    Name: Hecate Prima/Reaper, Arbiter of Last Rites. (Shotgun/ Katana)
    Rank: Artifact/Legendary/Artifact (W/W/I)
    Type: Multi-Part Weapon
    Description:
    Strengths:
    This weapon, being forged from an old weapon from the User's collection, and had pieces from another weapon ripped from it, to making this amazing, magically shifting weapon. The way it shifts between the two forms is through the sheath. The user can separate the blade from the shotgun piece, and it'll act as a shotgun and its sheath, or it can be used as a shotgun, by having the handle in the shotgun stay there, and it'll fire normally.
    -Two forms: Variable combat, due to more than one form.
    -Metal is now Butter: Due to the unnaturally high vibration of the blade, this weapon now can cut through metal like butter in either form: Shotgun or Katana. However, just because it can pass through, doesn't mean it can damage the metal too hardily, dut to it being metal and all.
    Weaknesses:
    -Lack-luster Range: This weapon only has the maximum effective range of Medium range, half of the user's rank in range.
    -Indeterminable spread: The shells of the shotgun go in a range of spread, and can't be controlled by any means.
    -Friendly Fire-On: Can hit allies alongside the enemy.
    -Unwieldy: The shotgun and sword both are long, and difficult to aim
    Abilities:
    ------------------------------
    Katana Mode- Reaper, Arbiter of Last Rites.
    ------------------------------

    Katana Description:

    This blade is special. Not only does it attack like a normal sword would, but it also vibrates at an insane pace, leaving the sword to seem red, and the blade itself can cut through metal. The blade itself looks mechanical in nature, and has a blade that extends 4ft long.


    Name: Ju Surasshu Zandatsu- Ten Slash, Cut and Take.
    Rank: (User's Rank)
    Duration: Instant
    Cooldown: Minimum Duration for rank (+2)
    Description: While in Katana form, this move slows the user's perception of time down to a grinding halt, and within the slowed perceptive state, the user will slash 10 times, dealing up to the user's rank in damage over each strike. (Over the 10 strikes, the strikes will deal UP TO the user's rank in damage.) The speed at which the user strikes is blinding, and this is usually used for the express reason of handicapping something or someone that threatens them, though it doesn't always do so. (Handicap them, I mean.) The user, after making the consecutive slashes, then grabs the target of their attack, so long as the object is in a condition to be grabbed, and throws them forward, leaving them on their bootay.
    Strengths:
    -1,2, Knockout: This can knock a person of similar size of the user to the ground.
    -Many Slashes: can slash 10 times before exhaustion (At use: gives a 50% speed boost).
    Weaknesses:
    -Melee Range: Cannot move outside melee combat range.
    -Exhaustion: User takes a -50% speed detriment after the use of the ability.
    -Metal Slayers: Metal slayers can eat the metal pieces of the sword, and gain their respective benefits.

    Name: (Nukiashi)-Trackless Step
    Rank: (1 Rank below User)
    Duration: Maximum Duration for (-1) rank
    Cooldown: Minimum Duration for (-1) rank (+2)
    Description: This technique combines the user's breath control and footwork at the same time to decrease the distance from the user and the target in an instant. This technique actually does not accelerate the user's movements, but by making one's movement difficult to perceive as dangerous and seeping into the opponent's rhythm, the opponent becomes unable to react until too late. This affects the enemy's vision, or at least those within 25ft, and acts like an illusion spell, hiding the user's presence until they reach combat positions.
    Strengths:
    -Wait... What?: People who are used to combat, or those who aren't used to combat, exempting magic users, can't see the user until within combat range.
    Weaknesses:
    -Magic: Those who use brands of magic that nullify other types of magic, or perceive through someone's magic, make this spell useless.
    - Consistency Issues: Those who have seen this ability more then once can see through this ability.
    -User-Oriented: This effect can only cloaks the user, and can ONLY cloak the user.

    Shotgun Mode- Hecate Prima
    ---------------------------------------

    Shotgun Description:
    This beast of a shotgun has three barrels, three chambers of death, and is mainly used in dealing with the three other planes of existence: Paradiso, Inferno, and Mundus. This shotgun, imbued with a Demonic Godesses's power, can pierce an angel's, a demon's, or a human's natural resistances.

