However, to legally drive one on any road one must have a license in their possession! Getting one is no easy task however; you must successfully prove to your Driving Instructor that your skills for navigating the high-traffic Motor City are top-notch! Weak-- Everyone's favorite Driving Instructor! She's an older lady, kind, sweet, caring, and very forgiving.... to the point where you cannot fail.
Normal-- The greatest distraction of your life! This person really is bored with their job and does not mind chatting up a storm while you drive, messing with the radio or other buttons, and pointing out different things going on outside as you cruise. Don't take your eyes off the road!
Strong-- A veteran Driving Instructor, he is in no mood for games. Strict as a line, ready to point out all your driving flaws, and happy to withhold your license if you fail... drive defensively! And don't forget to use your blinker... or else.
Reward: Driver's License if you pass the test. (Ability to Drive Vehicles in General)

Re: Vroom Vroom (Job, Solo)
A certain requip mage was back in the action of taking missions after a long gap of being lazy and basically just not caring to do much of anything of worth. Nothing interesting had come up, nor any high payouts that didn't sound like she'd end up dead in some random place fighting some random pain in the butt monster. So, a nice long vacation it was. What would be the first mission the gunner would take? Getting her driver's license! It was the first step in being legal to own a vehicle, and while it would have been simple to just not care about that step, she already got herself into enough trouble as it was. Not to mention getting one would be a mind blowing thing for one of her teammates. Between the two of them, not one of them were capable drivers. Her teammate nearly drove them off a cliff while playing an endless game of stop and out of control go, while she herself drove like a speed demon that enjoyed doing reckless tricks that were likely to get them killed at some point. There was a third member of the team that may have been a better driver. He wasn't around at that time so that part was still a little unclear. Not that it mattered since she was not patient enough to locate his butt and give him a road test. He would have probably been one of those overly safe and slow drivers. Nope. She was having none of that. Getting her own license and vehicle was the way to go.
With a confident grin, the mage known as Aliarey Casady waltzed right into Motor City and made her way through the place until she found the correct building that had the purpose of testing random people on their "safe driving." Inside she went, and then she nearly fell over dead when she saw the line. How many people needed to be in that building at the same damn time?! Waited in line she did, all the while nearly pulling her hair out at the slow progress it was making. However, she did finally get her turn. "Hey, lady," Aliarey said to the woman behind the counter with a wave before leaning against her side of the low wall that separated them. "I am here to get one of those licenses I have heard so much about."
"Do you have an appointment?"
"I was supposed to have one?"
"Normally, yes. We are always booked."
The blonde facepalmed. Just how many mages were driving? "Can't you just squeeze me in or something?" She whined. Staying in the city until her appointment came up would have been a real pain and ultimately annoying. Thankfully, there was a cancellation. All she had to do was wait around for an hour and she was good to go.
The hour went by ever so slowly as she sat in the lobby, but the time did approach and soon she was sitting behind the wheel of a small car with an older lady sitting in the passenger seat beside her. Great! It was time to get started! Hopefully her way of driving didn't give the poor lady a heart attack. Aliarey began to start the car, but stopped herself when she heard the sounds of snoring beside her. Her blue eyes blinked slowly as she looked over at the old woman. Sure enough, she had fallen asleep before they had even started. She looked around, wondering what the hell she was supposed to do about that. Aliarey poked the woman on the shoulder. "Hey. Hey! HEY!" The woman still slept soundly. "Oooook. I guess...well I'll just consider this as part of the test."
About twenty minutes had gone by. Aliarey had sat back and relaxed peacefully throughout the duration of her little road test. When the woman woke up, the mage insisted that the test thus far was so smooth and uneventful that it seemed as if they were never even on the road to begin with. It wasn't a lie really, just a real stretch where the truth was concerned. The old woman was a bit confused, but she decided to believe the younger girl even though her clipboard was blank. It was common for her to forget to check off things on it anyway, and she had a habit of mixing people up throughout the day. Oh, well. It wasn't as if she was strict anyway. The re-quip mage had passed her test and was now considered a licensed driver. Buckle up those seat belts.
