on the bench.
A small chuckle left as even a person from a distance could send her back into a bush like a frightened child, but she was used to it by now. It never did change that she was annoyed by it, but it was just something that was still in some way amusing to her at times. As the Sylph looked back at the stranger, she narrowed her eyes to see what it was she was doing on the bench in the first place. From there, she saw that the girl was rubbing something with a cloth, but unsure of what it was until the sun shining on it had at least shown her it was metallic. Maybe some kind of weapon? She couldn't assume much as well.. she wasn't the fighting type in any way, but reaching into the bush, she nabbed an ear and pulled. "Up. I need your weaponry expertise." She ordered, yanking at the ear with few grunts and groans of pain from her doing so.
Once Gisen had popped up, she immediately noticed the metal rested on the strangers lap and she popped up to her feet. The humanoid spirit had yelped from being pulled up from her seat in the air and let go of the bunny ear, falling onto the ground before growling in frustration. Oblivious to what happened, Gisen walked out from the bush and began to walk closer to the girl on the bench. It stood out to be sitting on a bench of a fully evacuated town and not looking at the least worried about it. Her left hand had opened up and a light dimly flashed before her spear, Dancer had been placed into her hand. With the blade hovering above the ground, she stopped within a decent distance from this strange girl and gave a look of suspicion and a lack of sign in humor or playfulness in her stare. "Who are you and why don't you seem bothered by the town being ev-.. evac- ...abandoned." Well... at least she tried to be intimidating.
The beautiful and oriental music that played from the walls of Hosenka was definitely refreshing to hear, as it was very subtle and a perfect mix of older musical instruments, some of which were not popular in the modern age while others were. Closing out of a social media application and opening her camera function, it faced toward her and showed a reflection of her face; she would use it like a mirror, running her hand through the strands of blue hair that stood in-front of her shoulder areas. Reaching into her bag with one hand and pulling out a red liquid lipstick, she would twist off the applicator section and begin to apply it to her clear lips, the bright cherry color complimenting the hints of red on her decadent outfit quite well. The lipstick would be a special matte formula, that of which would dry well on the lips while also keeping them plump and without cracks that most matte lipsticks would provide. Adjusting her headband with two large pieces of white and red projecting outward, one would feel as though the vibes she was giving off with this could be compared to Chang'e, as the long pieces of fabric that stretched downward on her arms and the medium-length dress had designs of bunnies and moons upon them; gold in color. As for the fabric itself, it was mostly colored in whites and blues, with some hints of blacks and reds. The shoes that she was wearing were not really shoes; they were thick and tight socks made of a mixed texture of soft silk and latex, with black bows going down the center and cutting off where her toes began to show. This outfit in all places had many different golden accessories that went with it; it was made to symbolize beauty and grace in a style of comfort and efficiency in relaxation and battle.
Looking at herself in the reflection of the iLac, Desirée's attention soon diverted to the surroundings that were sitting across from the bench she was sitting on. Everyone seemed to be out of the town by then, but something still made noise that was not of the music upon the walls; it was coming from a thick bush that sat neatly in a row upon the exterior of the wide pathway. The pink orb that floated beside the Guild Master now stood behind her neck, while the green's sat in his normal place beside the white puppy. Two figures were approaching, and they both appeared to be slightly animalistic; they both looked familiar, and not in a bad way. It was Gisen Ceostra and what appeared to be her companion, the Guild Master of Lamia Scale and a being which attended the grand opening of Crystal Swan. They looked to be approaching with a weapon in hand and in an intimidating manner, asking who the idol was and why she was not participating in the evacuation; it was reasonable, considering they had met while Desirée had blonde hair, not the long and blue hair that she had at this current moment. Slipping her iLac into a tucked away pocket within her beautiful clothing and quickly rising to her feet, the idol greeted the bunny and her pet with a smile and bow, her puppy and Kiwi doing the same upon the ground beside her right and in the air above her left shoulder. As for Strawberry, she was shivering behind Desirée's neck and very quietly peeking her eyes out from the right side, looking to be absolutely terrified of the two that stood across the way from their location.