    Name: Hellish Scream: Blast of the Pit Fiend
    Rank: (User's Rank)
    Duration: Maximum Duration for rank
    Cooldown: Minimum Duration for rank (+2)
    Description: This mode of the shotgun, which there are two, is most apt for dealing with angels and demons, able to pass through any celestial or demonic resistances, able to strike at any thing, or anyone, who trucks with either side of the Celestial scale.
    This blast is a mode, and each shot is a mono-target blast, able to deal 1.25x damage to angels and demons. However, this does .75x damage to anything not aligned with either side, which includes most humans or other races. This mode lasts the duration. At best the range of the weapons is 1/2 the user's rank in range, and the effective range is within 3ft of the user, to 1/3 the user's maximum range.
    Strengths:
    -Arbiter of Neutrality: This acts as a neutral barrier against both angels and demons.
    Weaknesses:
    -Demon Emnity: Those who allied with demon kind are immediately put on edge when this mode is activated, and that includes allies.
    -Angelic Wrath: Angels and those allied themselves with these arbiters of light and good are also immediately on edge, which this also includes allies.
    -Shotgun: This mode still fires a shotgun spread, making the effective range for any shot made with this weapon short to mid range.
    -Mortals: Mortals are resistant to this mode, and take less damage from this mode.

    Name: Reminder of Mortality- Infuego de Paradiso. The Burning of Heaven.
    Rank: (User's Rank)
    Duration: Maximum Duration for rank
    Cooldown: Minimum Duration for rank (+2)
    Description: Though the name is rather fancy, all that is noted is: It deals more damage to the Mortal creatures. Mainly Humans, but animals, avians, fish, et cetera. Some mythological creatures, including centaurs are included in this effect, but dragons, gods, demons, et cetera, are uneffected by shots in this mode. Mortal creatures, including lesser mythological creatures, (Centaur, mermaids, et cetera.) take 1.25x Damage, while greater mythological beings, (I.e. Dragons, Hydra, Et cetera...) alongside gods and demons, take .75x Damage. At best the range of the weapons is 1/2 the user's rank in range, and the effective range is within 3ft of the user, to 1/3 the user's maximum range.
    Strengths:
    -Mortality: Mortals take extra damage from this mode.
    Weaknesses:
    - Mortal Emnity: While the mode is active, mortal beings are offput by the wielder of the weapon, and seem aggressive to the wielder.
    -Shotgun: The range is still terrible, being within close to mid range.

    ~Passives- 2 Slots~

    ~ ~Out of Blood~ ~Passive~ the blade deals an extra 15% damage to flesh based creatures, through the enhanced effort of the Mz. Hyde Personality.
    ~ ~HVB~ ~Passive~ The blade, vibrating at a pace that makes the blade seen red, and the chambers of the shotgun wisp little strands of orange, allowing the blade and shotgun rounds to pass through metallic structures and obstacles.

    Interesting weapon you have their, Aera. But there's a few things I'd like to address.
    Anything you see in this color are things I will request from you to change.

    Silent Waltz:

    Name: Silent Waltz: Dance of Death

    Description: The user of Isolation raises Isolation to waist level, holding it so that the blade surrounds them, going around them to the right if right handed, and to the left if left. Then, holding the blade in that position, the user walks forward toward a group of enemies, an enemy, etc... then, the user will get a speed boost of 50%, making them into a blur, basically, and then will lunge forwards, spinning and slicing, dealing 3X D rank damage (Three hits in the span of one, basically.) to any enemies within 35 ft of the user.
    Okay, since the speed boost is for a very short time, I'll allow it. However, the 3x D Rank damage I cannot allow. The Multi-hit rules state that you can have up to 1.5x damage with a multi-hit attack with each attack dealing damage equal to that maximum of 1.5x damage. So if your attack hits three times, each attack will deal 1/3 of the spell's damage. So what I would recommend is: 3 Attacks, each at 50% D Rank damage. With all three hitting, you'll deal 150% D Rank damage.
    Strengths: Lunging Death: The user gains a speed boost-type lunge that will speed up all of their movements (Reflex, actual motion, etc...) by 50%
    AoE: in an area of 35ft around them, the user will deal 3X D-rank damage (three hits per enemy)
    to any enemy caught in the 35ft area. Fix this as per my correction in the description
    Weaknesses: Dimensional Weakness: this ability can only hit on the plane that it starts on: I.e. it can only hit at waist level.
    Friend or Foe?: This will hit anyone within the area, unless specified by plane, enemy or friend.
    Recompense: If this ability misses any target, excluding allies, Isolation will take 5% life from Aera.
    Tiring: This will also take 5% stamina for each enemy in the zone of attack. (1=5%, 2+10%, and so on.)
    Silent Waltz:

    Name: Silent Waltz: Onyx Chasm Slash
    Rank: D-rank
    Duration: 2 posts
    Cooldown: 5 posts
    Description: Holding in the Rage that Aera feels from all the lives that she's witnessed, she channels it into the black blade of Isolation, causing shadows and darkness to seemingly emanate from the blade, and it will pulse red off-and-on for the duration. Aera will then drag the blade on the ground, and the ground will crack and decay, and wither in the face of the rage and hate that she accrued. The ground will crumble and die, leaving behind a small chasm, in which an enemy will become trapped in, and the chasm will pulsate and in the person's mind, they will hear all of the voices of the lives Aera has witnessed. Then, Aera can slash the air after gathering the rage again, and a solid black line will erupt from the blade, dealing D-rank damage to everything in a 30ft cone, including the canyon..
    Strengths: Environmental Destruction: will cause the earth beneath someone's feet to wither and crumble away, leaving them tumbling 15ft till the bottom of the chasm, dealing 1% damage damage until they hit the bottom. This effect needs to be stated in the Description
    DoT: at the bottom, the person trapped in there will lose 5% mana until they climb out. This, too, must be in the description. 5% Mana damage is pretty high for a D Rank spell though. Please lower this to 2% per post active
    AoE: Will deal d-rank damage in a 30ft cone.
    Weaknesses: Flying: Can't hit things that are flying, hovering, etc...
    Undead: Undead cannot take damage from the chasm, and the slash does 1/2 damage to undead.
    Climbing: Anything that can climb especially fast, take damage only per post that they aren't out of the chasm.
    Auto-Destructive: Can trap Aera in there as well, if she isn't careful.
    Draining: Drains 5% mana from Aera to focus each time.
    Focus: This takes 1 post to focus.

    The blade is called upon by the user, as now resides inside the tattoo on the user's arm.
    Strengths: 
    -Length: This blade, though strange, is quite long, and is difficult to dodge within its range.
    -Recognition: This blade only responds to the wielder.
    Weaknesses: 
    Size: Due to the length of the sword, its use in small rooms is limited
    Cursed: This blade is attached to the user itself, so they can't be free of it.
    Range: Those weapons with a larger range than this weapon, such as spears, are difficult opponents for the wielder.

    Description: This attack is almost unable to be seen from the naked eye, since it moves nearly too fast for the eye to see. However, This attack seems like three attacks in one, and it goes out to mid-range, since it has been adapted to a longer reach weapon then this skill is usually used by.     Description: This weapon towers at 5' 5", and has a blade thickness comparable to a katana.
    Its blade is ebon, marked only by a crimson blossom engraved along the blade, and it is quite simply, a dangerous weapon. The tsuka is wrapped in dragon skin, the tsuba has two twin black dragons intertwining on it, while the Saya, or sheath, is made of dragon's hide for the exterior, and the metal is the same mysterious metal that the blade of the sword is made out of. The sword itself is only remarkable in one way: It's cursed. (like everything else the user owns, really.) The curse itself, however, is special. First, it left a brand on the user when it was first picked up by the user, an interweaving section of lines going up the user's right arm. When the user picks it up, it becomes as light as a usual sword (Katana, Short sword, et cetera,) and becomes fluidly rigid, (it becomes rigid when the need arises.) When picked up by anyone else, it goes back to being its normal weight. When the user grips the weapon, gaseous shadows fall from the blade, making it seem malicious, which it is. The blade is strange, however, since the blade is as thick as a katana's blade, and yet, the blade is at least twice the length of the Katana's blade.
    The blade is called upon by the user, as now resides inside the tattoo on the user's arm.
    Strengths: 
    -Length: This blade, though strange, is quite long, and is difficult to dodge within its range.
    -Recognition: This blade only responds to the wielder.
    Weaknesses: 
    Size: Due to the length of the sword, its use in small rooms is limited
    Cursed: This blade is attached to the user itself, so they can't be free of it.
    Range: Those weapons with a larger range than this weapon, such as spears, are difficult opponents for the wielder.

