    Akaito Contract



    Magic Name: Akaito Contract
    Magic Type: Holder
    Description:
    Aoi and Aoba are originally life forms from another world who found themselves somehow stranded in Earthland. As a result, they are incapable of storing ethernanos within them from the air and cannot use normal magic like your average mage. Even typical holder magic requires ethernanos running through a person's body, with at least an unlocked first origin to perform it. Seeing as the twins do not possess any origins at all, they instead perform contracts with spirits through a tsukumogami that contains parts of their original alien form within it. This tsukumogami was once a scarf made of red thread, one that reached its 100th birthday on the day the twins appeared in Earthland. In the beginning, the siblings were actually only one otherworldly being, but ended up being split by the pressures and energies of the world into a pair of unwitting pre-school students, consuming their first origins and taking the ethernanos already in them for themselves. Realizing quickly that they would need magic to survive, they took the tiny bit of ethernanos remaining in them that they hadn't eaten, and sent a bit of themselves into the scarf so when it animated into a tsukumogami, they could tie its soul firmly into their beings.

    This tsukumogami was incarnated as a teenaged girl known as the "The Red Weaver" with the ability to use the red threads of the scarf in order to bind connections and forge contracts with other tsukumogami, lost spirits, or simply people with a desperate wish to fulfill, one so desperate they were willing to give up their souls for it. Each spirit who signs a contract with the twins will have their soul forged into an item or some sort of mark that the twins can carry around on their persons as the "key" in celestial summons. Basically, they own the souls of their spirits, and can call them to their side at any moment through the "key". In return for becoming basically a slave to their will, the twins will grant a wish for them, which is what is written in the contract before it is used to bind the spirits to the twins.

    Each spirit receives a new name then, based on the abilities gained through the wish they made. In Aoi and Aoba's collection of spirits, each name ends with the suffix "no". When speaking with the spirits, they themselves are addressed as "Yuno" and "Rino". While the spirits can spend their free time doing whatever they wish to do, they are forced to come whenever called, and can receive terrible punishments if they hurt or disobey their keepers in any way.

    Strengths:

    • The keepers technically do not have to fight at all with the usage of these spirits, as they can basically do all the work for them.
    • The keepers only have to fulfill one wish for them in return for an eternity of servitude, which is a pretty sweet deal.
    • This magic allows for the usage of many different elements and abilities with the range of spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • While the spirits have to obey the keepers, they can cause great harm to them as well. They are the closest to the keepers, which gives them the highest chance of harming them if the keepers loosen their watch and control over them for a long enough amount of time.
    • The magic is controlled not by them, but by a tsukumogami. She does have thoughts and goals of her own, which is lead to consequences for the keepers.
    • The more spirits are contracted, the more the keepers have to keep track of and control over, which can lead to difficulty in concentration.
    • As this is a holder magic in the absolute sense of the concept, they lose any way of possibly summoning a spirit if their item disappears, and lose all control over the magic if Akano’s scarf is lost.


    Lineage:
    Seductor’s Touch
    Description: You come from the blood of those who are masters of speechcraft. Hidden from the public, usually, unless they require something, these particular mages can seduce anyone to do almost anything. ?
    Ability: The user is able to bend the will of anyone but mages and the undead. ?Can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max). Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.
    The user gains a single user-ranked spell related to mind control(Max S-rank) in addition to their spells and is in general more seductive and alluring. ?
    Usage: 2 post duration with a 6 post cooldown. Gains a mind control-like spell in addition to their own spells of S-rank or lower.
    Unique Abilities:


    • Keepers of Many: The keepers are able to keep as many spirits as they can handle and create contracts for them, as long as they do not help in any way at all during battle.
    • Weaver's Gift: Akano's threads can also be used to create pictures out of the weaving, or can create baskets and ropes for the keepers' usage. These ropes can be broken easily with any weapon or magic if used to bind someone or defend themselves.
    • One of Mind: The keepers are able to hear any one of the spirits' thoughts through the contract threads and speak to them telepathically, though it is very difficult to concentrate on more than one mind at once.
    • Like Father, Like Son: The keepers are able to take on the form of one of their spirits at any time, and wield their ability with their durations and limits. Naturally, that particular spirit cannot be summoned during this time.



    Akano \\ The Red Weaver:

    Item: Dark Red Scarf/Scrap of Cloth

    Type: Normal Summon; Signature Spell

    Downside: Essentially useless in statistical terms, Akano exists for the sole purpose of binding and controlling spirits, more like an assistant than anything.
    Description: Akano was a tsukumogami who was unfortunate enough to come to life on the day that Aoi and Aoba arrived on Earthland. Instantly taking control of her and using her as a way to utilize magic, she was the very first spirit and the leader of all the rest to come.

    Strengths: ?

    • Is the only spirit with a steady enough control that she can switch back and forth between human and object at will.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any offensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.

    Description: This ability is the most essential spell to the entire magic, seeing as this is the spell that allows spirits to become bound to Aoi and Aoba. Akano will spend a post writing up a contract depending on the being's one wish, as well as their unconditional servitude to the keepers. The next post is used to bind the being to Akano and the keepers, turning the red contract into a single thread of binding.

    Description: Akano's scarf extends into a long red carpet. If someone walks upon the surface, they will be transported to any location within 60 meters.
    Maino \\ The Sword Dancer:
    Name: Maino
    Title: The Sword Dancer
    Color: Sapphire Blue

    Wish: "I don't care what I have to give up. Just allow me revenge on the one who killed my family."

