A savage grin lit the face of the small man as he crept silently through the fields. It was tricky, since magic wasn't supposed to be used in neutral grounds, but it wasn't as if it'd be hard for him. All he had to do was burn some stuff down, right? Since he couldnt light a fire with his magic anyhow, Inaris had brought a lighter instead. The man knew a simple lighter would take care of the crops, while he would need to find other combustible items to take care of the house and barn. Bending over among the tall crops, he pulled out the lighter and flicked it on, within seconds of him turning it on, it was brought up to a nearby stalk of corn, and then the crosstalk was burning. He ran in the field, doing this to a few others as the scent of burning filled the air. The farmer would come to investigate soon, he knew.

The next thing the assassin did was sneak into the barn. There were animals in here, even if he couldn't see them he could certainly smell them. Bringing out another match, the man contemplated for a minute. Was he cruel enough to slaughter the animals, or should he let them loose first? The answer being, yes he was cruel enough. These farmers requested a dark mage, and he would show them just how cruel a dark mage was. He lit the match quickly, tossing it into a nearby pile of hay. Almost instantly, smoke began to go up. Not particularly difficult, and so he exited the building as quickly as he could. Best not to linger in a building soon to be burning to the ground.