"It is nice to see you again, Gisen! I am Desirée Blooms, the Guild Master of Crystal Swan," the idol smiled as she spoke, performing a curtsy with her long silk after her introduction, "I was sent here by the Magic Council's wishes in order to investigate a strange phenomenon that has been happening in cities all across Fiore... I take it that you are here to help as well?" The situation must have been serious if they had sent two of the four Guild Masters of the four biggest legal mage guilds in Fiore to settle an issue. However, the area around here did not seem to be much of a threat at all... the gusting bamboo shoots and cherry blossom trees mixed with that of their green-leaved cousins, the tranquil music playing ever so gently through the breeze; it was peaceful, especially after all of the crowds were evacuated. Perhaps there was a threat lying deeper into the property of Hosenka where the strange circle that was rumored to have appeared was located? It was the Guild Masters' duty to find that circle and investigate what it truly was and what was going on; at least, if that is what Gisen was here to do as well.
Her eyes settled still on this stranger, her body ready to react in a moments notice should she have to attack this strange girl. However, something seemed to be familiar in the way she had looked and sat. The scent of fruits and the spas started to get to her though, making her feel a little nauseated. Giving a quick shake of her head, she managed to rid the feeling from herself for a while. The two small things that hung around her seemed to be very meek around other people in her thoughts, but she kept her attention focused mainly to the girl herself. As she had stood up, Gisen gripped her weapon tighter until she gave a bow and tilted her head in response to what she was doing. Was this some human form of manners? She knew what a curtsy was as Silvia and Raphy both seemed to be very humble about using that as their way to greet new people.... If the angel wasn't being overly excited and latching onto a person with a hug and a high pitched screeching greeting. Still, the lack of show in threat she had given was a little relieving for both humanoid beings that stood before the guild master. Still, to the bunny girls knowledge, she was a complete stranger from her appearance and frankly... she didn't know why this girl seemed to be so happy to see another person simply walk forward, weapon in hand, and just greet them as if they were good friends.
The scent of fruits permeating from this human girl made her nose crinkle and wiggle around. Despite what she might have thought, the perfume of the scent alone carried much stronger than it would to a normal persons nose. To her, it felt like a little too much, but she wasn't much of a person to contest another's choice in doing something as long as it wasn't illegal. When she introduced herself as Desiree, the elemental blinked several times. She couldn't have been the Crystal Swan leader she met in Hargeon.... She had blonde hair and wore a rather cutsey dress. This girl was in a more casual attire in comparison and she had blue hair as shaded as the shore waters. Normally, a person would start asking questions, but Gisen? Well, she was a special rock in the rubble, so to speak. Her free hand reached over and she took some of the loose, blue hair and started to sniff at it. The Sylph was mortified at the actions, baffled by the claim of identity, but she kept herself much more controlled than her companion. With a soft whack to her hand with a stick, Gisen dropped the length of hair and rubbed her hand while looking to Silvia. "What was that for?" She asked, turning herself to the Sylph for a moment as she took the stick and whacked her on the head between her ears. "Bad rodent! I'd use a shock collar to teach you, but a couple certain angels and aces frowned upon that method." Silvia scoffed in reply, tossing the stick aside and stepping up between the two. "You can't just invade someone's personal space like that. Even if the circumstances weren't the way they were, would you do that to every person you met?- ...Better yet, shut up. I don't need to hear that answer. I know where you grew up." With a waving hand, Silvia just rubbed her head by her own ears.
Gisen gave a bow toward the other girl, unsure of how it would turn out if she were wrong in some way in who she was actually. "I'm sorry, that was rude." She said as she rose back up from her bow. She had taken a moment to collect herself to what had been spoken to her before and tapped at her cheek while she tried to remember why she came here to begin with. "Oh yeah!" The requip mage shouted as the thought hit her on her task, giving a confident nod as she successfully remembered on her own. Opening her hand, a carrot appeared in it and she closed her hand around it, quickly taking a crunchy bite and then swallowing after a few seconds to chew it up. "Yeppers! I have other people going to other towns too, but I can't just sit by while monsters are on the loose! Though, these will be different from the beasties on Pandora. Haha." Gisen took another healthy chunk into her carrot and started to munch on it happily, though it quickly was followed up by the sigh of the Sylph. "Essentially, yes. What she said is right, Miss Blooms. I promise you she's much more combat efficient than she is a carrot addict... and... well that's saying a lot for her." As her eyes peered up at the bunny girl, she looked slightly down at the spirit and her cheeks slightly puffed out from the chewed up carrot in her mouth. "Whach wrong wif carrotsh, Shilvia?" Gisen blurted out with her mouth still full of food. Rolling her eyes, she refused to speak or scold the guild master as she'd already done more than enough. Any more and she feared she'd be just trying to fully discipline her through some form of physical punishment. Not that anything phased her rocky head or body.