    Downside: Less health than most summons of her rank.
    Description: Maino is a swordswoman, using a variety of different swords in order to attack and defend. Her attacks are generally fast and efficient, getting things done quickly, and usually at close range. She's a go-to summon whenever you need an attack done fast. Compared to the other spirits, Maino is particularly emotional, and as such has to be concentrated in order to get her attacks to hit properly. This means that no other spells or active abilities can be active while she is summoned.

    Strengths: ?

    • Her attacks are quick and deal a good amount of damage, so good for quick and strong attacks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot be summoned while other abilities and spells are active.
    • Her attacks are all very flashy and bold, so no sneak attacks here.


    Passive \\ Swordsman's Honor:
    Name: Swordsman's Honor

    Type: Passive
    Description: During the duration of this summon, neither Maino nor any of the keepers will be able to harm those that they consider their allies.
    Active \\ Swarm of Swords:
    Name: Swarm of Swords
    Rank: C
    Type: Multi-Target; Instant
    Damage: 45HP
    Range: 90 meters
    Speed: 65 meters per second
    Duration: 1
    Downside: N/A
    Description: A swarm of five swords will be shot out from Maino's cape when she flings it outwards, flying towards her opponents and dealing a devastating attack.
    Strengths:

    • Allows multiple enemies to be attacked at once.

    Weaknesses:

    • As these are separate swords, the amount of damage dealt if one hits an opponentis not as much asa normal single hit spell.



    Yoshino \\ The Lucky Charm:
    Name: Yoshino
    Title: The Lucky Charm
    Color: Mint Green
    Item: Mint Green Clover Charm
    Wish: “Leave my spirit free to work for any others I wish.”

    Damage: 12 HP
    Requip/Summon HP: 100 HP
    Range: 120 meters

    Description: Yoshino was a mercenary who specialized in helping transport goods across desert expanses. Often accompanying caravans and whatnot, she learned luck-based magic to improve the client's chances of crossing safely with all goods intact. Able to offer a wide array of buffs and effects to support the user, she is a fantastic tool of support in battle. However, due to her contract, Yoshino is similar to Suzuno in that she can take on different owners as she pleases. As a result, there is the possibility she could betray the keepers.

    Strengths:

    • Can be very useful in support during battle.

    Weaknesses:

    • Has no active abilities, so she cannot stop a full-on attack.

    Description: The charm is a dark, stormy green stone that will radiate a light that washes over the chosen buffee. It will increase each spell's damage by 25% throughout the duration of Yoshino's allotted time.

    Description: The charm is a bright, lime green stone that will radiate a light that washes over the chosen buffee. It will increase the user's resistance by 25% throughout the duration of the spell.
    Hayano \\ The Falcon Sister:
    Name: Hayano
    Title: The Falcon Sister
    Color: Tan
    Item: Tan Feather
    Wish: “Spare my sister and you can take me.”

    Type: Normal Summon; Offensive

    Description: Hayano was a member of a tribe of partially avian mages, being able to shapeshift into a falcon. She did not willingly come and let the twins take her ? instead, they had chosen her sister to kill in order to take her ethernanos supply. Having caught them in the act, she begged them to stop without avail before she offered a switch, arguing that her magical abilities were far superior than what they would gain from draining her far weaker sister. After the contract was signed, Hayano joined their collection of spirits as mainly a scout.

    Strengths:

    • She is able to fly and move at great speeds, and has a lot of experience in hunting-related tasks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Her recruitment leaves her no lost feelings for the twins, and she would betray them in a heartbeat had she the chance.


    Passive \\ Falcon's Wings:
    Name: Falcon’s Wings
    Rank: C
    Type: Passive
    Description: Hayano is able to transform into a falcon, allowing her to fly into the air anytime she wishes. Upon transforming back into a human, her clothes will remain intact through ruffled.

    Speed: 120 meters per second
    Description: When in falcon form, Hayano grasps her sword and hurls it at the enemy. It is able to travel up to 120 meters in range and it moves at 60mps. With enhanced powers due to her magical falcon form, it deals 60 hp magical damage with the element of wind.
    Strengths:

    • Deals a fair amount of damage in just one strike.

    Weaknesses:

    • Requires Hayano to be in falcon form when using, which may be disadvantageous depending on the situation.

    Shuno \\ The Scarlet General:
    Name: Shuno
    Title: The Scarlet General
    Color: Scarlet
    Item: Golden Hairpin with Scarlet Designs
    Wish: “As long as I get to slaughter your enemies, I shall be satisfied.”

    Type: Normal Summon; Offensive
    Damage: 10 HP
    Requip/Summon HP: 50 HP

    Speed: 90 meters per second

    Downside: Less health than most summons of her rank.
    Description: Shuno was a general’s daughter around a century ago, and was killed through an assassination before she could ever take on the position. As a result, her spirit, full of resent towards her predicament and shameful death wreaked havoc upon her assassin and her father’s enemies, becoming the key to her father’s kingdom’s success in conquering their foes. However, after time, they did end up collapsing, and the spirit went on to sign up with vengeful summoners, helping them reach their goals towards deadly and efficient fighting tactics. She would sign a contract with Aoi and Aoba in return for being able to continue slaying opponents in her furious manner.

    Strengths:

    • An extremely experienced spirit, she adapts very easily to all sorts of battle situations.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.
    • Shuno is extremely independent, and often follows what she herself thinks is the best course of action.

    Description: Shuno is able to sense any hostile intent, dissent among spirits, or generally any danger that could potentially occur within 22.5 meters.

