    Job Title: A Strange Occurrence On The Shore
    Rank: D
    Player Requirements: 1x Any rank of mage, no limit to how many can participate. 500 words per person. 5 rolls per person involved. Boss counts a 2 strong.
    Job Requirements: Explore the shoreline and find out what is going on.
    Job Location: Any shoreline in Earthland. (Islands, port towns, etc.)
    Job Description: Word of strange occurrences on the shoreline has reached your ears. Any number of people are willing to pay to find out was going on, but just plain curiousity may also be the reason for one to go and find out what is going on.
    Enemies:
    All enemies appear dead at first, as HUNDREDS of aquatic wildlife are on the shore for some reason. Nothing is wrong with them besides that they are out of the water. Attempts to put them back in the water will result in them beaching themselves again and attacking anyway.
    Weak:
    Dying Fish x5; A large fish(your choice on what it is) is out of the water, aggressively attacking anything near it out of fear. Takes any 1 hit of damage to kill, due to how weak it is. They deal no damage and are a minor inconvenience.

    Normal:
    Dying Shark x2; A shark of some kind begins flailing about nearby. They're teeth are a threat, dealing 1.5 D ranks of spell damage if they bite you. They take 3 D ranks of spell damage to take down.
    Strong:
    Whale x1; A whale has beached itself as well, flailing in the same frustration as the others. A hit from this mighty beast, whether by tail, mouth, or fin, will deal 2 D ranks of spell damage to the poor sap struck. They take a whopping 10 D ranks to put out of their misery. Make sure to push the dead body into the water, else they will explode and cause trouble for those that have to run clean-up of the shoreline!

    One day, I heard a strange rumor about Crescent Island's aquatic life, washing ashore randomly, and in droves. I took a boat there, sponsored by a very curious man, wanting to know what was going on. Arriving, I took a few tentative steps from the docks, and breathed in a horrendous scent, like a mass of corpses. I looked down at the beach and saw hundreds of dead animals, and hundreds more suffocating horribly. Most of the living ones attacked me...

    A mass of bass attacked me without warning, so I dodged, dancing backward, simultaneously reforming Isolation into my hands. I raised Isolation to waist level, held it at the base of the handle, and flash-stepped forwards, cutting through each of them three times. Looking around at the aftermath, shredded bass littered the floor, which attracted four sharks to the scene. I threw out my creation bubble, and created a fire, and two steel broadswords, and manipulated the flame out onto the broadswords, and slashed the sharks. I then took Isolation and swung it normally, slicing the sharks. Lastly, on the sharks, I threw out a small white star, and it vanished. I then ran as far back as possible, before seeing a small star erupt, incinerating the sharks. I walked down the beach, walking along, sweeping the remains of my slaughter into the sea, when I came across a whale, attacking all it can reach. I took Isolation, and slowly channeled my anger, and all of the anger gathered within me from others, into Isolation's blade,  put the pulsating blade into the earth, and created a chasm in the sand, dropping the whale into it. Flailing, the whale slapped at me with its' tail, hitting the unstable ground beneath it, sand causing a great collapse of sand in on itself. However, the whale merely blew enough of the sand out to dig its' way up, and continued slapping me. I refocused my blade, and slashed, throwing a narrow black line through the air, hitting the whale. On both ends, from the point the line hit the whale, going backwards, were two giant gashes in the whale's sides. It seemingly enraged it, though, causing it to lash out at an enemy. I took a step back for a minute, closed my mind, and readied my creation bubble again, throwing it out. Feeling my inside writhe and groan, I felt my muscles start to tear themselves apart. Gritting my teeth, I engulfed the whale in white fire, watching it burn. I then took Isolation up again, and swung it sluggishly. I hit it four times, before backing off from the sheer intensity of heat of the flame. I took Isolation up, after a few minutes, and continued slashing. after a few minutes, there was nothing left of the whale, but a charred corpse, which I pushed back into the ocean. (which took about a half hour, being truthful.) After a few hours, those who saw my battle (though nearly one-sided) came to see if I was okay. Among them, was the man who paid me to see what was going on. he handed me some jewel, and went to investigate what was happening.

