The man nodded silently, something about the new comer just didn't fit right with him. Sure, the guy seem nice and mannerly but there was something about him, maybe it was the way he looked. "Anything else?"
the wild man asked shrugging softly when Xavier shook his head no. "Shoot yourself then, I will be right back with that water"
the man informed Xavier, who in reply simply nodded and then waited. As he was waiting Xavier pulled out the wanted ad for Jacob, he briefly skimmed the add and then paused in thought, perhaps the bar keep knew something about this person. The bartender, or, wild man as Xavier thought of him as, quietly made his way to a nearby sink. Gently turning one of the knobs, he turned on the cold water and then twice checked it, waiting for the water to get really cold, once it was to the tempature the man liked, he placed the cup under the spicket. Letting the water drop into the small glass, he waited for the water to fill the glass up before turning the spicket off.
Xavier was looking for any clues, or secret the wanted poster could hold. However, he a part of him knew that the information within the poster was lacking and well wouldn't get him very far. In order to find and well end this serial killer, Xavier learned that you had to get into the mind of theses people, you had to learn what makes them tick, what drove them to kill. Luckily for Xavier doing this was easy for him, nine times out of ten Xavier shared the same impulses and desires as the person he was hunting down. The only difference, Xavier knew how to mask his true nature, he knew how to hide himself and blend in with society, on top of this he was a master in self-control.
The Bartender returned, this time with a glass of crystal cleared water, he sets the class down infront of Xavier and then watched him for a few moments. Xavier gently picked up the glass of water, and calmly sipped on the drink, his eyes where closed and his attention focused on the water. The bartender caught some sight of the alchemical runes inscribed on the palm of Xavier's hand, he quietly raises a bushy eyebrow in interest. "Are yer some type of Mage or something?"
the bartender asked, his voice gruff and harsh. Xavier commonly opened his eyes, he quietly glanced at the bartender, the coldness of his eyes stared straight into the bartenders eyes, it was like Xavier was glancing into the mans soul. After a couple of minutes starring, Xavier smiled, his smile was cold and apathetic. "Indeed, I am a mage however, I prefer the term alchemist"
he comments softly, but coldly. Goose bumps started to form on the Bartender's arm, he clears his throat "You looking for a job? Or are you here on a job?".
Xavier closes his eyes once again and returned his focus on taking a sip of water. "Yes I am, I am looking for further information on the wanting for Jacob".