    Description: With a touch to her hat’s crest, a series of ten guns will burst out from around Shuno, each sending out a powerful bullet towards the enemies. Each will deal 4.5hp of damage, and can travel for 67.5 meters at 45 mps.


    Takuno \\ The Caretaker:
    Name: Takuno
    Title: The Caretaker
    Color: Goldenrod
    Item: Golden Earring
    Wish: "Hmm, well, even though there's not much left to keep me tied down, would you please keep watch over and protect my village for as long as you are able to?"

    Downside: Can deal no damage.
    Description: Takuno was a healer in his village before he decided to leave forever, and he remains a healer for his keepers and their spirits. Healing and revitalizing his allies is his main task, and there's not much more he does. Seeing as he left his village very voluntarily, and joined up with Aoi and Aoba easily despite the harsh requirements, he is no doubt the easiest of the spirits to control and barely requires any concentration due to his mild nature. He cannot deal any damage.

    Strengths:

    • Cooperates easily with any of the other spirits, and requires little to no concentration to command.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot perform any offensive skills whatsoever.


    Passive \\ My Only Sunshine:
    Name: My Only Sunshine
    Rank: C
    Type: Passive
    Description: Takuno can take a pinch of golden dust from his earrings and sprinkle it over a single target, allowing them a 25% buff in HP for his duration.

    Description: By flashing his earring in a circle around him, Takuno is able to heal everyone within 60 meters by 30hp. Yes, this does include enemies.
    Suzuno \\ The Bell Ringer:

    Item: Golden Bell, with a black thread or ribbon attached to it.
    Wish: "Won't you just take me in? I live to serve, after all, so to bind me to you is my only wish."

    Description: Suzuno is a different case to all the other spirits, due to the fact that she is bound to and owned by multiple people. She has been a spirit for an extremely long time - no one knows for sure how long, and cannot be wholly bound to one person. As such, she is capable of refusing commands if it goes against one of her other masters, and would be able to handicap or even kill her keepers if another keeper commands it. However, she is also a lethal power that adds invaluable skills to any summon mage's inventory, especially ones as new as these two. Suzuno specializes in effects and poisons, spells that will leave a person stunned or asleep, or ones that cause immense pain or handicap for a prolonged period of time. With stronger mages, she is also capable of spells that can cause instant death or permanent injury. However, she is also incapable of bringing benefit to anyone. In other words, she can only attack. She cannot defend, heal, or apply useful effects to the caster.

    Strengths:

    • Specializes in effects that can cause an opponent to be crippled or handicapped for a period of time.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is able to harm the keepers or not respond to their call if her other masters command it.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.



    Passive \\ The Sound of Silence:
    Name: The Sound of Silence
    Rank: C+
    Type: Passive
    Description: Whenever she appears, Suzuno triggers the ringing of her object, the bell that allows her to utilize all her abilities. This ringing causes Suzuno to be completely silent when summoned. In addition to being completely silent, it is impossible to see her until she attacks you in some form, or wishes for you to see her. For those of B rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of A rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.
    Active \\ The Sound of Fear:
    Name: The Sound of Fear
    Rank: C+
    Type: Area of Effect; Instant
    Duration: 1
    Description: Suzuno is able to ring her bell in a certain pattern, causing an illusion of fear to enter the mind of the victim. This will cause paralysis, rendering any opponents of D rank unable to move. Opponents of B rank will find their speed slowed by 75%, and A rank mages by 50%, and S rank by 25%. Of course, auto-kill, lopping off limbs and such is not allowed without consent.

    Description: Luna goddess of the moon and the hunt favours those who are bold and adventurous. Every 10 years or so, she would descend down from the heavens to bestow a gift to those she deems worthy. Those chosen will receive the gift of light, giving him or her powers to thwart the darkness.
    Ability: Those chosen become wardens of the night. Speed and strength are increased significantly at the night. Basic senses are also heightened. And their most potent ability, Blade of the Goddess,  a crescent shaped sword that glows like the crescent moon. The sword is made of pure light energy enabling it to cut through almost anything, including the darkness itself.
    Usage: Both passive and active abilities only take effect at night.
    Passive: Speed and strength increase by 25%. Senses are also greatly heightened.
    Active: Once per battle, user has the ability to Summon the Blade of the Goddess. The Blade can cut through all forms of evil magic, offensive or defensive, provided they are equal to the user's current rank, though it caps at S-Rank.     • Weaver's Gift: Akano's threads can also be used to create pictures out of the weaving, or can create baskets and ropes for the keepers' usage. These ropes can be broken easily with any weapon or magic if used to bind someone or defend themselves.
    • One of Mind: The keepers are able to hear any one of the spirits' thoughts through the contract threads and speak to them telepathically, though it is very difficult to concentrate on more than one mind at once.

    Description: Suzuno is a different case to all the other spirits, due to the fact that she is bound to and owned by multiple people. For those of C rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of B rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.

    Strengths:

    • Drains health over a period of time without the opponent knowing.

    Weaknesses:

    • If the mage is able to find the bell, it is very easily removed, as it is only tied somewhere to the mage with a flimsy ribbon or thread.

    Description: Maino is a swordswoman, using a variety of different swords in order to attack and defend. Her attacks are generally fast and efficient, getting things done quickly, and usually at close range. She's a go-to summon whenever you need an attack done fast. she only has 30hp, but deals 7hp per blow. Compared to the other spirits, Maino is particularly emotional, and as such has to be concentrated in order to get her attacks to hit properly. This means that no other spells or active abilities can be active while she is summoned.

