    Job:

Another day... Another pile of papers...

Kiru sighed heavily as she witnessed the stupid mistakes her people had made in the transaction bills. Licking the edge of her thumb as she flipped through the massive book next to her pile of papers, she found what she was looking for, and corrected a mistake in the report. She couldn't begin to understand why they had constantly been mucking up the reports with little missteps like this. It was really just simple math. But of course, they never did learn, and even after Kiru pointed it out to them, the mistakes were still made. She could be glad she was forced too oversee it however, otherwise the effects of the reports could be quite taxing. That's what you got when you trusted shady criminals to record their business for Black Rose, instead of level headed guildmates. Not that her griping could really change anything. The guild couldn't bee seen to be directly involved with any of these parties, so Kiru was forced to make due with what she had, and fix everything herself. It didn't help that her people would often make these deals without her knowing as well. That usually meant they were trying to keep her out of the loop. And that NEVER sat well with Kiru. As she was known throughout the guild for being it's "Debt Collector." The responsibility to fill these little loop holes fell upon her. And it usually meant some sort of physical confrontation. No matter how many times she had to beat them up, more criminals would think it wise to try and swindle the guild. And then more criminals would end up with their lungs half filled with water.

Finally finishing her letter, the black and white haired ace sat back for a moment and observed the Inn. Just as lively as ever. She couldn't stay cooped up in here all day, she needed something else to preoccupy her mind before the dullness drove her insane. Perhaps a job? Yeah, that had to be it. What else was better for taking her mind off such trivial matters? With that thought in mind, Kiru pushed herself from her booth and strolled through the patrons until she arrived in front of the job door. Staring at it with intent searching for something exciting to pop out...

    Appearance:

"Aaaaaand done!" With a few last leftover fingers trailing down to assure its work, they pulled away to the owners form; a mermaid standing about behind a chair seating her summoner. The mermaids tail flipping about happily like a giddy puppy for a bone, Rosie admired her work and placed her hands gently on the dolls shoulders, turning so she she could see both her face and the work she'd done on her hair. With only a widened gaze of surprise and awe, Sakura remained quiet as she'd took in the work done. "Come on, cutie!~ Like, tell me how you like it!" She happily spoke out, adjusting the attire she'd already dressed her in prior. "Its wonderful, thank you." Slipping on her words as they came out. Until she'd had become placed in a doll's body, Sakura had always had short, almost shoulder length hair. The least she had to worry about was something like this, but it seemed fate procured her something to help with the adjustment to it. At least when she wasn't fawned over or looked down on like a freak of nature. However, even in that respect it never phased her. It was something that she enjoyed being, as the prior notion of remaining a human was much worse than a few words, looks, and reactions.

Slowly getting down from her chair, the doll had remained a little more absent minded towards what she was currently doing while her mind trailed off onto other things. She wasn't doing this for any particular event that required such a more classy attire, but really, the summoner was being prepared for a mission. This was a first for her, both as a member of the guild and as a mage as a whole. This not including practicing the basic use of her magic from her first gaining it. She of course didn't understand the need to be prettied up for it, but since Rosie insisted, she wasn't going to go against the mermaids desire to have fun. It wasn't like she enjoyed it a little herself either.

Slowly but surely, Sakura made her way down the stairs until she'd gotten down to the tavern. She'd gotten so used to the last doll she inhabited that not floating seemed rather tiresome and more of a hassle. Still, she was determined to go on a mission with a least one member of the guild today or be pushed into it by probably one more battle hungry and loud mermaids... still, as she approached the job area, Sakura stood by the feet of a woman starring at the board as well. Her attention momentarily focused on the two hair colors and wondering about it, but she shook the idea away as she smiled lightly from the ideas sparking in her ceramic head. "Excuse me, ma'am? If you're looking for missions, or jobs, or whatever they're called.. would it be too much trouble to ask to join? I might not- scratch that... definitely don't look like it, but I can hold my own for the most part." With any hope, the stranger wouldn't punt her away like a football, nor would she hope to being ignored.

Irina tinkered in her room, something that people were not ever really aware that she ever did. She was working on a a set of trinkets along with two lacrima, one of which she had confirmed contained some sort of spacial manipulation magic and the other a simple communication magic. Picking up a special tool she carved off pieces of the spacial lacrima and placed the largest chunk into an odd apparatus like object while they other pieces were placed into a pairing of tools, lastly she placed the communication lacrima into the first apparatus and watched it begin to hum lightly. Placing the larger apparatus into a bag of sorts and hanging the other smaller apparatus's on the side, she stood up and strolled out of the room taking the bag with her.

Entering the dinner portion of the guild hall and began searching the heads in the room for a particular person paying no mind to a few of the patrons suddenly quiet down. Spotting Kiru she smiled and began walking towards the job board she wrapped an arm around Kiru's shoulders and held her in close. "Hey hows goin, I have a little thing I think you and I should test out." She smiled holding up the bag before catching a glance at some of the jobs on the board. "Actually this is the perfect opportunity to try them out, so what you say we find something worth doing?" She said pouring over the job postings when she heard a quite voice talking to Kiru which she clearly had butted in. Looking over the other girl who had explained that she didn't look like much, she narrowed her eyes and tried to get a better look at the girl's face. "Errrr... who are you?" She asked rather nonchalantly, no longer having access to the intelligence unit that Black Rose used to supply she had lost track of a few of the newer members, and being holed up in her room as of late didn't assist in her knowledge of these members either. "Ah this is even more perfect, why don't you come along with us." She grinned completely oblivious to the fact that she had already asked to tag along for the ride. She once again held up the bag of strange magical equipment that she had been working on up until now, suddenly turning to grab a burger off of a plate that a waiter had been carrying making it appear more like the burger just vanished.

Post by Kiru 14th August 2017, 9:23 am

Her cyan gaze lazily glazed over the jobs, searching for something to pique her interest. However, it seemed as if nothing in particular would do that today. Sighing, Kiru was about turn away when the sound of a high, unfamiliar voice hit her ears from her right side. Turning curiously, she didn't notice anyone.. Until she looked downwards. It appeared to be a doll... A doll was talking to her. Kiru never heard of a magical doll being in the guild, which was quite disappointing, seeing as she was an ace and needed to know everyone in the guild, but alas, this one avoided her. How interesting.

Looking down at her, Kiru's unwavering blank expression did not change. "You are free to accompany me on whatever task is appointed." She said rather flatly. Despite what her face and tone said, Kiru was actually quite relieved to have someone join her this time. She'd taken quite a few missions solo recently, and they'd seem to be more trouble than they were worth. Company would indeed be a welcomed change. However, before Kiru could inquire anything else from the girl, someone suddenly wrapped their arms around her shoulders. Irina.

Kiru raised an eyebrow at the odd physical gesture and listened to Irina. Apparently she also wanted to do a mission, but it was clear she had yet to notice the young girl who had already asked Kiru on the job. Before she could say anything though, Irina had already spotted something that she wanted to do.. Apparently she had something she wanted to test.

"This girl has already inquired about accompanying me on whatever task is set forth. I have given her my answer. Which was yes." She told Irina flatly again, before looking back to the job board while Irina and the newer girl conversed.