A small gust of wind struck the idol's hair and caused it to begin flowing in the wind, just as how her eyes appeared in this moment; they looked to be of a blue color that shimmered greatly with small green-gold flakes that swirled around the pupils. The bunny girl appeared to be slightly confused that it was the girl that she had met in Hargeon the day that Crystal Swan was established. Weeks after that date she had went through a rather drastic change to her appearance; her long blonde hair now appeared as blue once again, just as how it looked the majority of her time in Black Rose and the rest of her life. After all, this vibrant shade of blue was her natural hair color, unique to her family; it was a color that was extremely difficult to replicate with hair dyes and wigs. Before her blonde hair she had white-silver colored hair which was said to be permanent and non-fading; with this being said, the hairdresser lied and it eventually faded into a blonde color. Months passing with blonde hair, one morning she woke from her sleep and her natural hair color had returned. It was as if the blue appeared overnight, just like a blue ocean upon bright and vibrant sands of a desert. With the wind blowing through her hair, the bunny-girl appeared to reach into the flowing river of blue and proceeded to raise it to her face, smelling it as if she was smelling a candle in a store. As Gisen had reached her hand over to grab the hair, Strawberry screamed and quickly blasted to the other side of the Guild Master's body in fear, peeking her head from the side of her neck and watching the purple-haired's movements. As for the blue-haired idol, she allowed the bunny-girl to touch her hair without hesitation as that is what many of her friends did when they were casually together; she was used to having her blue hair played with.
Quickly, Gisen's actions looked to be disciplined by her companion with green-tipped hair in the form of a smack to the hand, that of which caused Desirée to flinch slightly. With verbiage following Silvia's stick and regulation, the bunny apologized to the Guild Master for touching her hair and began to speak of how she was here for the same purpose of the idol, as was expected. "It is totally fine, don't worry about it!" Desirée said with a smile as she looked down the street toward the nothingness that was within, "I also have sent many of my members to other cities together to check out what is going on. I haven't heard back from any of them in a negative manner, so this may just be a case of sitting down and relaxing! I really love it here." It was really quiet in Hosenka, nothing was making an appearance; everyone was already evacuated, and the circle must have been just up the road. The Guild Master watched the other leader as she ate a carrot and payed attention to her companion, removing a small heart shaped pastry with sweet dough dusted with powdered sugar and filled with creme from her bag. Nibbling a small bite from the upper part of the desert, Desirée smiled and wrapped it back into its pink cloth that it was wrapped in before, tucking it back into its designated space in the messenger bag. "I believe the circle is just up the street, as that is where people were running from in different directions. We should get going if you are willing to~!" Beginning to advance down the street in a walking speed, Desirée and her three companions she had brought with her would begin to look around them at their surroundings as they would near closer and closer to the circle that was still out of view. If Gisen and Silvia followed behind or beside them, they would hopefully do the same.
Walking down the aisle of oriental shops, banners, ribbons, cherry blossoms, and bamboo shoots, Desirée picked up her soft puppy that was walking on the ground beside her and began to pet her fur slowly, watching the area in-front of her as it sat soundly in her arms. "I will switch into my humanoid form when we get to the circle, It will be easier to maneuver around if I do so. I will also take Kiwi and Strawberry with me, if that is okay." Pitaya spoke to the Guild Master mentally, following in a nod of approval. Gisen would be unaware that the puppy was capable of doing as many feats of magic as it was capable of; from being able to grow into a puppy the size of a house to telepathy, this produce of Fenrir was certainly strong. On the large and wide road of smooth stone that they were walking, large trees of cherry blossoms stretched over where the sky would be able to be visible and bamboo grew on the edges, running on one side right next to a peaceful river with bridges connecting to another side and buildings on the other. Petals were reigning down slowly, leading right into the central plaza of Hosenka; it was in the shape of a circle and had trees lining it and creating a circular shape in the air where the light fed through, along with buildings, benches, the river, and a large fountain in the center making a beautiful scene. However, in the center of where the trees formed a circular shape where the sky was present was a large magical circle that was red in color, and appeared to be twisting in a counter-clockwise motion.