    Strengths:

    • Her attacks are quick and deal a good amount of damage, so good for quick and strong attacks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot be summoned while other abilities and spells are active.
    • Her attacks are all very flashy and bold, so no sneak attacks here.

He has 100hp health, and cannot deal any damage.

    Strengths:

    • Cooperates easily with any of the other spirits, and requires little to no concentration to command.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any offensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.

    Aoi and Aoba are originally life forms from another world who found themselves somehow stranded in Earthland. As a result, they are incapable of storing ethernanos within them from the air and cannot use normal magic like your average mage. Even typical holder magic requires ethernanos running through a person's body, with at least an unlocked first origin to perform it. Seeing as the twins do not possess any origins at all, they instead perform contracts with spirits through a tsukumogami that contains parts of their original alien form within it. This tsukumogami was once a scarf made of red thread, one that reached its 100th birthday on the day the twins appeared in Earthland. In the beginning, the siblings were actually only one otherworldly being, but ended up being split by the pressures and energies of the world into a pair of unwitting pre-school students, consuming their first origins and taking the ethernanos already in them for themselves. Realizing quickly that they would need magic to survive, they took the tiny bit of ethernanos remaining in them that they hadn't eaten, and sent a bit of themselves into the scarf so when it animated into a tsukumogami, they could tie its soul firmly into their beings.

    This tsukumogami was incarnated as a teenaged girl known as the "The Red Weaver" with the ability to use the red threads of the scarf in order to bind connections and forge contracts with other tsukumogami, lost spirits, or simply people with a desperate wish to fulfill, one so desperate they were willing to give up their souls for it. Each spirit who signs a contract with the twins will have their soul forged into an item or some sort of mark that the twins can carry around on their persons as the "key" in celestial summons. Basically, they own the souls of their spirits, and can call them to their side at any moment through the "key". In return for becoming basically a slave to their will, the twins will grant a wish for them, which is what is written in the contract before it is used to bind the spirits to the twins.

    Each spirit receives a new name then, based on the abilities gained through the wish they made. In Aoi and Aoba's collection of spirits, each name ends with the suffix "no". When speaking with the spirits, they themselves are addressed as "Yuno" and "Rino". While the spirits can spend their free time doing whatever they wish to do, they are forced to come whenever called, and can receive terrible punishments if they hurt or disobey their keepers in any way.

    Strengths:

    • The keepers technically do not have to fight at all with the usage of these spirits, as they can basically do all the work for them.
    • The keepers only have to fulfill one wish for them in return for an eternity of servitude, which is a pretty sweet deal.
    • This magic allows for the usage of many different elements and abilities with the range of spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • While the spirits have to obey the keepers, they can cause great harm to them as well. They are the closest to the keepers, which gives them the highest chance of harming them if the keepers loosen their watch and control over them for a long enough amount of time.
    • The magic is controlled not by them, but by a tsukumogami. She does have thoughts and goals of her own, which is lead to consequences for the keepers.
    • The more spirits are contracted, the more the keepers have to keep track of and control over, which can lead to difficulty in concentration.
    • As this is a holder magic in the absolute sense of the concept, they lose any way of possibly summoning a spirit if their item disappears, and lose all control over the magic if Akano’s scarf is lost.

    Aoi and Aoba are originally life forms from another world who found themselves somehow stranded in Earthland. As a result, they are incapable of storing ethernanos within them from the air and cannot use normal magic like your average mage. Even typical holder magic requires ethernanos running through a person's body, with at least an unlocked first origin to perform it. Seeing as the twins do not possess any origins at all, they instead perform contracts with spirits through a tsukumogami that contains parts of their original alien form within it. This tsukumogami was once a scarf made of red thread, one that reached its 100th birthday on the day the twins appeared in Earthland. In the beginning, the siblings were actually only one otherworldly being, but ended up being split by the pressures and energies of the world into a pair of unwitting pre-school students, consuming their first origins and taking the ethernanos already in them for themselves. Realizing quickly that they would need magic to survive, they took the tiny bit of ethernanos remaining in them that they hadn't eaten, and sent a bit of themselves into the scarf so when it animated into a tsukumogami, they could tie its soul firmly into their beings.

    This tsukumogami was incarnated as a teenaged girl known as the "The Red Weaver" with the ability to use the red threads of the scarf in order to bind connections and forge contracts with other tsukumogami, lost spirits, or simply people with a desperate wish to fulfill, one so desperate they were willing to give up their souls for it. Each spirit who signs a contract with the twins will have their soul forged into an item or some sort of mark that the twins can carry around on their persons as the "key" in celestial summons. Basically, they own the souls of their spirits, and can call them to their side at any moment through the "key". In return for becoming basically a slave to their will, the twins will grant a wish for them, which is what is written in the contract before it is used to bind the spirits to the twins.

    Each spirit receives a new name then, based on the abilities gained through the wish they made. In Aoi and Aoba's collection of spirits, each name ends with the suffix "no". When speaking with the spirits, they themselves are addressed as "Yuno" and "Rino". While the spirits can spend their free time doing whatever they wish to do, they are forced to come whenever called, and can receive terrible punishments if they hurt or disobey their keepers in any way.

    Strengths:

    • The keepers technically do not have to fight at all with the usage of these spirits, as they can basically do all the work for them.
    • The keepers only have to fulfill one wish for them in return for an eternity of servitude, which is a pretty sweet deal.
    • This magic allows for the usage of many different elements and abilities with the range of spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • While the spirits have to obey the keepers, they can cause great harm to them as well. They are the closest to the keepers, which gives them the highest chance of harming them if the keepers loosen their watch and control over them for a long enough amount of time.
    • The magic is controlled not by them, but by a tsukumogami. She does have thoughts and goals of her own, which is lead to consequences for the keepers.
    • The more spirits are contracted, the more the keepers have to keep track of and control over, which can lead to difficulty in concentration.
    • As this is a holder magic in the absolute sense of the concept, they lose any way of possibly summoning a spirit if their item disappears, and lose all control over the magic if Akano’s scarf is lost.

