A branch from a magical tree found in the core of an unknown world that Charlotte visited in the distant past. The branch holds a great deal of magical energy and thus can be easily used as a staff. It is also said that this tree grew in the spot where an ancient goddess of the world died. Her existence was a lonely one, as she was born into an empty world that was nothing but darkness as far as one’s eyes could see. But she was given the power to create her own world and split her image into multiple pieces to give birth to spirits that would keep her company. However, she had to pay the price most grand for this, her own soul. In order to avoid this, she tried to reincarnate herself, however, failed in the process. Instead, a piece of her soul was separated from the rest. This piece became its own living being that eventually found its way back to the goddess. After a long struggle, the goddess accepted her failure and gave the rest of her powers to the separated shard in hopes that at least it could live on in her stead. And with this shard by her side, in her last moments, she finally stopped feeling lonely. And thus, her feelings gave birth to the lonely tree that marks the center of the forgotten realm.
Recognising Charlotte’s good nature and desire to learn and live on, the tree granted one of it’s branches to her as a sign of trust and goodwill. The wood is of ivory white color with a couple of silver and gray spots shading it, it’s length about the same as the girl’s own body. Its end separates into several smaller branches that almost form an uneven crown, a large lacrima crystal embedded within it, emitting a blue light that can illuminate the darkness around it. And while this piece of equipment is, in fact, a weapon, its abilities are not offensive, but supportive. After all, how could a broken goddess that only wished to have real connections and bonds produce something destructive at all? Even if she was a wrathful being during her life, she was a peaceful one in her last moments.

Downside: Charlotte is not affected by the special effect
Description: Lifting the staff into the air and then stabbing its rear end into the ground, Charlotte can summon a big white magical circle that will imbue up to 5 of her allies with powerful healing magic. This is where most abilities would end, but it seems that the girl's wish to protect everyone around her has grown powerful enough for the branch to help her achieve even more. Those affected by the spell's healing power will also gain a holy shield that invigorates their bodies and will make them take 50% less spell damage and 20% less physical damage. However, it seems that this effect is not extended to Charlotte herself.
Name: Charlotte's Resolve
Description: After months of using the staff, Charlotte has noticed that its very essence was beginning to bind itself to her. As if influenced by her own magic, a bond started being forged. Albeit still a small and barely significant one, it seems as if there was a sentient will sleeping within the blue crystal embedded into the branch. One that resonates with the girl's wishes and amplifies her power in order to achieve them. And so, as long as she holds this staff in her hand, all of Charlotte's healing spells will be 55% more powerful as a result.
Description: The smaller blue crystals that adorn the staff's crown are not just for show. And while they do indeed look pretty, they also serve a practical use as they constantly emit faint blue light. With an insignificant amount of magical energy being fed into them, they will separate themselves from the branch itself and float around it, giving off enough light to illuminate the immediate surroundings in colors of the famous northern lights known as Aurora.
Name: Worlds Apart
Description: The staff is made out of an unusual wood indeed. The Witchtree is imbued with powerful magic and thus it’s very existence can defy natural laws of Earthland. With this, the staff can freely disappear and reappear on Charlotte's person, ensuring that she doesn't always have to carry it around with her.