With a flash of light, Pitaya soon appeared right in-front of Desirée in her humanoid form, which consisted of a girl with long white hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and a kimono in the colors of white and blue. Kiwi and Strawberry soon floated over to her shoulders and began to walk with her around the exterior of the plaza, and Desirée advanced toward the magical circle that stretched across the clearing. "Gisen, it's here!" she exclaimed as she ran toward it, removing her iLac from her pocket and opening the camera. Taking a quick snapshot of the magical circle, the Guild Master closed her iLac and placed it back within her pocket, proceeding to look at it much more in depth and closer. However, as she focused her eyes into the magical circle it began to pulse a bright pink-red color and spin quicker and quicker; firing a beam of pink-red magical energy into the sky and watching it fly into the direction of one of the streets, a large boom could be heard in the distance followed with a strange, underlying sound. This sound was as if a crowd of people was running toward the Guild Masters instead of away from their location, which was extremely unlikely; following this boom, Desirée quickly unsheathed her saber from her back and held it firmly in her hands, preparing for what was to come. After the boom had occurred, the magical circle spun much slower and had stopped glowing. All it was doing was sitting there, spinning without haste. Turning to the bunny-girl that was sent to accompany her on this mission, the idol appeared as confused. "I have no idea what that is, but that noise sounds like it is getting closer and closer. This is really stra-" she began to state as a field of black could be seen across the horizon, a wave of giant rats with glowing red eyes running quickly toward their area as wide and long as their street. In response? Pitaya and Desirée both took to the skies in the form of flight, Pitaya retreating into the trees with the Guild Master's pets and the idol preparing to take them out with the art of magic and the grace of a saber.
It seemed to be that Desiree wasn’t opposed to how Gisen had ended up approaching and getting rather close. Not that she could truly be blamed if they knew her well enough to know the reason behind her bizarre nature and methods. Of course, eve knowing that never stopped the Sylph from trying to reprimand and correct her to break her from that way of life. Her goal was to help get her adjusted to be accepted by people, but more than a decades time and the fragile mind of a child growing into that large of a fear was surmounting to be a more difficult task than she could have imagined. However, she wasn’t going to give up on her. There were qualities that Gisen had that when noticed showed that shield she conquer this fear, she could prove to be one very influential person to many. Not just little kids, but those suffering from fears, those afraid to stand up in he face of any form of adversity.
With no real problems left to deal with in the current moment, it seemed that Desiree was ready and willing to head out to the part of town they had been told the circle could be in. For personal reasons was Gisen’s main reason for being here, but helping was second and damn near a tie for it. She didn’t really give a reply, but the bunny girl began to walk calmly after the eccentric Guild Master. ”You aren’t going to run after her?” Gaia wondered, trying to figure out his child’s thoughts on what was going on. ”I’m being careful here, papa. If HE is here, I want to catch him before he gets away again.” Her voice stern and serious manner, she was not a very happy rabbit about him being alive currently. ”Well, you never did tell me or Raph about that. Anything you-” Silvia was quickly cut off as she felt a hand of the bunny grab onto her arm.
Her eyes scanned the area before her as she had stumbled upon where Desiree stopped and had begun to examine the circle. Noting its appearance and apparent movement, she wasn’t sure if it could still be the very same person she met before, but she wasn’t going to conclude it couldn’t be him either. As she heard Desiree starting to state her investigative opinion, Gisen had heard something with those big ears on her head. She ran over quickly and grabbed her arm, pulling the blue haired girl back up onto her feet abruptly. By then, the Crystal Swan Master would notice the swarm of rats and she and her companion had taken off into the sky. ”I’ll uh.. be up here if you need me.” Seeing the rats heading towards them, Silvia transformed into her Sylph form and jumped up into the air, hoping up and up until she was height with Desiree, standing there while looking down at the bunny girl while she remained there.