    Lineage:
    Light of Luna
    Description: Luna goddess of the moon and the hunt favours those who are bold and adventurous. Every 10 years or so, she would descend down from the heavens to bestow a gift to those she deems worthy. Those chosen will receive the gift of light, giving him or her powers to thwart the darkness.
    Ability: Those chosen become wardens of the night. Speed and strength are increased significantly at the night. Basic senses are also heightened. And their most potent ability, Blade of the Goddess,  a crescent shaped sword that glows like the crescent moon. The sword is made of pure light energy enabling it to cut through almost anything, including the darkness itself.
    Usage: Both passive and active abilities only take effect at night.
    Passive: Speed and strength increase by 25%. Senses are also greatly heightened.
    Active: Once per battle, user has the ability to Summon the Blade of the Goddess. The Blade can cut through all forms of evil magic, offensive or defensive, provided they are equal to the user's current rank, though it caps at S-Rank. The sword last only for 3 posts and goes on cooldown if used to cut through a dark spell. The sword is treated as an artifact weapon for damage.
    Unique Abilities:


    • Keepers of Many: The keepers are able to keep as many spirits as they can handle and create contracts for them, as long as they do not help in any way at all during battle.
    • Weaver's Gift: Akano's threads can also be used to create pictures out of the weaving, or can create baskets and ropes for the keepers' usage. These ropes can be broken easily with any weapon or magic if used to bind someone or defend themselves.
    • One of Mind: The keepers are able to hear any one of the spirits' thoughts through the contract threads and speak to them telepathically, though it is very difficult to concentrate on more than one mind at once.



    Akano \\ The Red Weaver:

    Strengths:

    • Is the only spirit with a steady enough control that she can switch back and forth between human and object at will.
    • Is able to control the movements of all the rest of the spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any offensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.

The next post is used to bind the being to Akano and the keepers, turning the red contract into a single thread of binding.
    Suzuno \\ The Bell Ringer:

    Wish: "Won't you just take me in? I live to serve, after all, so to bind me to you is my only wish."

    Description: Suzuno is a different case to all the other spirits, due to the fact that she is bound to and owned by multiple people. She has been a spirit for an extremely long time - no one knows for sure how long, and cannot be wholly bound to one person. As such, she is capable of refusing commands if it goes against one of her other masters, and would be able to handicap or even kill her keepers if another keeper commands it. However, she is also a lethal power that adds invaluable skills to any summon mage's inventory, especially ones as new as these two. Suzuno specializes in effects and poisons, spells that will leave a person stunned or asleep, or ones that cause immense pain or handicap for a prolonged period of time. With stronger mages, she is also capable of spells that can cause instant death or permanent injury. However, she is also incapable of bringing benefit to anyone. In other words, she can only attack. She cannot defend, heal, or apply useful effects to the caster. She deals 5 damage, and has 50 hp.

    Strengths:

    • Specializes in effects that can cause an opponent to be crippled or handicapped for a period of time.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is able to harm the keepers or not respond to their call if her other masters command it.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.

    Description: Whenever she appears, Suzuno triggers the ringing of her object, the bell that allows her to utilize all her abilities. This ringing causes Suzuno to be completely silent when summoned. In addition to being completely silent, it is impossible to see her until she attacks you in some form, or wishes for you to see her. For those of C rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of B rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.

    Description: Suzuno is able to ring her bell in a certain pattern, causing an illusion of fear to enter the mind of the victim. Of course, auto-kill, lopping off limbs and such is not allowed without consent.

    Description: Suzuno attaches an invisible bell to the target, marking them as the one to drain health from. During the next three posts, they will lose 10hp per post without them realizing it.     Strengths:

    • Drains health over a period of time without the opponent knowing.

    Weaknesses:

    • If the mage is able to find the bell, it is very easily removed, as it is only tied somewhere to the mage with a flimsy ribbon or thread.
    • Suzuno is able to refuse an order to use this spell, or use it on her keepers by twisting the words of one of her other masters to suit her needs.

    Maino \\ The Sword Dancer:

Compared to the other spirits, Maino is particularly emotional, and as such has to be concentrated in order to get her attacks to hit properly. This means that no other spells or active abilities can be active while she is summoned.

    Strengths:

    • Her attacks are quick and deal a good amount of damage, so good for quick and strong attacks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot be summoned while other abilities and spells are active.
    • Her attacks are all very flashy and bold, so no sneak attacks here.

    • Each sword by itself deals very little damage, so if only hit by one, the target will not really be that much affected.
    • The direction of the swords cannot be changed in midflight, leading to them being easy to dodge.

    Seductor’s Touch
    Description: You come from the blood of those who are masters of speechcraft. Hidden from the public, usually, unless they require something, these particular mages can seduce anyone to do almost anything.  
    Ability: The user is able to bend the will of anyone but mages and the undead.  Can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max). Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.
    The user gains a single user-ranked spell related to mind control(Max S-rank) in addition to their spells and is in general more seductive and alluring.  
    Usage: 2 post duration with a 6 post cooldown. Gains a mind control-like spell in addition to their own spells of S-rank or lower.
    Unique Abilities:

However, due to her contract, Yoshino is similar to Suzuno in that she can take on different owners as she pleases. As a result, there is the possibility she could betray the keepers.