The user can separate the blade from the shotgun piece, and it'll act as a shotgun and its sheath, or it can be used as a shotgun, by having the handle in the shotgun stay there, and it'll fire normally.
    -Two forms: Variable combat, due to more than one form.
    -Metal is now Butter: Due to the unnaturally high vibration of the blade, this weapon now can cut through metal like butter in either form: Shotgun or Katana. However, just because it can pass through, doesn't mean it can damage the metal too hardily, dut to it being metal and all.
    Weaknesses:
    -Lack-luster Range: This weapon only has the maximum effective range of Medium range, half of the user's rank in range.
    -Indeterminable spread: The shells of the shotgun go in a range of spread, and can't be controlled by any means.
    -Friendly Fire-On: Can hit allies alongside the enemy.

    Cooldown: Minimum Duration for rank (+2)
    Description: While in Katana form, this move slows the user's perception of time down to a grinding halt, and within the slowed perceptive state, the user will slash 10 times, dealing up to the user's rank in damage over each strike. (Over the 10 strikes, the strikes will deal UP TO the user's rank in damage.) The speed at which the user strikes is blinding, and this is usually used for the express reason of handicapping something or someone that threatens them, though it doesn't always do so. (Handicap them, I mean.) The user, after making the consecutive slashes, then grabs the target of their attack, so long as the object is in a condition to be grabbed, and throws them forward, leaving them on their bootay.
    Strengths:
    -1,2, Knockout: This can knock a person of similar size of the user to the ground.
    -Many Slashes: can slash 10 times before exhaustion (At use: gives a 50% speed boost).

This technique actually does not accelerate the user's movements, but by making one's movement difficult to perceive as dangerous and seeping into the opponent's rhythm, the opponent becomes unable to react until too late. This affects the enemy's vision, or at least those within 25ft, and acts like an illusion spell, hiding the user's presence until they reach combat positions.
    Strengths:
    -Wait... What?: People who are used to combat, or those who aren't used to combat, exempting magic users, can't see the user until within combat range.
    Weaknesses:
    -Magic: Those who use brands of magic that nullify other types of magic, or perceive through someone's magic, make this spell useless.
    - Consistency Issues: Those who have seen this ability more then once can see through this ability.
    -User-Oriented: This effect can only cloaks the user, and can ONLY cloak the user.

    This blast is a mode, and each shot is a mono-target blast, able to deal 1.25x damage to angels and demons. However, this does .75x damage to anything not aligned with either side, which includes most humans or other races. This mode lasts the duration. At best the range of the weapons is 1/2 the user's rank in range, and the effective range is within 3ft of the user, to 1/3 the user's maximum range.

    -Arbiter of Neutrality: This acts as a neutral barrier against both angels and demons.
    Weaknesses:
    -Demon Emnity: Those who allied with demon kind are immediately put on edge when this mode is activated, and that includes allies.

Mortal creatures, including lesser mythological creatures, (Centaur, mermaids, et cetera.) take 1.25x Damage, while greater mythological beings, (I.e. Dragons, Hydra, Et cetera...) alongside gods and demons, take .75x Damage.  At best the range of the weapons is 1/2 the user's rank in range, and the effective range is within 3ft of the user, to 1/3 the user's maximum range.
    Strengths:
    -Mortality: Mortals take extra damage from this mode.
    Weaknesses:
    - Mortal Emnity: While the mode is active, mortal beings are offput by the wielder of the weapon, and seem aggressive to the wielder.
    -Shotgun: The range is still terrible, being within close to mid range.