    Description: The user of Isolation raises Isolation to waist level, holding it so that the blade surrounds them, going around them to the right if right handed, and to the left if left. Then, holding the blade in that position, the user walks forward toward a group of enemies, an enemy, etc... then, the user will get a speed boost of 50%, making them into a blur, basically, and then will lunge forwards, spinning and slicing, dealing 150% D rank damage, over three overall hits per enemy. (Three hits in the span of one, basically.) to any enemies within 35 ft of the user.
    Strengths: Lunging Death: The user gains a speed boost-type lunge that will speed up all of their movements (Reflex, actual motion, etc...) by 50%
    AoE: in an area of 35ft around them, the user will deal 150% D-rank damage (three hits per enemy)
    to any enemy caught in the 35ft area.
    Weaknesses: Dimensional Weakness: this ability can only hit on the plane that it starts on: I.e. it can only hit at waist level.
    Friend or Foe?: This will hit anyone within the area, unless specified by plane, enemy or friend.
    Recompense: If this ability misses any target, excluding allies, Isolation will take 5% life from Aera.

    Description: Holding in the Rage that Aera feels from all the lives that she's witnessed, she channels it into the black blade of Isolation, causing shadows and darkness to seemingly emanate from the blade, and it will pulse red off-and-on for the duration. Aera will then drag the blade on the ground, and the ground will crack and decay, and wither in the face of the rage and hate that she accrued. The ground will crumble and die, leaving behind a small chasm, in which an enemy will become trapped in, and falling down, they will take 2% damage from the fall.  and the chasm will pulsate and in the person's mind, they will hear all of the voices of the lives Aera has witnessed, dealing 2% mana damage. Then, Aera can slash the air after gathering the rage again, and a solid black line will erupt from the blade, dealing D-rank damage to everything in a 30ft cone, including the canyon..
    Strengths: Environmental Destruction: will cause the earth beneath someone's feet to wither and crumble away, leaving them tumbling 15ft till the bottom of the chasm, dealing 2% damage. ( I removed the till the bottom thing.)
    DoT: at the bottom, the person trapped in there will lose 2% mana until they climb out.
    AoE: Will deal D-rank damage in a 30ft cone.
    Weaknesses: Flying: Can't hit things that are flying, hovering, etc...
    Undead: Undead cannot take damage from the chasm, and the slash does 1/2 damage to undead.
    Climbing: Anything that can climb especially fast, take damage only per post that they aren't out of the chasm.
    Auto-Destructive: Can trap Aera in there as well, if she isn't careful.
    Draining: Drains 5% mana from Aera to focus each time.
    Focus: This takes 1 post to focus.

    •Vampiric -Takes health from usage.

    •Self inflicting- deals half health damage from use to self


    •Uncontrollable- once used, cannot be undone, cannot be aimed, it will spawn within 10 ft. of the castor on the X axis, randomly.

    .Draining- costs twice the normal amount of mana for use of a similar ranked spell.


    .Volatile- if spell should be interrupted by magic/physical attack that passes through counter-proofing, it will deal damage equal to 1.5 times the normal allotted damage for its rank, to the user. (I.e. the user will take 1.5 times the normal amount of damage of a similarly ranked spell)
    Lineage Power:

    Ability: Manipulating fire, the user can utilize flame as a weapon within 20 meters. The manipulated fire can be used to deliver melee damage of rank at range + 50%. Flame strikes at 15m/s speed to anywhere within the area of control.

    By directing this fire to envelop their own body they can regenerate 25% of their HP as well as 25% of their MP. If killed during a thread the user can be revived by consuming nearby flames and be recovered to 25% HP and their MP is set to 25%. They have 25% fire resistance.

    Usage:Manipulating fire lasts 3 posts with a 6 post cooldown and needs some fire to be be manipulated within 20 meters of them. Recovering HP and MP is once per thread and reviving from flames can only be used if they have flames near them and they have not used flames to recover HP and MP before. Also the revival is once per thread and after being revived the user cannot use spells for 1 post due to having just died. For the HP/MP recovery or the revival flames need to be within 5ft of them to be absorbed.