    Strengths:  

    • Can be very useful in support during battle.

    Weaknesses:

    • Has no active abilities, so she cannot stop a full-on attack.



    It looks like you can only sacrifice spell slots for abilities for signature spells. SO! Because of this, I'm going to ask that you choose which ones you would like to keep, and then make more spells with the remaining spell slots that you would gain. After you make the changes, I'll come back and grade these abilities!

After the contract was signed, Hayano joined their collection of spirits as mainly a scout.

    • She is able to fly and move at great speeds, and has a lot of experience in hunting-related tasks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Her recruitment leaves her no lost feelings for the twins, and she would betray them in a heartbeat had she the chance.

However, after time, they did end up collapsing, and the spirit went on to sign up with vengeful summoners, helping them reach their goals towards deadly and efficient fighting tactics. She would sign a contract with Aoi and Aoba in return for being able to continue slaying opponents in her furious manner.

    Strengths:  

    • An extremely experienced spirit, she adapts very easily to all sorts of battle situations.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.
    • Shuno is extremely independent, and often follows what she herself thinks is the best course of action.

Seeing as he left his village very voluntarily, and joined up with Aoi and Aoba easily despite the harsh requirements, he is no doubt the easiest of the spirits to control and barely requires any concentration due to his mild nature. He cannot deal any damage.

    Strengths:  

    • Cooperates easily with any of the other spirits, and requires little to no concentration to command.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot perform any offensive skills whatsoever.

    Description:  Suzuno is a different case to all the other spirits, due to the fact that she is bound to and owned by multiple people. She has been a spirit for an extremely long time - no one knows for sure how long, and cannot be wholly bound to one person. As such, she is capable of refusing commands if it goes against one of her other masters, and would be able to handicap or even kill her keepers if another keeper commands it. However, she is also a lethal power that adds invaluable skills to any summon mage's inventory, especially ones as new as these two. Suzuno specializes in effects and poisons, spells that will leave a person stunned or asleep, or ones that cause immense pain or handicap for a prolonged period of time. With stronger mages, she is also capable of spells that can cause instant death or permanent injury. However, she is also incapable of bringing benefit to anyone. In other words, she can only attack. She cannot defend, heal, or apply useful effects to the caster.

    Strengths:  

    • Specializes in effects that can cause an opponent to be crippled or handicapped for a period of time.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is able to harm the keepers or not respond to their call if her other masters command it.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.

    Passive \\ The Sound of Silence:
    Name: The Sound of Silence

    Type: Passive
    Description: Whenever she appears, Suzuno triggers the ringing of her object, the bell that allows her to utilize all her abilities. This ringing causes Suzuno to be completely silent when summoned. In addition to being completely silent, it is impossible to see her until she attacks you in some form, or wishes for you to see her. For those of B rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of A rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.
    Active \\ The Sound of Fear:
    Name: The Sound of Fear

    Description: Suzuno is able to ring her bell in a certain pattern, causing an illusion of fear to enter the mind of the victim. Of course, auto-kill, lopping off limbs and such is not allowed without consent.

Those above A rank will be able to easily see the bell and remove it if they can.

    1. We talked over the abilities --> spells thing, and I did make those edits. Hopefully things don't suck too badly.

    2. For the damage/HP things, I tried to balance them out by taking respectively from each. I had done this in the past and it passed, so I guess I'm just wondering whether the magic rules now no longer allow this. Whew!

    Aoi and Aoba are originally life forms from another world who found themselves somehow stranded in Earthland. Seeing as the twins do not possess any origins at all, they instead perform contracts with spirits through a tsukumogami that contains parts of their original alien form within it. This tsukumogami was once a scarf made of red thread, one that reached its 100th birthday on the day the twins appeared in Earthland. In the beginning, the siblings were actually only one otherworldly being, but ended up being split by the pressures and energies of the world into a pair of unwitting pre-school students, consuming their first origins and taking the ethernanos already in them for themselves. Realizing quickly that they would need magic to survive, they took the tiny bit of ethernanos remaining in them that they hadn't eaten, and sent a bit of themselves into the scarf so when it animated into a tsukumogami, they could tie its soul firmly into their beings.

    This tsukumogami was incarnated as a teenaged girl known as the "The Red Weaver" with the ability to use the red threads of the scarf in order to bind connections and forge contracts with other tsukumogami, lost spirits, or simply people with a desperate wish to fulfill, one so desperate they were willing to give up their souls for it. Each spirit who signs a contract with the twins will have their soul forged into an item or some sort of mark that the twins can carry around on their persons as the "key" in celestial summons. Basically, they own the souls of their spirits, and can call them to their side at any moment through the "key". In return for becoming basically a slave to their will, the twins will grant a wish for them, which is what is written in the contract before it is used to bind the spirits to the twins.

    Each spirit receives a new name then, based on the abilities gained through the wish they made. In Aoi and Aoba's collection of spirits, each name ends with the suffix "no". When speaking with the spirits, they themselves are addressed as "Yuno" and "Rino". While the spirits can spend their free time doing whatever they wish to do, they are forced to come whenever called, and can receive terrible punishments if they hurt or disobey their keepers in any way.

