The young man opened his eyes to reveal 8 unfamiliar faces staring down at him. Each completely unique, but odd, they looked at him as his mind tried to process the 8 strangers standing above him. He knew not what was going on, only that 8 strangers were standing above him, each with a completely unique expression on their faces as they took him in.
"He looks too weak."
"EVERYBODY looks too weak to you, Ares.
"Hush. Let the child take it in, fools."
"Can I turn him into a plant?"
"No plants, Gaea!"
"But it sounds amusing!"
"I'd rather do other things with him."
Takumi felt an arm snaking around his waist, presumably whichever of the strangers had said that last thing. His face instantly flushed, prompting an amused chuckle from the man. He threw the arm off, scrambling a safe distance away from the man, only to bump into a golden-haired man.
"Who are you people?!"
"We are gods, come here to request a favor. Pleasure to meet you, I'm Apollo."
The golden-haired man offered Takumi a hand to help him stand up, which he took with a hesitant smile. The man calling himself Apollo kissed the back of Takumi's hand before helping him up, much to his embarrassment. As he took in the people around him, Takumi saw that they certainly LOOKED like gods, at the very least, all abnormally attractive. His expression was a mix of shock, doubt, and confusion, this time causing the one Apollo had called Ares to snort.
"If he can't handle our true identities, he really is too weak."
Takumi narrowed his eyes at this, fairly annoyed by a stranger calling him weak. He moved away from Apollo, heading towards the big man called Ares.
"Until you see what I can do, do not judge me, God of War."
This earned a shocked stare from the God. He hadn't expected Takumi to stand up for himself, not at all. This only caused the guy with 2 heads to break into a fit of laughter, making Takumi and everybody but Ares jump.