Holding out her hand, a large sword would appear, seeming to be one that was larger than Gisen herself. The greatsword chilled the very air around it with how cold it was, but it bothered the bunny girl none. Raising it high into the air above her head with great ease in the way she’d done so, she swung the blade downwards and sent a crashing wave of snow and shards would start flying through the streets of the town, ripping up the ground and concrete just on the surface as it hit the giant wave of rats. As it finished it’s limits, the wave of rats ceased to be visible under the mound of snow and ice that now blanketed the streets. With a heavy sigh, Gisen raised the weapon up and rested it on her left shoulder, looking up to Desiree and Silvia while giving a thumbs up. ”Ms. Desiree. Do you see anything else around? Surely this wasn’t just a wild pack of rats... could it?” The Sylph looked over to the airborne girl, wondering what was going on with this entire thing. Meanwhile... there was no telling what could appear around the bunny, nor how her mental stability would remain in tact if she continued to use her magic so wildly.
While she was left alone, Gisen took her own gander at the circle near her. Noting the way it looked, appeared to move, and otherwise seemed mysterious in every way, she knew it couldn’t be that same person. If anything, maybe he would try and take a look around for himself, but the chances of not only him doing that but to also have come to this town was something to be said. ”It’s not him... but something about it doesn’t sit right with me, papa. I don’t know what it is, but it’s giving me a real big worry feeling in my stomach.” She spoke, not really caring who else heard her speaking in the moment. ”That is a gut feeling. It’s very good to have in many cases, child. But remember it can also be misleading, so you must use your head to follow the truth. If something is bothering you, make sure you tell someone.” She just quietly nodding along to the advice given to her. Though... something piqued her curiosity... taking her sword, she picked it up off of her shoulder and swung it down into the circle, seeing if it would have any effect.
As small orbs of blue and white lights bounced around the body of the idol, she observed Silvia proceed into the skies nearby her; the animalistic girl now appeared to take the form of something purely resembling sylph. In this moment, Desirée was prepared to begin swinging her saber through the air and eliminate as many of the rats that were headed this way in the form of a swarm as she possibly could. However, Gisen appeared to wish to do the same; equipping herself with a giant sword, the girl of bunny aspects swung it downward and caused ice and snow to coat the road that the rats decorated. As if it were a sea of white, the giant rat swarm appeared to be demolished under the ice and snow and defeated. It was quite efficient; no more rats could be seen from the direction that they were coming, and the sounds of people running were made less apparent. The sounds were still slightly there, but they were not coming from the direction of east. Perhaps they were coming from its opposite direction, the west, in a similar horde style that the rats once utilized. If this was truly an approaching swarm of enemies, they did sound quite far away, and most likely were summoned at the same time as the rats but in a more restricted area. Due to this elimination of enemies, the Guild Master smiled at the other authoritative figure that stood below her holding her thumb upward in order to signal that it was cleared. "Good job, Gisen! That was quite beautiful and very amazing~!" she exclaimed in gratitude, following with her descent toward the ground. With her nearly bare feet hitting the slightly cold concrete, the girl swung her saber behind her back into its sheath and gave it a pat into place, where it would sit tightly in even the most forceful movements.
With Silvia looking over her, Desirée looked up at her and listened to her verbiage, agreeing with her completely. "I do find it strange that an order so serious as this would only result in a pack of rats... if anything, I do expect more enemies to come this way soon. However, we should be able to take care of them easily, as Gisen did just now!" the girl with flowing blue locks stated kindly, following in her companions to descend from the trees and join her by her side. With Pitaya walking forward slightly and her eyes shimmering a beautiful purple, she looked as though she wished to speak when she was capable of doing so. Across the area where they stood Gisen appeared to be nearing the magical circle that sat above the fountain, sword in hand. With another fierce swipe, it entered the magical circle and caused the colors of red to turn into those of pink, red, and orange, along with its spinning to pick up speed and float into the sky above at a rapid rate; with its spinning in the sky it pulsed very slowly, despite how one would expect it to radiate with energy, and stopped floating upwards as it reached what one would compare to the levels of the clouds. It was not in a state of activeness, despite it appearing as though it was, as it was slowly powering down and waiting for the monsters approaching to be defeated in order to exert its energy into all directions. With the sound of running coming closer to the area from the west, Desirée began to walk by herself toward the bridge in which they were approaching quickly, nothing in hand but her sheer magical power.