    Strengths:

    • The keepers technically do not have to fight at all with the usage of these spirits, as they can basically do all the work for them.
    • The keepers only have to fulfill one wish for them in return for an eternity of servitude, which is a pretty sweet deal.
    • This magic allows for the usage of many different elements and abilities with the range of spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • While the spirits have to obey the keepers, they can cause great harm to them as well. They are the closest to the keepers, which gives them the highest chance of harming them if the keepers loosen their watch and control over them for a long enough amount of time.
    • The magic is controlled not by them, but by a tsukumogami. She does have thoughts and goals of her own, which is lead to consequences for the keepers.
    • The more spirits are contracted, the more the keepers have to keep track of and control over, which can lead to difficulty in concentration.
    • As this is a holder magic in the absolute sense of the concept, they lose any way of possibly summoning a spirit if their item disappears, and lose all control over the magic if Akano’s scarf is lost.


    Lineage:
    Seductor’s Touch
    Description: You come from the blood of those who are masters of speechcraft. Hidden from the public, usually, unless they require something, these particular mages can seduce anyone to do almost anything. ?
    Ability: The user is able to bend the will of anyone but mages and the undead. ?Can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max). Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.
    The user gains a single user-ranked spell related to mind control(Max S-rank) in addition to their spells and is in general more seductive and alluring. ?
    Usage: 2 post duration with a 6 post cooldown. Gains a mind control-like spell in addition to their own spells of S-rank or lower.
    Unique Abilities:


    • Keepers of Many: The keepers are able to keep as many spirits as they can handle and create contracts for them, as long as they do not help in any way at all during battle.
    • Weaver's Gift: Akano's threads can also be used to create pictures out of the weaving, or can create baskets and ropes for the keepers' usage. These ropes can be broken easily with any weapon or magic if used to bind someone or defend themselves.
    • One of Mind: The keepers are able to hear any one of the spirits' thoughts through the contract threads and speak to them telepathically, though it is very difficult to concentrate on more than one mind at once.
    • Like Father, Like Son: The keepers are able to take on the form of one of their spirits at any time, and wield their ability with their durations and limits. Naturally, that particular spirit cannot be summoned during this time.



    Akano \\ The Red Weaver:

    Description: Akano was a tsukumogami who was unfortunate enough to come to life on the day that Aoi and Aoba arrived on Earthland. Instantly taking control of her and using her as a way to utilize magic, she was the very first spirit and the leader of all the rest to come.

    Strengths: ?

    • Is the only spirit with a steady enough control that she can switch back and forth between human and object at will.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is unable to perform any offensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.

The next post is used to bind the being to Akano and the keepers, turning the red contract into a single thread of binding.

This means that no other spells or active abilities can be active while she is summoned.

    • Her attacks are quick and deal a good amount of damage, so good for quick and strong attacks.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot be summoned while other abilities and spells are active.
    • Her attacks are all very flashy and bold, so no sneak attacks here.

For those of B rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of A rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.

    • It can be very easily removed by upper ranked mages, and the effects will become null.

    I pulling this magic due to a large rule break within it. The edits Rin originally requested in relation to spell slots and summons will be made, or this will remain pulled. It is clearly stated within the rules that extra abilities are for signature spells only, and only one spell per rank may be sacrificed to add only one additional ability to the summon. Having the type as 'holder' or making the abilities 'spells' does not change the fact these spells are summons and follow summon rules. It's only fair, as other summoners have all had to make this edit.

    If you need help fixing this to be within the rules, just simply reply to this thread and I will help you do it.

    Aoi and Aoba are originally life forms from another world who found themselves somehow stranded in Earthland. As a result, they are incapable of storing ethernanos within them from the air and cannot use normal magic like your average mage. Even typical holder magic requires ethernanos running through a person's body, with at least an unlocked first origin to perform it. Seeing as the twins do not possess any origins at all, they instead perform contracts with spirits through a tsukumogami that contains parts of their original alien form within it. This tsukumogami was once a scarf made of red thread, one that reached its 100th birthday on the day the twins appeared in Earthland. In the beginning, the siblings were actually only one otherworldly being, but ended up being split by the pressures and energies of the world into a pair of unwitting pre-school students, consuming their first origins and taking the ethernanos already in them for themselves. Realizing quickly that they would need magic to survive, they took the tiny bit of ethernanos remaining in them that they hadn't eaten, and sent a bit of themselves into the scarf so when it animated into a tsukumogami, they could tie its soul firmly into their beings.

    This tsukumogami was incarnated as a teenaged girl known as the "The Red Weaver" with the ability to use the red threads of the scarf in order to bind connections and forge contracts with other tsukumogami, lost spirits, or simply people with a desperate wish to fulfill, one so desperate they were willing to give up their souls for it. Each spirit who signs a contract with the twins will have their soul forged into an item or some sort of mark that the twins can carry around on their persons as the "key" in celestial summons. Basically, they own the souls of their spirits, and can call them to their side at any moment through the "key". In return for becoming basically a slave to their will, the twins will grant a wish for them, which is what is written in the contract before it is used to bind the spirits to the twins.

    Each spirit receives a new name then, based on the abilities gained through the wish they made. In Aoi and Aoba's collection of spirits, each name ends with the suffix "no". When speaking with the spirits, they themselves are addressed as "Yuno" and "Rino". While the spirits can spend their free time doing whatever they wish to do, they are forced to come whenever called, and can receive terrible punishments if they hurt or disobey their keepers in any way.

    Strengths:

    • The keepers technically do not have to fight at all with the usage of these spirits, as they can basically do all the work for them.
    • The keepers only have to fulfill one wish for them in return for an eternity of servitude, which is a pretty sweet deal.
    • This magic allows for the usage of many different elements and abilities with the range of spirits.

