If you like, you can post in the "Thread Moving" are on the "Registration" page that you'd like your original spells opened for edits. It makes it easier to have all your magic in 1 spot. For now, my comments are in this color!

Your D Rank spells won't buff as much as they used to either. They buff 25% less for every rank above the spell you, or anyone you put a buff on is. This is located in section A.4 of the "HP, Magic and Spell Damage" rules.

    Full Power:
You're gaining an HP regen buff, a buff to speed, and a buff to strength. There is no penalty that you take aside from losing normal C Rank MP cost, and no that HP DoT drain doesn't count as a penalty because it's over-ridden by your 3% HP Regen.

    - Lower the 40% STR buff to 20%, OR removed the HP regen and increase the per post HP loss from 4 to 18. Your 5% HP regen unique ability will reduce the HP loss to 8HP per post.

    Full Energy Volley:
The minimum cooldown for a C Rank spell, as listed in section A.3 of the "HP, Magic and Spell Damage rules" is 3 posts. Of course, there are some instances where a C Rank spell can have less; but this isn't one of those instances.

    - Increase the Cooldown from 2 to 3

    SIDE NOTE!
You're actually short a few things, my apologies for not noticing.
    - At C Rank, all players gain 2x Signature Spells
1.) The first is D Rank and will always remain as such
2.) The second is equal to the player's rank, and will rank up with the player until S Rank
3.) Signature spells cost 0 mana, and can have much lower cooldowns than normal spells
4.) Signature spells can only have 1 effect

    - Each rank, you gain +1 Unique Abilities

    Requests are in this color.

    Strengths:

    • Increases strength by 40%
    • Increases Speed by 30%
    • Increases Endurance by 3%

All right, so these increases are pretty hefty, even for a C-rank spell. So, I'd like the strength increase to be lowered to 30%, which means both strength and speed are increased by 30% for the duration of the spell. As for endurance, I can allowed a 20% increase on that, as endurance it technically considered "temporary HP". This equates to a total 50% boost overall. However, I would like these buffs to be included in the spell description as well, not just in the strengths.
    Weaknesses:

    • Concentration:Having a connection with his inner energy he has to focus on bringing it out to the surface.
    • Physical: Has to get close for this to be effective.
    • Strain: Enhancing his strength and speed wears on the user's body place a strain on it, this in return deals DOT to the user.(18 damage per post)
    • No Element: Has no elemental advantages.

This AOE attack fires out ten soft ball size red spheres the deal 2nd degree energy burns on impact able to even burn through clothes. Each Sphere does 1/10 of C damage. Please specify a range and the speed of which the red orbs can go. Max C-rank range is 35m and speed is typically half of the range in m/s, but can go up to full range for speed.