As she walked confidently, her eyes glistened a golden color, similar to the golden eyes of the swarm of goblins that ran toward her with various different types of metal weapons. Her hands clasping together as if she were to pray, extreme amounts of magical circles in the colors of blue and green began to form in a large fashion behind her; as if a giant wall was behind her except it being magical circles, hundreds formed and began to twist similarly to the giant magical circle that floated in the sky. With her hair beginning to flow with the pressure and wind that was being exerted, extremely sharp swords made of crystals that were filled with auroran lights began to slowly come out of them and sit in the centers. With her hand commanding them to fly, each began to shoot toward a singular goblin and pierced through their heads, causing each of them to fall onto the ground and burst into smoke. A sword dedicated to each goblin; when they stopped flying and each was produced and flung at a goblin, every single enemy had perished. Turning around with a smile on her face and running back to the party that she had arrived to this area of Hosenka with, upon arrival her eyes appeared to have small strands of rainbows swirling about with joy and luminescence. "We did it~!" Desirée announced in a joyful manner, her messenger bag bobbing up and down as she hopped in happiness. Removing her pastry from her bag once again and unwrapping it, she took a small nibble from its side that was bitten off in the past and proceeded to smile at the sylph and the bunny that accompanied her.
However, her eyes soon drifted above to look into the sky when the magical circle started to make a strange noise. As if it were smoking, the circle soon exploded and reigned fireworks into the sky, in the colors that it glowed but in beautiful designs. "Wow, look! It's so pretty!" the blue haired idol exclaimed in awe, along with her companions looking up into the sky in order to see the pretty colors. While it was midday, the colors still appeared as vibrant as they ever could, even during night. Though these fireworks had been caused by something that caused chaos inside of this city, it proved that beauty could be found even within times that were rough. Taking her iLac back out of her pocket, the girl opened her camera application and took a picture of the colors that stretched across the sky, appearing more and more vibrant with her presence in the vicinity. "The monsters must be gone now, the people are coming back into the city and resuming what they were doing before now." She turned around and saw that many people with similar outfits to theirs were walking across the bridges with boxes, drinks, and other belongings, proceeding to do their everyday things as well as relax within the city of spas. It was refreshing to see the people that were once sprinting out the town being able to hold joyous moments once again; turning toward the bunny girl and her party, Desirée began to twirl her hair through her fingers and hold a happy face among her rosy cheeks. "So, do you have any other plans today? I thought this would take all day and night, so I really have nothing to do... want to grab something to eat or go to a spa?" Adjusting her headband that sat among her head as it was slightly tilted, the blue-haired Crystal waited for an answer. If Gisen would have to go somewhere else, she would simply head back to Crystalli in the form of her wolf's teleportation skills.
As the Sylph continued to stand in the air as though she were on the ground itself, she looked around, listening, feeling any shift in the winds that was unnatural for it to be a human or animal. Something.. off about the way the air came around, but there wasn’t anything really. Despite the natural ability in which Sylph’s were known to use to hide from human sight because of this, she couldn’t spot anything out of the ordinary. Looking to the other guild master, she had agreed with her curiosity on only the pack of rats having been the one thing that was here and making people run from the down. It didn’t feel natural or right to Silvia, but she wasn’t one who was built for combat. She was a scouting Sylph, whom made finding the tougher to see monsters easier for herself or any hunting party she helped guide through Pandora. As of their arrival, only Gisen and Silvia could map the country out by memory, but it was much easier for them for their natural abilities or whom they knew that could help them if they were lost.