    Weaknesses:

    • While the spirits have to obey the keepers, they can cause great harm to them as well. They are the closest to the keepers, which gives them the highest chance of harming them if the keepers loosen their watch and control over them for a long enough amount of time.
    • The magic is controlled not by them, but by a tsukumogami. She does have thoughts and goals of her own, which is lead to consequences for the keepers.
    • The more spirits are contracted, the more the keepers have to keep track of and control over, which can lead to difficulty in concentration.
    • As this is a holder magic in the absolute sense of the concept, they lose any way of possibly summoning a spirit if their item disappears, and lose all control over the magic if Akano’s scarf is lost.


    Lineage:
    Seductor’s Touch
    Description: You come from the blood of those who are masters of speechcraft. Hidden from the public, usually, unless they require something, these particular mages can seduce anyone to do almost anything. ?
    Ability: The user is able to bend the will of anyone but mages and the undead. ?Can't command anyone/thing with a higher effective rank than the user(S Max). Anyone targeted by this has to do anything commanded by the user.
    The user gains a single user-ranked spell related to mind control(Max S-rank) in addition to their spells and is in general more seductive and alluring. ?
    Usage: 2 post duration with a 6 post cooldown. Gains a mind control-like spell in addition to their own spells of S-rank or lower.
    Unique Abilities:


    • Keepers of Many: The keepers are able to keep as many spirits as they can handle and create contracts for them, as long as they do not help in any way at all during battle.
    • Weaver's Gift: Akano's threads can also be used to create pictures out of the weaving, or can create baskets and ropes for the keepers' usage. These ropes can be broken easily with any weapon or magic if used to bind someone or defend themselves.
    • One of Mind: The keepers are able to hear any one of the spirits' thoughts through the contract threads and speak to them telepathically, though it is very difficult to concentrate on more than one mind at once.
    • Like Father, Like Son: The keepers are able to take on the form of one of their spirits at any time, and wield their ability with their durations and limits. Naturally, that particular spirit cannot be summoned during this time.

    • The explosion is indiscriminate and may injure allies.

    Description: Takuno was a healer in his village before he decided to leave forever, and he remains a healer for his keepers and their spirits. Healing and revitalizing his allies is his main task, and there's not much more he does. Seeing as he left his village very voluntarily, and joined up with Aoi and Aoba easily despite the harsh requirements, he is no doubt the easiest of the spirits to control and barely requires any concentration due to his mild nature. He cannot deal any damage.

    Strengths: ?

    • Cooperates easily with any of the other spirits, and requires little to no concentration to command.

    Weaknesses:

    • Cannot perform any offensive skills whatsoever.

    Description: Takuno can take a pinch of golden dust from his earrings and sprinkle it over a single target, allowing them a 25% buff in HP for his duration.

    Description: Suzuno is a different case to all the other spirits, due to the fact that she is bound to and owned by multiple people. She has been a spirit for an extremely long time - no one knows for sure how long, and cannot be wholly bound to one person. As such, she is capable of refusing commands if it goes against one of her other masters, and would be able to handicap or even kill her keepers if another keeper commands it. However, she is also a lethal power that adds invaluable skills to any summon mage's inventory, especially ones as new as these two. Suzuno specializes in effects and poisons, spells that will leave a person stunned or asleep, or ones that cause immense pain or handicap for a prolonged period of time. With stronger mages, she is also capable of spells that can cause instant death or permanent injury. However, she is also incapable of bringing benefit to anyone. In other words, she can only attack. She cannot defend, heal, or apply useful effects to the caster.

    Strengths:

    • Specializes in effects that can cause an opponent to be crippled or handicapped for a period of time.

    Weaknesses:

    • Is able to harm the keepers or not respond to their call if her other masters command it.
    • Is unable to perform any defensive skills whatsoever.
    • Is unable to perform any healing skills whatsoever.



    Passive \\ The Sound of Silence:
    Name: The Sound of Silence
    Rank: C+
    Type: Passive
    Description: Whenever she appears, Suzuno triggers the ringing of her object, the bell that allows her to utilize all her abilities. This ringing causes Suzuno to be completely silent when summoned. In addition to being completely silent, it is impossible to see her until she attacks you in some form, or wishes for you to see her. For those of B rank, they may see a faint outline of her, and those of A rank will see a ghostly version of her. Any higher ranked mages will be able to see her clearly.
    Active \\ The Sound of Fear:
    Name: The Sound of Fear
    Rank: C+
    Type: Area of Effect; Instant
    Duration: 1
    Cooldown: 3
    Description: Suzuno is able to ring her bell in a certain pattern, causing an illusion of fear to enter the mind of the victim. This will cause paralysis, rendering any opponents of D rank unable to move. Opponents of B rank will find their speed slowed by 75%, and A rank mages by 50%, and S rank by 25%. Of course, auto-kill, lopping off limbs and such is not allowed without consent.
    Spell \\ The Sound of a Leech:
    Name: The Sound of a Leech
    Rank: C
    Type: Single-Target; Damage Over Time
    Duration: 3
    Cooldown: 4
    Damage: 30HP per post
    Range: N/A
    Speed: N/A
    Description: Suzuno attaches an invisible bell to the target, marking them as the one to drain health from. During the next three posts, they will lose 50hp per post without them realizing it. Mages above C rank will be able to feel the drain slightly, however, and B-A ranks can see the outline of the bell. Those above A rank will be able to easily see the bell and remove it if they can.
    Strengths:

    • Very discreet, so the enemy may lose energy without being aware.

    Weaknesses:

    • It can be very easily removed by upper ranked mages, and the effects will become null.