Meanwhile, as Gisen’s sword crashes into the circle, piqued of her own curiosity of what would happen, the grand slam made her eyes widen as the circle began to act up, looking at the shifting color of prismatic fashions before it rose. She jumped back, taking a defensive stance as though it would summon some giant behemoth of a being for her to fight. Instead... it simply rose into the sky randomly, floating higher and higher with the bunny simply watching from below. She wondered what was going to happen if anything at all... maybe a giant flying creature would appear? No... then she’d be stuck on the ground, unable to assist the other guild master in the fight and a vulnerable Sylph to being attacked and harmed. Holding her breath, she continued to watch the circle while she hoped nothing would come of it with all of her might.
”Gisen, be careful. There’s something nearby you in the alley. Proceed cautiously.”
Looking around, Gisen tried to figure out what her papa was trying to tell her about. She couldn’t see who or what was there as she took her eyes off of the circle in the sky. Once her eyes settled down one alley, she heard a tiny squeaking sound, but one she knew wasn’t a rat of any kind. ”H-Hello?” She asked nervously, taking a step closer. ”If.. you’re lost u-umm., y-you can like.. c-come out. I-I’m not going t-to hurt you.” She reached out with her free hand, it visibly shaking as she wanted to be kind and friendly, but her fear was starting to actually get to her. The shadowy figure set its eyes on the guild tattoo that was visible on the bottom of her arm from the way she had held the sword and jumped out from the shadows, grabbing onto Gisen with a tight hugging while it was found to be a lost child. ”My mommy and daddy got taken away by mean people!” She cried out, crying into the bunny girl, who upon impact of the smile child dropped onto her rear end. Her free arm naturally wrapped gently around her, trying to console the child. ”D-D-Don’t cry, l-little one. I-It’ll be fine.” She was trying her best, but this little girl was sill human and still frightening to her... only a little.
Picking herself up, Gisen grabbed hold of the crying child and got up to her feet, holding her still. ”W-We’ll Hell find them. I’m just glad you’re safe~” She smiled lightly, taking her over to a nearby outside cafe that was left abandoned in the evacuation and set the girl and her sword down.
Silvia watched the sudden emerging of the horde of goblins across a bridge and before she could even say a word, Desiree took her shot at them without much of a hesitation. It seemed like Gisen and Desiree were very different when it came to social situations, but very much combat ready and focused. It.. was an odd similarity, but it did make it much easier to rely on those that were prepared to be all out in any and all combat scenarios. The Sylph’s eyes widened as the Crystal Swan master unleashed a flurry of precise crystal like shards that crashed into each target with pinpoint accuracy and ended each and every goblin. ”Ms. Bloom, that was an unbelievable spectacle of skill. You’re members must be very proud to follow behind you.” She praised, hopping along the air until she’d gotten close enough to hold a bit of a conversation. Within minutes, the evacuated town made their way back in, headed back to their normal routines as if nothing happened, wanting to forget what happened, though she seemed to be very concerned how people could attempt to readjust with no time to decompress...
Once Desiree met back up with Gisen, the loud crack of the circle exploding into fireworks caused her to jump, as well as Silvia from the sudden explosive sound. With a small sigh, she shook her head and looked back to the bunny girl, finally realizing she was seated with a strange little girl. ”Why.. where did you find a little girl?” She asked, pointing to the child as her former sad expression was brightened only by the animal appearance of the Sylph. ”Oh, this is Emily. She was hiding when everyone was like, evacuating. She got separated from her parents as like, goblins came through... You two didn’t see any, did you?” She wondered, looking to both Desiree and Silvia. The formerly pointing paw set back onto the table and she sighed. ”You know... I’m surprised you’re still sitting here.” She cracked, looking to the elemental with obvious notation to her fear. Gisen only smiled and rubbed the little girl’s head while she giggled happily. ”I.. I get it. Heh.” Realizing why she wasn’t so afraid, Silvia sat herself on the table to relax and looked to both parties. ”Oh, yeah. Umm. We can like, hang out for a bit. Sit and relax, we can get something to like, eat or drink and wait for Emily’s parents to come back.” Oblivious to the idea of them never coming back, she remained hopeful, though there was never any telling what could have happened after they were taken.
